And my heart knew much—wisdom, and knowledge, parables and understanding: I perceived that this also is Lit. deliberate choice waywardness of spirit.

Y dí mi corazón á conocer la sabiduría, y también á entender las locuras y los desvaríos: conocí que aun esto era aflicción de espíritu.

And I gave my heart to know wisdom, and to know madness and folly: I perceived that this also is vexation of spirit.
