Mesmo que nunca tenha visto o sol ou que nunca soubesse o que é a vida, isso é melhor que ser um homem velho e infeliz.

Aunque no haya visto el sol, ni conocido nada, más reposo tiene éste que aquél.

Moreover he hath not seen the sun, nor known any thing: this hath more rest than the other.

Moreover it has not seen the sun nor known it. This has rest rather than the other.
