1GUARDA il tuo piè, quando tu andrai nella Casa di Dio; ed appressati per ascoltare, anzi che per dar quello che dànno gli stolti, cioè, sacrificio; perciocchè essi, facendo male, non però se ne avveggono.

1Keep thy foot when thou goest to the house of God, and be more ready to hear, than to give the sacrifice of fools: for they consider not that they do evil.

1Guard your steps when you go to God’s house; for to draw near to listen is better than to give the sacrifice of fools, for they don’t know that they do evil.
