Eu, Paulo, servo de Cristo, estou aqui na prisão por amor a vocês — por pregar que vocês, os gentios, fazem parte da casa de Deus.

Não há dúvida que vocês já sabem que Deus, pela sua graça, me entregou esse trabalho especial de mostrar o favor divino a vocês, os gentios.
Si es que habéis oído la dispensación de la gracia de Dios que me ha sido dada para con vosotros,
If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:
if it is so that you have heard of the administration of that grace of God which was given me toward you,
Como antes mencionei em poucas palavras, o próprio Deus me mostrou este mistério por revelação.
A saber, que por revelación me fué declarado el misterio, como antes he escrito en breve;
How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words,
how that by revelation the mystery was made known to me, as I wrote before in few words,
Ao lerem o que escrevi, vocês poderão entender como eu estou a par do mistério de Cristo.

Nos tempos antigos Deus não fez o seu povo participante desse mistério; agora, porém, ele o revelou através do Espírito Santo aos seus santos apóstolos e profetas.
El cual misterio en los otros siglos no se dió á conocer á los hijos de los hombres como ahora es revelado á sus santos apóstoles y profetas en el Espíritu:
Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;
which in other generations was not made known to the children of men, as it has now been revealed to his holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit,
E este é o mistério: que os gentios terão total participação com os judeus em todas as riquezas herdadas pelos filhos de Deus; ambos são convidados a pertencer à sua igreja e a participar de todas as promessas divinas de bênçãos poderosas por meio de Cristo Jesus.
Que los Gentiles sean juntamente herederos, é incorporados, y consortes de su promesa en Cristo por el evangelio:
That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:
that the Gentiles are fellow heirs and fellow members of the body, and fellow partakers of his promise in Christ Jesus through the Good News,
Deus me concedeu o privilégio maravilhoso de contar a todo mundo o dom da sua graça; e me deu o seu poder e uma capacidade especial para fazê-lo.
Del cual yo soy hecho ministro por el don de la gracia de Dios que me ha sido dado según la operación de su potencia.
Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power.

e explicar a todos o mistério que Deus é o Salvador dos gentios também, o mesmo Deus que fez todas as coisas e que tinha mantido isso em segredo desde o princípio.
Y de aclarar á todos cuál sea la dispensación del misterio escondido desde los siglos en Dios, que crió todas las cosas.
And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:

E para quê? Para mostrar a todas as autoridades e poderes nas regiões celestiais, por meio da igreja, como Deus é perfeitamente sábio,
Para que la multiforme sabiduría de Dios sea ahora notificada por la iglesia á los principados y potestades en los cielos,
To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,
to the intent that now through the assembly the manifold wisdom of God might be made known to the principalities and the powers in the heavenly places,

Portanto, eu lhes peço que não percam o ânimo com os meus sofrimentos. É por vocês que eu estou sofrendo, e vocês devem sentir-se honrados e animados com isso.
Por tanto, pido que no desmayéis á causa de mis tribulaciones por vosotros, las cuales son vuestra gloria.
Wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.
Therefore I ask that you may not lose heart at my troubles for you, which are your glory.

do amor de Cristo; e por si mesmos possam experimentar esse amor, embora seja ele tão grande que vocês nunca verão o seu fim, nem o poderão conhecer ou compreender completamente. E dessa maneira, vocês ficarão cheios de toda a plenitude do próprio Deus.
Y conocer el amor de Cristo, que excede á todo conocimiento, para que seáis llenos de toda la plenitud de Dios.
And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
and to know Christ’s love which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
Agora, glória seja dada a Deus, que pelo seu grandioso poder operando em nós é capaz de fazer muito mais do que jamais ousaríamos pedir ou mesmo imaginar, infinitamente além de nossas mais altas orações, anseios, pensamentos ou esperanças.
Y á Aquel que es poderoso para hacer todas las cosas mucho más abundantemente de lo que pedimos ó entendemos, por la potencia que obra en nosotros,
Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,

A ele seja dada glória para todo o sempre, por todas as gerações, na igreja por meio de Jesus Cristo. Amém!
A él sea gloria en la iglesia por Cristo Jesús, por todas edades del siglo de los siglos. Amén.
Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
