Eclesiastés 9

No hay hombre que viva siempre, ni que pueda presumirse esto. Con todo, hasta el perro, que vive, vale siempre más que el mismo león ya muerto;

Aun hay esperanza para todo aquél que está entre los vivos; porque mejor es perro vivo que león muerto.

For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion.

For to him who is joined with all the living there is hope; for a living dog is better than a dead lion.
