Und entferne den Unmut aus deinem Herzen, und tue das Übel von deinem Leibe weg; denn die Jugend und das Mannesalter sind Eitelkeit.

Quita pues el enojo de tu corazón, y aparta el mal de tu carne: porque la mocedad y la juventud son vanidad.

Therefore remove sorrow from thy heart, and put away evil from thy flesh: for childhood and youth are vanity.
