Deuteronomio 9

Höre, Israel, du setzest heute über den Jordan, um hineinzuziehen, um Völkerschaften, die größer und mächtiger sind als du, mit großen bis an den Himmel befestigten Städten, auszutreiben.

OYE, Israel: tú estás hoy para pasar el Jordán, para entrar á poseer gentes más numerosas y más fuertes que tú, ciudades grandes y encastilladas hasta el cielo,

Hear, O Israel: Thou art to pass over Jordan this day, to go in to possess nations greater and mightier than thyself, cities great and fenced up to heaven,

Hear, Israel! You are to pass over the Jordan today, to go in to dispossess nations greater and mightier than yourself, cities great and fortified up to the sky,

Ein großes, hohes Volk, Söhne der Enakim, die du kennst und von denen du gehört: Wer kann bestehen vor Enaks Söhnen?

Un pueblo grande y alto, hijos de gigantes, de los cuales tienes tú conocimiento, y has oído decir: ¿Quién se sostendrá delante de los hijos del gigante?

A people great and tall, the children of the Anakims, whom thou knowest, and of whom thou hast heard say, Who can stand before the children of Anak!

a people great and tall, the sons of the Anakim, whom you know, and of whom you have heard say, “Who can stand before the sons of Anak?”

So wisse denn heute, daß Jehovah, dein Gott, Der vor dir hinüberzieht, ein fressend Feuer, sie vernichten wird und sie vor dir niederbeugen; und du sollst sie austreiben und eilends zerstören, wie Jehovah zu dir geredet hat.

Sabe, pues, hoy que Jehová tu Dios es el que pasa delante de ti, fuego consumidor, que los destruirá y humillará delante de ti: y tú los echarás, y los destruirás luego, como Jehová te ha dicho.

Understand therefore this day, that the LORD thy God is he which goeth over before thee; as a consuming fire he shall destroy them, and he shall bring them down before thy face: so shalt thou drive them out, and destroy them quickly, as the LORD hath said unto thee.

Know therefore today that the LORD your God is he who goes over before you as a devouring fire. He will destroy them and he will bring them down before you. So you shall drive them out and make them perish quickly, as the LORD has spoken to you.

Nicht sprich in deinem Herzen, wenn Jehovah, dein Gott, sie vor dir verteilt, und sage: Um meiner Gerechtigkeit willen hat Jehovah mich hereingebracht, dieses Land einzunehmen, und wegen der Ungerechtigkeit dieser Völkerschaften treibe sie Jehovah vor dir aus.

No discurras en tu corazón cuando Jehová tu Dios los habrá echado de delante de ti, diciendo: Por mi justicia me ha metido Jehová á poseer esta tierra; pues por la impiedad de estas gentes Jehová las echa de delante de ti.

Speak not thou in thine heart, after that the LORD thy God hath cast them out from before thee, saying, For my righteousness the LORD hath brought me in to possess this land: but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD doth drive them out from before thee.

Don’t say in your heart, after the LORD your God has thrust them out from before you, “For my righteousness the LORD has brought me in to possess this land;” because the LORD drives them out before you because of the wickedness of these nations.

Nicht um deiner Gerechtigkeit und um der Redlichkeit deines Herzens willen kannst du ihr Land einnehmen, sondern ob der Ungerechtigkeit dieser Völkerschaften treibt Jehovah, dein Gott, sie vor dir aus, und auf daß Er das Wort bestätige, das Jehovah deinen Vätern, dem Abraham, dem Isaak und dem Jakob, geschworen hat.

No por tu justicia, ni por la rectitud de tu corazón entras á poseer la tierra de ellos; mas por la impiedad de estas gentes Jehová tu Dios las echa de delante de ti, y por confirmar la palabra que Jehová juró á tus padres Abraham, Isaac, y Jacob.

Not for thy righteousness, or for the uprightness of thine heart, dost thou go to possess their land: but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee, and that he may perform the word which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

Not for your righteousness or for the uprightness of your heart do you go in to possess their land; but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD your God does drive them out from before you, and that he may establish the word which the LORD swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.

Und du sollst wissen, daß nicht ob deiner Gerechtigkeit Jehovah, dein Gott, dir dies gute Land zum Erbbesitze geben wird, denn du bist ein halsstarriges Volk.

Por tanto, sabe que no por tu justicia Jehová tu Dios te da esta buena tierra para poseerla; que pueblo duro de cerviz eres tú.

Understand therefore, that the LORD thy God giveth thee not this good land to possess it for thy righteousness; for thou art a stiffnecked people.

Know therefore that the LORD your God doesn’t give you this good land to possess for your righteousness, for you are a stiff-necked people.

Gedenke, vergiß es nicht, wie du Jehovah, deinen Gott, in der Wüste entrüstet hast; von dem Tage an, da du aus Ägyptenland ausgegangen, bis ihr an diesen Ort gekommen seid, seid ihr wider Jehovah widerspenstig gewesen.

Acuérdate, no te olvides que has provocado á ira á Jehová tu Dios en el desierto: desde el día que saliste de la tierra de Egipto, hasta que entrasteis en este lugar, habéis sido rebeldes á Jehová.

Remember, and forget not, how thou provokedst the LORD thy God to wrath in the wilderness: from the day that thou didst depart out of the land of Egypt, until ye came unto this place, ye have been rebellious against the LORD.

Remember, and don’t forget, how you provoked the LORD your God to wrath in the wilderness. From the day that you left the land of Egypt until you came to this place, you have been rebellious against the LORD.

Und am Choreb habt ihr Jehovah entrüstet, und Jehovah zürnte wider euch, euch zu vernichten.

Y en Horeb provocasteis á ira á Jehová, y enojóse Jehová contra vosotros para destruiros.

Also in Horeb ye provoked the LORD to wrath, so that the LORD was angry with you to have destroyed you.

Als ich auf den Berg stieg, um die steinernen Tafeln, die Tafeln des Bundes, den Jehovah mit euch schloß, zu holen, und ich auf dem Berge blieb vierzig Tage und vierzig Nächte, aß ich kein Brot und trank kein Wasser.

Cuando yo subí al monte para recibir las tablas de piedra, las tablas del pacto que Jehová hizo con vosotros, estuve entonces en el monte cuarenta días y cuarenta noches, sin comer pan ni beber agua:

When I was gone up into the mount to receive the tables of stone, even the tables of the covenant which the LORD made with you, then I abode in the mount forty days and forty nights, I neither did eat bread nor drink water:

When I had gone up onto the mountain to receive the stone tablets, even the tablets of the covenant which the LORD made with you, then I stayed on the mountain forty days and forty nights. I neither ate bread nor drank water.

Und Jehovah gab mir die zwei steinernen Tafeln, mit dem Finger Gottes beschrieben und auf denselben alle Worte, die Jehovah auf dem Berge mitten aus dem Feuer am Tage der Versammlung mit euch geredet hatte.

Y dióme Jehová las dos tablas de piedra escritas con el dedo de Dios; y en ellas estaba escrito conforme á todas las palabras que os habló Jehová en el monte de en medio del fuego, el día de la asamblea.

And the LORD delivered unto me two tables of stone written with the finger of God; and on them was written according to all the words, which the LORD spake with you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly.

The LORD delivered to me the two stone tablets written with God’s finger. On them were all the words which the LORD spoke with you on the mountain out of the middle of the fire in the day of the assembly.

Und es geschah am Ende der vierzig Tage und vierzig Nächte, daß mir Jehovah die zwei steinernen Tafeln, die Tafeln des Bundes gab;

Y fué al cabo de los cuarenta días y cuarenta noches, que Jehová me dió las dos tablas de piedra, las tablas del pacto.

Und Jehovah sprach zu mir: Mache dich auf, gehe eilig von da hinab: Denn dein Volk, das du aus Ägypten ausgeführt hast, verdirbt. Eilig sind sie von dem Wege gewichen, den Ich ihnen geboten habe. Sie haben sich ein Gußbild gemacht.

Y díjome Jehová: Levántate, desciende presto de aquí; que tu pueblo que sacaste de Egipto se ha corrompido: pronto se han apartado del camino que yo les mandé: hanse hecho una efigie de fundición.

And the LORD said unto me, Arise, get thee down quickly from hence; for thy people which thou hast brought forth out of Egypt have corrupted themselves; they are quickly turned aside out of the way which I commanded them; they have made them a molten image.

The LORD said to me, “Arise, get down quickly from here; for your people whom you have brought out of Egypt have corrupted themselves. They have quickly turned away from the way which I commanded them. They have made a molten image for themselves!”

Und Jehovah sprach zu mir und sagte: Ich sah dieses Volk und siehe: es ist ein halsstarriges Volk.

Y hablóme Jehová, diciendo: He visto ese pueblo, y he aquí, que él es pueblo duro de cerviz:

Furthermore the LORD spake unto me, saying, I have seen this people, and, behold, it is a stiffnecked people:

Furthermore the LORD spoke to me, saying, “I have seen these people, and behold, they are a stiff-necked people.

Laß ab von Mir, daß Ich sie vernichte und ihren Namen auswische unter dem Himmel. Dich aber will Ich zu einer Völkerschaft machen, mächtiger und mehr denn sie!

Déjame que los destruya, y raiga su nombre de debajo del cielo; que yo te pondré sobre gente fuerte y mucha más que ellos.

Let me alone, that I may destroy them, and blot out their name from under heaven: and I will make of thee a nation mightier and greater than they.

Leave me alone, that I may destroy them, and blot out their name from under the sky; and I will make of you a nation mightier and greater than they.”

Und ich wandte mich und kam herab vom Berge, und der Berg brannte im Feuer. Und die zwei Tafeln des Bundes waren auf meinen zwei Händen!

Y volví y descendí del monte, el cual ardía en fuego, con las tablas del pacto en mis dos manos.

So I turned and came down from the mount, and the mount burned with fire: and the two tables of the covenant were in my two hands.

Und ich sah und siehe: Ihr hattet gesündigt gegen Jehovah, euren Gott, ihr hattet euch ein gegossen Kalb gemacht. Ihr waret eilig von dem Wege gewichen, den Jehovah euch geboten hatte.

Y miré, y he aquí habíais pecado contra Jehová vuestro Dios: os habíais hecho un becerro de fundición, apartándoos presto del camino que Jehová os había mandado.

And I looked, and, behold, ye had sinned against the LORD your God, and had made you a molten calf: ye had turned aside quickly out of the way which the LORD had commanded you.

I looked, and behold, you had sinned against the LORD your God. You had made yourselves a molded calf. You had quickly turned away from the way which the LORD had commanded you.

Und ich erfaßte die zwei Tafeln und warf sie aus meinen beiden Händen, und ich zerbrach sie vor euren Augen.

Entonces tomé las dos tablas, y arrojélas de mis dos manos, y quebrélas delante de vuestros ojos.

And I took the two tables, and cast them out of my two hands, and brake them before your eyes.

I took hold of the two tablets, and threw them out of my two hands, and broke them before your eyes.

Und ich fiel nieder vor Jehovah, wie zuerst, vierzig Tage und vierzig Nächte, aß kein Brot und trank kein Wasser, um aller eurer Sünden willen, die ihr gesündigt, daß ihr tatet, was böse war in den Augen Jehovahs, womit ihr Ihn reiztet.

Y postréme delante de Jehová, como antes, cuarenta días y cuarenta noches: no comí pan ni bebí agua, á causa de todo vuestro pecado que habíais cometido haciendo mal en ojos de Jehová para enojarlo.

And I fell down before the LORD, as at the first, forty days and forty nights: I did neither eat bread, nor drink water, because of all your sins which ye sinned, in doing wickedly in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger.

Denn mir war bange vor dem Zorn und Grimm, von dem Jehovah wider euch entrüstet war, so daß Er euch vernichten wollte, und Jehovah hörte auch jenes Mal auf mich.

Porque temí á causa del furor y de la ira con que Jehová estaba enojado contra vosotros para destruiros. Pero Jehová me oyó aún esta vez.

For I was afraid of the anger and hot displeasure, wherewith the LORD was wroth against you to destroy you. But the LORD hearkened unto me at that time also.

Und über Aharon zürnte Jehovah sehr, so daß Er ihn vernichten wollte, und ich betete auch für Aharon zur selben Zeit.

Contra Aarón también se enojó Jehová en gran manera para destruirlo: y también oré por Aarón entonces.

And the LORD was very angry with Aaron to have destroyed him: and I prayed for Aaron also the same time.

Und eure Sünde, die ihr gemacht, das Kalb, nahm ich und verbrannte es im Feuer und zerstieß und zermahlte es wohl, bis daß es fein ward zu Staub und warf den Staub davon in den Bach, der vom Berge herabkommt.

Y tomé vuestro pecado, el becerro que habíais hecho, y quemélo en el fuego, y lo desmenucé moliéndole muy bien, hasta que fué reducido á polvo: y eché el polvo de él en el arroyo que descendía del monte.

And I took your sin, the calf which ye had made, and burnt it with fire, and stamped it, and ground it very small, even until it was as small as dust: and I cast the dust thereof into the brook that descended out of the mount.

Und in Taberah und in Massah und bei Kibroth Hattaavah habt ihr Jehovah entrüstet.

También en Tabera, y en Massa, y en Kibroth-hataavah, enojasteis á Jehová.

And at Taberah, and at Massah, and at Kibroth-hattaavah, ye provoked the LORD to wrath.

Und als Jehovah euch von Kadesch Barnea sandte und sprach: Ziehet hinauf und nehmet das Land ein, das Ich euch gegeben habe, da waret ihr widerspenstig wider den Mund Jehovahs, eures Gottes, und glaubtet Ihm nicht und hörtet nicht auf Seine Stimme.

Y cuando Jehová os envió desde Cades-barnea, diciendo, Subid y poseed la tierra que yo os he dado; también fuisteis rebeldes al dicho de Jehová vuestro Dios, y no lo creisteis, ni obedecisteis á su voz.

Likewise when the LORD sent you from Kadesh-barnea, saying, Go up and possess the land which I have given you; then ye rebelled against the commandment of the LORD your God, and ye believed him not, nor hearkened to his voice.

Ihr waret widerspenstig wider Jehovah von dem Tage an, da ich euch kenne.

Rebeldes habéis sido á Jehová desde el día que yo os conozco.

Und ich fiel nieder vor Jehovah vierzig Tage und vierzig Nächte, die ich niederfiel; denn Jehovah sprach, Er wolle euch vernichten;

Postréme, pues, delante de Jehová cuarenta días y cuarenta noches que estuve postrado; porque Jehová dijo que os había de destruir.

Und ich betete zu Jehovah und sprach: Herr Jehovah, verdirb nicht Dein Volk und Dein Erbe, das Du eingelöst hast durch Deine Größe, das Du mit starker Hand aus Ägypten herausgeführt.

Y oré á Jehová, diciendo: Oh Señor Jehová, no destruyas tu pueblo y tu heredad que has redimido con tu grandeza, al cual sacaste de Egipto con mano fuerte.

I prayed therefore unto the LORD, and said, O Lord GOD, destroy not thy people and thine inheritance, which thou hast redeemed through thy greatness, which thou hast brought forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand.

I prayed to the LORD, and said, “Lord GOD, don’t destroy your people and your inheritance that you have redeemed through your greatness, that you have brought out of Egypt with a mighty hand.

Gedenke deiner Knechte Abraham, Isaak und Jakob und wende dich nicht an die Härtigkeit dieses Volkes und an seine Ungerechtigkeit und an seine Sünde.

Acuérdate de tus siervos Abraham, Isaac, y Jacob; no mires á la dureza de este pueblo, ni á su impiedad, ni á su pecado:

Remember thy servants, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; look not unto the stubbornness of this people, nor to their wickedness, nor to their sin:

Remember your servants, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Don’t look at the stubbornness of this people, nor at their wickedness, nor at their sin,

Daß man nicht sage im Lande, aus dem Du uns ausgeführt hast: Da Jehovah nicht vermochte, sie in das Land hineinzubringen, von dem Er zu ihnen geredet hatte, und weil Er sie haßte, hat Er sie herausgeführt, um sie in der Wüste zu töten.

Porque no digan los de la tierra de donde nos sacaste: Por cuanto no pudo Jehová introducirlos en la tierra que les había dicho, ó porque los aborrecía, los sacó para matarlos en el desierto.

Lest the land whence thou broughtest us out say, Because the LORD was not able to bring them into the land which he promised them, and because he hated them, he hath brought them out to slay them in the wilderness.

Und sie sind Dein Volk und Dein Erbe, das Du mit Deiner großen Kraft und Deinem ausgereckten Arm hast ausgeführt.

Y ellos son tu pueblo y tu heredad, que sacaste con tu gran fortaleza y con tu brazo extendido.

Yet they are thy people and thine inheritance, which thou broughtest out by thy mighty power and by thy stretched out arm.

Yet they are your people and your inheritance, which you brought out by your great power and by your outstretched arm.”
