1Entonces Moisés subió desde las llanuras de Moab a la cumbre del Pisgá en el monte Nebo, al otro lado de Jericó. Y el Señor le mostró la tierra entera mientras recorría con la vista todo el territorio de Galaad hasta llegar a alcanzar al de Dan:
2«Allí está Neftalí; y allí están Efraín y Manasés, al otro lado tienes a Judá, que se extiende hasta el mar Mediterráneo;
3allí está el Néguev y el valle del Jordán; y Jericó, la ciudad de las palmeras; y Zoar —le dijo el Señor—.
4Es la Tierra prometida. Yo prometí a Abraham, Isaac y Jacob que la daría por heredad a sus descendientes. Te he permitido verla, pero no entrarás en ella».
5Entonces Moisés, el siervo del Señor, murió en la tierra de Moab, como el Señor había dicho.
6El Señor lo sepultó en un valle, cerca de Bet Peor, en Moab; pero nadie conoce el lugar exacto.
7Moisés tenía ciento veinte años cuando murió; sin embargo, su vista era perfecta, y era tan fuerte como un hombre joven.
8El pueblo de Israel lo lloró durante treinta días, cumpliendo así el tiempo del luto, en las llanuras del Moab.
9Josué (hijo de Nun) estaba lleno del espíritu de sabiduría porque Moisés había impuesto sus manos sobre él; el pueblo de Israel le obedeció y siguió los mandamientos que el Señor le había dado a Moisés.
10Jamás hubo otro profeta como Moisés, porque el Señor habló con él cara a cara.
11Y, bajo el mandato de Dios, realizó milagros y prodigios que no han podido ser igualados. Hizo grandes y terribles prodigios delante del faraón y de toda su corte en Egipto, y delante del pueblo de Israel.

1Y SUBIÓ Moisés de los campos de Moab al monte de Nebo, á la cumbre de Pisga, que está enfrente de Jericó: y mostróle Jehová toda la tierra de Galaad hasta Dan,
2Y á todo Nephtalí, y la tierra de Ephraim y de Manasés, toda la tierra de Judá hasta la mar postrera;
3Y la parte meridional, y la campiña, la vega de Jericó, ciudad de las palmas, hasta Soar.
4Y díjole Jehová: Esta es la tierra de que juré á Abraham, á Isaac, y á Jacob, diciendo: A tu simiente la daré. Hétela hecho ver con tus ojos, mas no pasarás allá.
5Y murió allí Moisés siervo de Jehová, en la tierra de Moab, conforme al dicho de Jehová.
6Y enterrólo en el valle, en tierra de Moab, enfrente de Bethpeor; y ninguno sabe su sepulcro hasta hoy.
7Y era Moisés de edad de ciento y veinte años cuando murió: sus ojos nunca se oscurecieron, ni perdió su vigor.
8Y lloraron los hijos de Israel á Moisés en los campos de Moab treinta días: y así se cumplieron los días del lloro del luto de Moisés.
9Y Josué hijo de Nun fué lleno de espíritu de sabiduría, porque Moisés había puesto sus manos sobre él: y los hijos de Israel le obedecieron, é hicieron como Jehová mandó á Moisés.
10Y nunca más se levantó profeta en Israel como Moisés, á quien haya conocido Jehová cara á cara;
11En todas las señales y prodigios que le envió Jehová á hacer en tierra de Egipto á Faraón, y á todos sus siervos, y á toda su tierra;
12Y en toda aquella mano esforzada, y en todo el espanto grande que causó Moisés á ojos de todo Israel.

1And Moses went up from the plains of Moab unto the mountain of Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, that is over against Jericho. And the LORD shewed him all the land of Gilead, unto Dan,
2And all Naphtali, and the land of Ephraim, and Manasseh, and all the land of Judah, unto the utmost sea,
3And the south, and the plain of the valley of Jericho, the city of palm trees, unto Zoar.
4And the LORD said unto him, This is the land which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, saying, I will give it unto thy seed: I have caused thee to see it with thine eyes, but thou shalt not go over thither.
5So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the LORD.
6And he buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Beth-peor: but no man knoweth of his sepulchre unto this day.
7And Moses was an hundred and twenty years old when he died: his eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated.
8And the children of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days: so the days of weeping and mourning for Moses were ended.
9And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as the LORD commanded Moses.
10And there arose not a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face,
11In all the signs and the wonders, which the LORD sent him to do in the land of Egypt to Pharaoh, and to all his servants, and to all his land,
12And in all that mighty hand, and in all the great terror which Moses shewed in the sight of all Israel.
World English Bible
1Moses went up from the plains of Moab to Mount Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, that is opposite Jericho. The LORD showed him all the land of Gilead to Dan,
2and all Naphtali, and the land of Ephraim and Manasseh, and all the land of Judah, to the Western Sea,
3and the south, and the Plain of the valley of Jericho the city of palm trees, to Zoar.
4The LORD said to him, “This is the land which I swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, ‘I will give it to your offspring.’ I have caused you to see it with your eyes, but you shall not go over there.”
5So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according to the LORD’s word.
6He buried him in the valley in the land of Moab opposite Beth Peor, but no man knows where his tomb is to this day.
7Moses was one hundred twenty years old when he died. His eye was not dim, nor his strength gone.
8The children of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days, until the days of weeping in the mourning for Moses were ended.
9Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom, for Moses had laid his hands on him. The children of Israel listened to him, and did as the LORD commanded Moses.
10Since then, there has not arisen a prophet in Israel like Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face,
11in all the signs and the wonders which the LORD sent him to do in the land of Egypt, to Pharaoh, and to all his servants, and to all his land,
12and in all the mighty hand, and in all the awesome deeds, which Moses did in the sight of all Israel.
