Vanité des vanités, a dit Kohélet, vanité des vanités; tout est vanité!
Vanidad de vanidades, dijo el Predicador; vanidad de vanidades, todo vanidad.
Vanity of vanities, saith the Preacher, vanity of vanities; all is vanity.
“Vanity of vanities,” says the Preacher; “Vanity of vanities, all is vanity.”
Quel profit tire l'homme de tout le mal qu'il se donne sous le soleil? ?
¿Qué provecho tiene el hombre de todo su trabajo con que se afana debajo del sol?
What profit hath a man of all his labour which he taketh under the sun?

Une génération s'en va, une autre génération lui succède, et la terre subsiste perpétuellement.
