Deuteronomio 2

Darnach wandten wir uns und brachen auf nach der Wüste auf dem Wege zum Schilfmeer, wie der HERR zu mir gesagt hatte, und umzogen das Gebirge Seir eine lange Zeit.

Y VOLVIMOS, y partímonos al desierto camino del mar Bermejo, como Jehová me había dicho; y rodeamos el monte de Seir por muchos días.

Then we turned, and took our journey into the wilderness by the way of the Red sea, as the LORD spake unto me: and we compassed mount Seir many days.

Then we turned, and took our journey into the wilderness by the way to the Red Sea, as the LORD spoke to me; and we encircled Mount Seir many days.

Und der HERR sprach zu mir also:

Y Jehová me habló, diciendo:

And the LORD spake unto me, saying,

The LORD spoke to me, saying,

Ihr habt nun lange genug dieses Gebirge umzogen; wendet euch gegen Mitternacht!

Harto habéis rodeado este monte; volveos al aquilón.

Ye have compassed this mountain long enough: turn you northward.

“You have encircled this mountain long enough. Turn northward.

Und gebiete dem Volk und sprich: Ihr werdet durch das Gebiet eurer Brüder, der Kinder Esau ziehen, welche in Seir wohnen, und sie werden sich vor euch fürchten, aber nehmt euch wohl in acht,

Y manda al pueblo, diciendo: Pasando vosotros por el término de vuestros hermanos los hijos de Esaú, que habitan en Seir, ellos tendrán miedo de vosotros; mas vosotros guardaos mucho:

And command thou the people, saying, Ye are to pass through the coast of your brethren the children of Esau, which dwell in Seir; and they shall be afraid of you: take ye good heed unto yourselves therefore:

Command the people, saying, ‘You are to pass through the border of your brothers, the children of Esau, who dwell in Seir; and they will be afraid of you. Therefore be careful.

daß ihr sie nicht bekrieget; denn ich werde euch von ihrem Lande nicht einen Fußbreit geben; denn ich habe das Gebirge Seir dem Esau erblich zu besitzen gegeben.

No os metáis con ellos; que no os daré de su tierra ni aun la holladura de la planta de un pie; porque yo he dado por heredad á Esaú el monte de Seir.

Meddle not with them; for I will not give you of their land, no, not so much as a foot breadth; because I have given mount Seir unto Esau for a possession.

Don’t contend with them; for I will not give you any of their land, no, not so much as for the sole of the foot to tread on, because I have given Mount Seir to Esau for a possession.

Ihr sollt die Speise, die ihr esset, um Geld von ihnen kaufen, und ihr sollt das Wasser, das ihr trinket, um Geld von ihnen kaufen;

Compraréis de ellos por dinero las viandas, y comeréis; y también compraréis de ellos el agua, y beberéis:

Ye shall buy meat of them for money, that ye may eat; and ye shall also buy water of them for money, that ye may drink.

You shall purchase food from them for money, that you may eat. You shall also buy water from them for money, that you may drink.’”

denn der HERR, dein Gott, hat dich in allen Werken deiner Hände gesegnet. Er hat achtgehabt auf deine Reisen durch diese große Wüste; und der HERR, dein Gott, ist diese vierzig Jahre bei dir gewesen, so daß dir nichts gemangelt hat.

Pues Jehová tu Dios te ha bendecido en toda obra de tus manos: él sabe que andas por este gran desierto: estos cuarenta años Jehová tu Dios fué contigo; y ninguna cosa te ha faltado.

For the LORD thy God hath blessed thee in all the works of thy hand: he knoweth thy walking through this great wilderness: these forty years the LORD thy God hath been with thee; thou hast lacked nothing.

For the LORD your God has blessed you in all the work of your hands. He has known your walking through this great wilderness. These forty years, the LORD your God has been with you. You have lacked nothing.

Als wir dann aber an unsern Brüdern, den Kindern Esau, die in Seir wohnen, vorüberzogen, auf dem Wege durch die Ebene von Elat und von Ezjon-Geber, wandten wir uns und betraten den Weg nach der Steppe Moab.

Y pasamos de nuestros hermanos los hijos de Esaú, que habitaban en Seir, por el camino de la llanura de Elath y de Esiongeber. Y volvimos, y pasamos camino del desierto de Moab.

And when we passed by from our brethren the children of Esau, which dwelt in Seir, through the way of the plain from Elath, and from Ezion-gaber, we turned and passed by the way of the wilderness of Moab.

So we passed by from our brothers, the children of Esau, who dwell in Seir, from the way of the Arabah from Elath and from Ezion Geber. We turned and passed by the way of the wilderness of Moab.

Da sprach der HERR zu mir: Du sollst die Moabiter nicht befehden, noch zum Streite reizen; denn ich will dir ihr Land nicht zu besitzen geben; denn ich habe Ar den Kindern Lot zu besitzen gegeben.

Y Jehová me dijo: No molestes á Moab, ni te empeñes con ellos en guerra, que no te daré posesión de su tierra; porque yo he dado á Ar por heredad á los hijos de Lot.

And the LORD said unto me, Distress not the Moabites, neither contend with them in battle: for I will not give thee of their land for a possession; because I have given Ar unto the children of Lot for a possession.

The LORD said to me, “Don’t bother Moab, neither contend with them in battle; for I will not give you any of his land for a possession, because I have given Ar to the children of Lot for a possession.”

(Die Emiter haben vor Zeiten darin gewohnt; das war ein großes, starkes und hochgewachsenes Volk wie die Enakiter;

(Los Emimeos habitaron en ella antes, pueblo grande, y numeroso, y alto como gigantes:

The Emims dwelt therein in times past, a people great, and many, and tall, as the Anakims;

(The Emim lived there before, a great and numerous people, and tall as the Anakim.

sie wurden auch zu den Rephaitern gerechnet wie die Enakiter, und die Moabiter hießen sie Emiter.

Por gigantes eran ellos también contados, como los Anaceos; y los Moabitas los llaman Emimeos.

Which also were accounted giants, as the Anakims; but the Moabites call them Emims.

These also are considered to be Rephaim, as the Anakim; but the Moabites call them Emim.

In Seir aber wohnten vor Zeiten die Horiter; aber die Kinder Esau vertrieben und vertilgten sie vor sich her und wohnten an ihrer Statt, wie Israel dem Lande seiner Besitzung tat, das ihm der HERR gab.)

Y en Seir habitaron antes los Horeos, á los cuales echaron los hijos de Esaú; y los destruyeron de delante de sí, y moraron en lugar de ellos; como hizo Israel en la tierra de su posesión que les dió Jehová.)

The Horims also dwelt in Seir beforetime; but the children of Esau succeeded them, when they had destroyed them from before them, and dwelt in their stead; as Israel did unto the land of his possession, which the LORD gave unto them.

The Horites also lived in Seir in the past, but the children of Esau succeeded them. They destroyed them from before them, and lived in their place, as Israel did to the land of his possession, which the LORD gave to them.)

So macht euch nun auf und zieht über den Bach Sared! Und wir zogen über den Bach Sared.

Levantaos ahora, y pasad el arroyo de Zered. Y pasamos el arroyo de Zered.

Now rise up, said I, and get you over the brook Zered. And we went over the brook Zered.

“Now rise up and cross over the brook Zered.” We went over the brook Zered.

Die Zeit unserer Wanderung, von Kadesch-Barnea an bis zur Überschreitung des Baches Sared, betrug achtunddreißig Jahre, bis alle Kriegsleute aus dem Lager aufgerieben waren, wie der HERR ihnen geschworen hatte.

Y los días que anduvimos de Cades-barnea hasta que pasamos el arroyo de Zered, fueron treinta y ocho años; hasta que se acabó toda la generación de los hombres de guerra de en medio del campo, como Jehová les había jurado.

And the space in which we came from Kadesh-barnea, until we were come over the brook Zered, was thirty and eight years; until all the generation of the men of war were wasted out from among the host, as the LORD sware unto them.

The days in which we came from Kadesh Barnea until we had come over the brook Zered were thirty-eight years, until all the generation of the men of war were consumed from the middle of the camp, as the LORD swore to them.

Die Hand des HERRN war auch wider sie gewesen; daß sie im Lande umkamen, bis sie völlig aufgerieben waren.

Y también la mano de Jehová fué sobre ellos para destruirlos de en medio del campo, hasta acabarlos.

For indeed the hand of the LORD was against them, to destroy them from among the host, until they were consumed.

Moreover the LORD’s hand was against them, to destroy them from the middle of the camp, until they were consumed.

Als nun alle diese Kriegsleute aufgerieben und gestorben waren inmitten des Volkes,

Y aconteció que cuando se hubieron acabado de morir todos los hombres de guerra de entre el pueblo,

So it came to pass, when all the men of war were consumed and dead from among the people,

da redete der HERR zu mir und sprach:

Du kommst heute an der Grenze der Moabiter bei Ar vorüber

Tú pasarás hoy el término de Moab, á Ar,

Thou art to pass over through Ar, the coast of Moab, this day:

“You are to pass over Ar, the border of Moab, today.

und wirst nahe zu den Kindern Ammon kommen; die sollst du nicht befehden, noch bekriegen, denn ich will dir von dem Lande der Kinder Ammon nichts zu besitzen geben; denn ich habe es den Kindern Lot zu besitzen gegeben.

Y te acercarás delante de los hijos de Ammón: no los molestes, ni te metas con ellos; porque no te tengo de dar posesión de la tierra de los hijos de Ammón; que á los hijos de Lot la he dado por heredad.

And when thou comest nigh over against the children of Ammon, distress them not, nor meddle with them: for I will not give thee of the land of the children of Ammon any possession; because I have given it unto the children of Lot for a possession.

When you come near the border of the children of Ammon, don’t bother them, nor contend with them; for I will not give you any of the land of the children of Ammon for a possession, because I have given it to the children of Lot for a possession.”

(Auch dieses gilt für ein Land der Rephaiter, und es haben auch vor Zeiten Rephaiter darin gewohnt; und die Ammoniter hießen sie Samsummiter.

(Por tierra de gigantes fué también ella tenida: habitaron en ella gigantes en otro tiempo, á los cuales los Ammonitas llamaban Zomzommeos;

(That also was accounted a land of giants: giants dwelt therein in old time; and the Ammonites call them Zamzummims;

(That also is considered a land of Rephaim. Rephaim lived there in the past, but the Ammonites call them Zamzummim,

Das war ein großes, starkes und hochgewachsenes Volk wie die Enakiter. Und der HERR vertilgte sie vor ihnen, und ließ die Ammoniter dieselben vertreiben, daß sie daselbst an ihrer Statt wohnten,

Pueblo grande, y numeroso, y alto, como los Anaceos; á los cuales Jehová destruyó de delante de los Ammonitas, quienes les sucedieron, y habitaron en su lugar:

A people great, and many, and tall, as the Anakims; but the LORD destroyed them before them; and they succeeded them, and dwelt in their stead:

a great people, many, and tall, as the Anakim; but the LORD destroyed them from before Israel, and they succeeded them, and lived in their place,

wie er getan hat mit den Kindern Esau, die in Seir wohnen, als er die Horiter vor ihnen vertilgte und sie ihr Land einnehmen ließ, daß sie daselbst an ihrer Statt wohnen bis auf diesen Tag.

Como hizo con los hijos de Esaú, que habitaban en Seir, de delante de los cuales destruyó á los Horeos; y ellos les sucedieron, y habitaron en su lugar hasta hoy.

As he did to the children of Esau, which dwelt in Seir, when he destroyed the Horims from before them; and they succeeded them, and dwelt in their stead even unto this day:

as he did for the children of Esau who dwell in Seir, when he destroyed the Horites from before them; and they succeeded them, and lived in their place even to this day.

Und wie es den Avvitern erging, die in Dörfern bis gen Gaza wohnten; die Kaphtoriter, welche von Kaphtor ausgezogen waren, vertilgten sie und wohnten daselbst an ihrer Statt.)

Y á los Heveos que habitaban en Haserin hasta Gaza, los Caftoreos que salieron de Caftor los destruyeron, y habitaron en su lugar.)

And the Avims which dwelt in Hazerim, even unto Azzah, the Caphtorims, which came forth out of Caphtor, destroyed them, and dwelt in their stead.)

Then the Avvim, who lived in villages as far as Gaza: the Caphtorim, who came out of Caphtor, destroyed them and lived in their place.)

So macht euch nun auf, zieht aus und überschreitet den Bach Arnon! Siehe, ich habe Sihon, den König zu Hesbon, den Amoriter, samt seinem Land in deine Hand gegeben: hebe an einzunehmen und fange den Krieg gegen ihn an!

Levantaos, partid, y pasad el arroyo de Arnón: he aquí he dado en tu mano á Sehón rey de Hesbón, Amorrheo, y á su tierra: comienza á tomar posesión, y empéñate con él en guerra.

Rise ye up, take your journey, and pass over the river Arnon: behold, I have given into thine hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land: begin to possess it, and contend with him in battle.

“Rise up, take your journey, and pass over the valley of the Arnon. Behold, I have given into your hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land; begin to possess it, and contend with him in battle.

Von diesem heutigen Tage an will ich Furcht und Schrecken vor dir auf das Angesicht der Völker unter dem ganzen Himmel legen, daß, wenn sie von dir hören, sie erzittern und sich vor dir ängstigen sollen!

Hoy comenzaré á poner tu miedo y tu espanto sobre los pueblos debajo de todo el cielo; los cuales oirán tu fama, y temblarán, y angustiarse han delante de ti.

This day will I begin to put the dread of thee and the fear of thee upon the nations that are under the whole heaven, who shall hear report of thee, and shall tremble, and be in anguish because of thee.

Today I will begin to put the dread of you and the fear of you on the peoples who are under the whole sky, who shall hear the report of you, and shall tremble and be in anguish because of you.”

Da sandte ich Boten aus der östlichen Wüste zu Sihon, dem König zu Hesbon, mit einer Friedensbotschaft und ließ ihm sagen:

Y envié mensajeros desde el desierto de Cademoth á Sehón rey de Hesbón, con palabras de paz, diciendo:

And I sent messengers out of the wilderness of Kedemoth unto Sihon king of Heshbon with words of peace, saying,

I sent messengers out of the wilderness of Kedemoth to Sihon king of Heshbon with words of peace, saying,

Ich will durch dein Land ziehen und will dabei der Straße folgen; ich will weder zur Rechten noch zur Linken abweichen.

Pasaré por tu tierra por el camino: por el camino iré, sin apartarme á diestra ni á siniestra:

Let me pass through thy land: I will go along by the high way, I will neither turn unto the right hand nor to the left.

“Let me pass through your land. I will go along by the highway. I will turn neither to the right hand nor to the left.

Du sollst mir Speise um Geld verkaufen, daß ich esse; und du sollst mir Wasser um Geld geben, daß ich trinke. Ich will nur zu Fuß hindurchziehen,

La comida me venderás por dinero, y comeré: el agua también me darás por dinero, y beberé: solamente pasaré á pie;

Thou shalt sell me meat for money, that I may eat; and give me water for money, that I may drink: only I will pass through on my feet;

You shall sell me food for money, that I may eat; and give me water for money, that I may drink. Just let me pass through on my feet,

wie mir die Kinder Esau getan haben, die zu Seir wohnen, und die Moabiter, die zu Ar wohnen; bis ich über den Jordan ins Land komme, das der HERR, unser Gott, uns geben wird.

Como lo hicieron conmigo los hijos de Esaú que habitaban en Seir, y los Moabitas que habitaban en Ar; hasta que pase el Jordán á la tierra que nos da Jehová nuestro Dios.

(As the children of Esau which dwell in Seir, and the Moabites which dwell in Ar, did unto me;) until I shall pass over Jordan into the land which the LORD our God giveth us.

as the children of Esau who dwell in Seir, and the Moabites who dwell in Ar, did to me, until I pass over the Jordan into the land which the LORD our God gives us.”

Aber Sihon, der König zu Hesbon, wollte uns nicht durch sein Land ziehen lassen; denn der HERR, dein Gott, hatte seinen Geist hartnäckig gemacht und sein Herz verbittert, daß er ihn in deine Hand gebe, wie es heute der Fall ist.

Mas Sehón rey de Hesbón no quiso que pasásemos por el territorio suyo; porque Jehová tu Dios había endurecido su espíritu, y obstinado su corazón para entregarlo en tu mano, como hoy.

But Sihon king of Heshbon would not let us pass by him: for the LORD thy God hardened his spirit, and made his heart obstinate, that he might deliver him into thy hand, as appeareth this day.

But Sihon king of Heshbon would not let us pass by him, for the LORD your God hardened his spirit and made his heart obstinate, that he might deliver him into your hand, as it is today.

Und der HERR sprach zu mir: Siehe, ich habe angefangen, Sihon samt seinem Lande vor dir hinzugeben; hebe an sein Land einzunehmen und es zu besitzen!

Y díjome Jehová: He aquí yo he comenzado á dar delante de ti á Sehón y á su tierra; comienza á tomar posesión, para que heredes su tierra.

And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have begun to give Sihon and his land before thee: begin to possess, that thou mayest inherit his land.

The LORD said to me, “Behold, I have begun to deliver up Sihon and his land before you. Begin to possess, that you may inherit his land.”

Und Sihon zog aus, uns entgegen, er und sein ganzes Volk, zum Streit bei Jahza.

Y saliónos Sehón al encuentro, él y todo su pueblo, para pelear en Jaas.

Then Sihon came out against us, he and all his people, to fight at Jahaz.

Aber der HERR, unser Gott, gab ihn vor uns hin, daß wir ihn samt seinem Sohne und seinem ganzen Volke schlugen.

Mas Jehová nuestro Dios lo entregó delante de nosotros; y herimos á él y á sus hijos, y á todo su pueblo.

And the LORD our God delivered him before us; and we smote him, and his sons, and all his people.

The LORD our God delivered him up before us; and we struck him, his sons, and all his people.

Und wir gewannen zu der Zeit alle seine Städte, Männer, Weiber und Kinder, und ließen niemand übrigbleiben.

Y tomamos entonces todas sus ciudades, y destruimos todas las ciudades, hombres, y mujeres, y niños; no dejamos ninguno:

And we took all his cities at that time, and utterly destroyed the men, and the women, and the little ones, of every city, we left none to remain:

We took all his cities at that time, and utterly destroyed every inhabited city, with the women and the little ones. We left no one remaining.

Nur das Vieh raubten wir für uns, und die Beute von den Städten, die wir gewannen.

Solamente tomamos para nosotros las bestias, y los despojos de las ciudades que habíamos tomado.

Only the cattle we took for a prey unto ourselves, and the spoil of the cities which we took.

Only the livestock we took for plunder for ourselves, with the plunder of the cities which we had taken.

Von Aroer an, die am Ufer des Arnon liegt, und von der Stadt im Tale bis gen Gilead war uns keine Stadt zu fest; der HERR, unser Gott, gab alles vor uns hin.

Desde Aroer, que está junto á la ribera del arroyo de Arnón, y la ciudad que está en el arroyo, hasta Galaad, no hubo ciudad que escapase de nosotros: todas las entregó Jehová nuestro Dios en nuestro poder.

From Aroer, which is by the brink of the river of Arnon, and from the city that is by the river, even unto Gilead, there was not one city too strong for us: the LORD our God delivered all unto us:

From Aroer, which is on the edge of the valley of the Arnon, and the city that is in the valley, even to Gilead, there was not a city too high for us. The LORD our God delivered up all before us.

Aber zu dem Lande der Kinder Ammon, zu allem, was am Jabbok liegt, kamst du nicht, auch nicht zu den Städten auf dem Gebirge, noch zu irgend etwas von dem, was uns der HERR, unser Gott, verboten hatte.

Solamente á la tierra de los hijos de Ammón no llegaste, ni á todo lo que está á la orilla del arroyo de Jaboc ni á las ciudades del monte, ni á lugar alguno que Jehová nuestro Dios había prohibido.

Only unto the land of the children of Ammon thou camest not, nor unto any place of the river Jabbok, nor unto the cities in the mountains, nor unto whatsoever the LORD our God forbad us.

Only to the land of the children of Ammon you didn’t come near: all the banks of the river Jabbok, and the cities of the hill country, and wherever the LORD our God forbade us.
