Parce que la sentence portée contre les mauvaises actions ne s'exécute pas en toute hâte, à cause de cela le cœur des enfants des hommes s'enhardit en eux à faire le mal ;

Porque no se ejecuta luego sentencia sobre la mala obra, el corazón de los hijos de los hombres está en ellos lleno para hacer mal.
