Anzi più felice che gli uni, e che gli altri, giudico colui che fino ad ora non è stato; il qual non ha vedute le opere malvage che si fanno sotto il sole.

Yea, better is he than both they, which hath not yet been, who hath not seen the evil work that is done under the sun.
