Selon qu’il nous avait élus en lui avant la fondation du monde, afin que nous fussions saints et irrépréhensibles devant lui en charité.

Según nos escogió en él antes de la fundación del mundo, para que fuésemos santos y sin mancha delante de él en amor;

According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and without defect before him in love,
