O SENHOR nosso Deus fez pacto conosco em Horebe.

Face a face falou o SENHOR convosco no monte do meio do fogo,
Cara á cara habló Jehová con vosotros en el monte de en medio del fuego,
The LORD talked with you face to face in the mount out of the midst of the fire,
The LORD spoke with you face to face on the mountain out of the middle of the fire,
(Eu estava então entre o SENHOR e vós, para vos anunciar a palavra do SENHOR; porque vós tivestes temor do fogo, e não subistes ao monte;) dizendo:
(Yo estaba entonces entre Jehová y vosotros, para denunciaros la palabra de Jehová; porque vosotros tuvisteis temor del fuego, y no subisteis al monte;) diciendo:
(I stood between the LORD and you at that time, to shew you the word of the LORD: for ye were afraid by reason of the fire, and went not up into the mount;) saying,

Eu sou o SENHOR teu Deus, que te tirei da terra do Egito, de casa de servos.
Yo soy Jehová tu Dios, que te saqué de tierra de Egipto, de casa de siervos.
I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.
“I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
Não terás deuses estranhos diante de mim.

Thou shalt have none other gods before me.

Não farás para ti escultura, nem imagem alguma de coisa que está acima nos céus, ou abaixo na terra, ou nas águas debaixo da terra:

Thou shalt not make thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the waters beneath the earth:
“You shall not make a carved image for yourself—any likeness of what is in heaven above, or what is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.
Não te inclinarás a elas nem lhes servirás: porque eu sou o SENHOR teu Deus, forte, zeloso, que visito a iniquidade dos pais sobre os filhos, e sobre a terceira geração, e sobre a quarta, aos que me aborrecem,

Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me,

E que faço misericórdia a milhares aos que me amam, e guardam meus mandamentos.
Y que hago misericordia á millares á los que me aman, y guardan mis mandamientos.
And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me and keep my commandments.

Não tomarás em vão o nome do SENHOR teu Deus; porque o SENHOR não dará por inocente ao que tomar em vão seu nome.
No tomarás en vano el nombre de Jehová tu Dios; porque Jehová no dará por inocente al que tomare en vano su nombre.
Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain: for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
“You shall not misuse the name of the LORD your God; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless who misuses his name.
Guardarás o dia do repouso para santificá-lo, como o SENHOR teu Deus te mandou.
Guardarás el día del reposo para santificarlo, como Jehová tu Dios te ha mandado.
Keep the sabbath day to sanctify it, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee.
“Observe the Sabbath day, to keep it holy, as the LORD your God commanded you.
Seis dias trabalharás e farás toda tua obra:

Six days thou shalt labour, and do all thy work:

Mas no sétimo é repouso ao SENHOR teu Deus: nenhuma obra farás tu, nem teu filho, nem tua filha, nem teu servo, nem tua serva, nem tua boi, nem tua asno, nem nenhum animal teu, nem tua peregrino que está dentro de tuas portas: para que descanse teu servo e tua serva como
Mas el séptimo es reposo á Jehová tu Dios: ninguna obra harás tú, ni tu hijo, ni tu hija, ni tu siervo, ni tu sierva, ni tu buey, ni tu asno, ni ningún animal tuyo, ni tu peregrino que está dentro de tus puertas: porque descanse tu siervo y tu sierva como tú.
But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thine ox, nor thine ass, nor any of thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates; that thy manservant and thy maidservant may rest as well as thou.

E lembra-te que foste servo em terra do Egito, e que o SENHOR teu Deus te tirou dali com mão forte e braço estendido: pelo qual o SENHOR teu Deus te mandou que guardes no dia do repouso.
Y acuérdate que fuiste siervo en tierra de Egipto, y que Jehová tu Dios te sacó de allá con mano fuerte y brazo extendido: por lo cual Jehová tu Dios te ha mandado que guardes el día del reposo.
And remember that thou wast a servant in the land of Egypt, and that the LORD thy God brought thee out thence through a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm: therefore the LORD thy God commanded thee to keep the sabbath day.
You shall remember that you were a servant in the land of Egypt, and the LORD your God brought you out of there by a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm. Therefore the LORD your God commanded you to keep the Sabbath day.
Honra a teu pai e a tua mãe, como o SENHOR teu Deus te mandou, para que sejam prolongados teus dias, e para que te vá bem sobre a terra que o SENHOR teu Deus te dá.
Honra á tu padre y á tu madre, como Jehová tu Dios te ha mandado, para que sean prolongados tus días, y para que te vaya bien sobre la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da.
Honour thy father and thy mother, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee; that thy days may be prolonged, and that it may go well with thee, in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

Não cometerás homicídio.

Não dirás falso testemunho contra teu próximo.

Neither shalt thou bear false witness against thy neighbour.
“You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.
Não cobiçarás a mulher de teu próximo, nem desejarás a casa de teu próximo, nem sua terra, nem seu servo, nem sua serva, nem seu boi, nem seu asno, nem nenhuma coisa que seja de teu próximo.
No codiciarás la mujer de tu prójimo, ni desearás la casa de tu prójimo, ni su tierra, ni su siervo, ni su sierva, ni su buey, ni su asno, ni ninguna cosa que sea de tu prójimo.
Neither shalt thou desire thy neighbour’s wife, neither shalt thou covet thy neighbour’s house, his field, or his manservant, or his maidservant, his ox, or his ass, or any thing that is thy neighbour’s.
“You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife. Neither shall you desire your neighbor’s house, his field, or his male servant, or his female servant, his ox, or his donkey, or anything that is your neighbor’s.”
Estas palavras falou o SENHOR a toda vossa congregação no monte, do meio do fogo, da nuvem e da escuridão, a grande voz: e não acrescentou mais. E escreveu-os em duas tábuas de pedra, as quais deu a mim.
Estas palabras habló Jehová á toda vuestra congregación en el monte, de en medio del fuego, de la nube y de la oscuridad, á gran voz: y no añadió más. Y escribiólas en dos tablas de piedra, las cuales me dió á mí.
These words the LORD spake unto all your assembly in the mount out of the midst of the fire, of the cloud, and of the thick darkness, with a great voice: and he added no more. And he wrote them in two tables of stone, and delivered them unto me.

E aconteceu, que como vós ouvistes a voz do meio das trevas, e vistes ao monte que ardia em fogo, aproximastes a mim todos os príncipes de vossas tribos, e vossos anciãos;
Y aconteció, que como vosotros oisteis la voz de en medio de las tinieblas, y visteis al monte que ardía en fuego, llegasteis á mí todos los príncipes de vuestras tribus, y vuestros ancianos;
And it came to pass, when ye heard the voice out of the midst of the darkness, (for the mountain did burn with fire,) that ye came near unto me, even all the heads of your tribes, and your elders;
When you heard the voice out of the middle of the darkness, while the mountain was burning with fire, you came near to me, even all the heads of your tribes, and your elders;
E dissestes: Eis que, o SENHOR nosso Deus nos mostrou sua glória e sua grandeza, e ouvimos sua voz do meio do fogo: hoje vimos que o SENHOR fala ao homem, e este vive.
Y dijisteis: He aquí, Jehová nuestro Dios nos ha mostrado su gloria y su grandeza, y hemos oído su voz de en medio del fuego: hoy hemos visto que Jehová habla al hombre, y éste vive.
And ye said, Behold, the LORD our God hath shewed us his glory and his greatness, and we have heard his voice out of the midst of the fire: we have seen this day that God doth talk with man, and he liveth.
and you said, “Behold, the LORD our God has shown us his glory and his greatness, and we have heard his voice out of the middle of the fire. We have seen today that God does speak with man, and he lives.
Agora pois, por que morreremos? Que este grande fogo nos consumirá: se voltarmos a ouvir a voz do SENHOR nosso Deus, morreremos.
Ahora pues, ¿por qué moriremos? que este gran fuego nos consumirá: si tornáremos á oir la voz de Jehová nuestro Dios, moriremos.
Now therefore why should we die? for this great fire will consume us: if we hear the voice of the LORD our God any more, then we shall die.

Porque, que é toda carne, para que ouça a voz do Deus vivente que fala do meio do fogo, como nós a ouvimos, e viva?
Porque, ¿qué es toda carne, para que oiga la voz del Dios viviente que habla de en medio del fuego, como nosotros la oímos, y viva?
For who is there of all flesh, that hath heard the voice of the living God speaking out of the midst of the fire, as we have, and lived?
For who is there of all flesh who has heard the voice of the living God speaking out of the middle of the fire, as we have, and lived?
Chega tu, e ouve todas as coisas que disser o SENHOR nosso Deus; e tu nos dirás todo o que o SENHOR nosso Deus te disser, e nós ouviremos e faremos.
Llega tú, y oye todas las cosas que dijere Jehová nuestro Dios; y tú nos dirás todo lo que Jehová nuestro Dios te dijere, y nosotros oiremos y haremos.
Go thou near, and hear all that the LORD our God shall say: and speak thou unto us all that the LORD our God shall speak unto thee; and we will hear it, and do it.
Go near, and hear all that the LORD our God shall say, and tell us all that the LORD our God tells you; and we will hear it, and do it.”
E ouviu o SENHOR a voz de vossas palavras, quando me faláveis; e disse-me o SENHOR: Ouvi a voz das palavras deste povo, que eles te falaram: bem está tudo o que disseram.
Y oyó Jehová la voz de vuestras palabras, cuando me hablabais; y díjome Jehová: He oído la voz de las palabras de este pueblo, que ellos te han hablado: bien está todo lo que han dicho.
And the LORD heard the voice of your words, when ye spake unto me; and the LORD said unto me, I have heard the voice of the words of this people, which they have spoken unto thee: they have well said all that they have spoken.
The LORD heard the voice of your words when you spoke to me; and the LORD said to me, “I have heard the voice of the words of this people which they have spoken to you. They have well said all that they have spoken.
Quem dera que tivessem tal coração, que me temessem, e guardassem todos os dias todos meus mandamentos, para que a eles e a seus filhos lhes fosse bem para sempre!
¡Quién diera que tuviesen tal corazón, que me temiesen, y guardasen todos los días todos mis mandamientos, para que á ellos y á sus hijos les fuese bien para siempre!
O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever!

E tu fica aqui comigo, e te direi todos os mandamentos, e estatutos, e regulamentos que lhes hás de ensinar, a fim que os ponham agora por obra na terra que eu lhes dou para possuí-la.
Y tú estáte aquí conmigo, y te diré todos los mandamientos, y estatutos, y derechos, que les has de enseñar, á fin que los pongan ahora por obra en la tierra que yo les doy para poseerla.
But as for thee, stand thou here by me, and I will speak unto thee all the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which thou shalt teach them, that they may do them in the land which I give them to possess it.

Olhai, pois, que façais como o SENHOR vosso Deus vos mandou: não vos desvieis à direita nem à esquerda;
Mirad, pues, que hagáis como Jehová vuestro Dios os ha mandado: no os apartéis á diestra ni á siniestra;
Ye shall observe to do therefore as the LORD your God hath commanded you: ye shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the left.

Andai em todo caminho que o SENHOR vosso Deus vos mandou, para que vivais, e vos vá bem, e tenhais longos dias na terra que haveis de possuir.
Andad en todo camino que Jehová vuestro Dios os ha mandado, para que viváis, y os vaya bien, y tengáis largos días en la tierra que habéis de poseer.
Ye shall walk in all the ways which the LORD your God hath commanded you, that ye may live, and that it may be well with you, and that ye may prolong your days in the land which ye shall possess.
