Deuteronomio 32

Sie opferten den Dämonen, die Nicht-Gott sind, Göttern, die sie nicht kannten, neuen, die vor kurzem aufgekommen waren, die eure Väter nicht verehrten.

Sacrificaron á los diablos, no á Dios; á dioses que no habían conocido, á nuevos dioses venidos de cerca, que no habían temido vuestros padres.

They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not.

They sacrificed to demons, not God, to gods that they didn’t know, to new gods that came up recently, which your fathers didn’t dread.
