Efesios 4

Je vous exhorte donc, moi, le prisonnier dans le Seigneur, à marcher d'une manière digne de la vocation à laquelle vous avez été appelés,

YO pues, preso en el Señor, os ruego que andéis como es digno de la vocación con que sois llamados;

I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,

I therefore, the prisoner in the Lord, beg you to walk worthily of the calling with which you were called,

avec toute humilité et douceur, avec patience, vous supportant les uns les autres dans la charité,

Con toda humildad y mansedumbre, con paciencia soportando los unos á los otros en amor;

With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;

with all lowliness and humility, with patience, bearing with one another in love,

vous appliquant à conserver l'unité de l'Esprit, par le lien de la paix :

Solícitos á guardar la unidad del Espíritu en el vínculo de la paz.

Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

un seul corps et un seul Esprit (comme aussi vous avez été appelés dans une seule espérance de votre vocation) ;

Un cuerpo, y un Espíritu; como sois también llamados á una misma esperanza de vuestra vocación:

There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;

There is one body and one Spirit, even as you also were called in one hope of your calling,

un seul Seigneur, une seule foi, un seul baptême,

Un Señor, una fe, un bautismo,

One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

un seul Dieu et Père de tous, qui est au-dessus de tous, et parmi tous, et en tous.

Un Dios y Padre de todos, el cual es sobre todas las cosas, y por todas las cosas, y en todos vosotros.

One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

Mais, à chacun de nous la grâce a été donnée, selon la mesure du don de Christ.

Empero á cada uno de nosotros es dada la gracia conforme á la medida del don de Cristo.

But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

C'est pourquoi il est dit : Etant monté en haut, il a emmené captive la captivité, et il a donné des dons aux hommes.

Por lo cual dice: Subiendo á lo alto, llevó cautiva la cautividad, y dió dones á los hombres.

Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.

Therefore he says, “When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts to people.”

Or, que veut dire cela : Il est monté, si ce n'est qu'il était aussi descendu dans les régions inférieures de la terre ?

(Y que subió, ¿qué es, sino que también había descendido primero á las partes más bajas de la tierra?

(Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?

Now this, “He ascended”, what is it but that he also first descended into the lower parts of the earth?

Celui qui est descendu, c'est aussi celui qui est monté au-dessus de tous les cieux, afin qu'il remplit toutes choses.

El que descendió, él mismo es el que también subió sobre todos los cielos para cumplir todas las cosas.)

He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)

Et lui-même a donné les uns comme apôtres, d'autres comme prophètes, d'autres comme évangélistes, d'autres comme pasteurs et docteurs,

And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

pour le perfectionnement des saints pour l'œuvre du service, pour l'édification du corps de Christ ;

Para perfección de los santos, para la obra del ministerio, para edificación del cuerpo de Cristo;

For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

for the perfecting of the saints, to the work of serving, to the building up of the body of Christ,

jusqu'à ce que nous soyons tous parvenus à l'unité de la foi et de la connaissance du Fils de Dieu, à l'état d'homme fait, à la mesure de la stature parfaite de Christ ;

Hasta que todos lleguemos á la unidad de la fe y del conocimiento del Hijo de Dios, á un varón perfecto, á la medida de la edad de la plenitud de Cristo:

Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a full grown man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ,

afin que nous ne soyons plus des enfants, flottants et emportés çà et là par tout vent de doctrine, par la tromperie des hommes, par leur ruse dans les artifices de l'égarement,

Que ya no seamos niños fluctuantes, y llevados por doquiera de todo viento de doctrina, por estratagema de hombres que, para engañar, emplean con astucia los artificios del error:

That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

that we may no longer be children, tossed back and forth and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in craftiness, after the wiles of error;

mais que, suivant la vérité dans la charité, nous croissions en toutes choses en Celui qui est le Chef, Christ,

Antes siguiendo la verdad en amor, crezcamos en todas cosas en aquel que es la cabeza, á saber, Cristo;

But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:

but speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him who is the head, Christ,

duquel tout le corps bien coordonné et bien uni par la liaison de ses parties qui communiquent les unes aux autres, tire son accroissement selon la force qui est dans la mesure de chaque partie, afin qu'il soit édifié dans la charité.

Del cual, todo el cuerpo compuesto y bien ligado entre sí por todas las junturas de su alimento, que recibe según la operación, cada miembro conforme á su medida toma aumento de cuerpo edificándose en amor.

From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

from whom all the body, being fitted and knit together through that which every joint supplies, according to the working in measure of each individual part, makes the body increase to the building up of itself in love.

Voici donc ce que je dis, et ce dont je vous conjure dans le Seigneur, c'est que vous ne marchiez plus comme marchent encore les païens dans la vanité de leur entendement ;

Esto pues digo, y requiero en el Señor, que no andéis más como los otros Gentiles, que andan en la vanidad de su sentido,

This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,

This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles also walk, in the futility of their mind,

ayant leur pensée obscurcie de ténèbres, étant étrangers à la vie de Dieu, à cause de l'ignorance qui est en eux, à cause de l'endurcissement de leur cœur ;

Teniendo el entendimiento entenebrecido, ajenos de la vida de Dios por la ignorancia que en ellos hay, por la dureza de su corazón:

Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:

being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardening of their hearts.

eux qui, ayant perdu tout sentiment, se sont livrés à la dissolution, pour commettre toute sorte d'impuretés, avec une ardeur insatiable.

Los cuales después que perdieron el sentido de la conciencia, se entregaron á la desvergüenza para cometer con avidez toda suerte de impureza.

Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

They, having become callous, gave themselves up to lust, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

Mais vous, ce n'est pas ainsi que vous avez appris Christ,

Mas vosotros no habéis aprendido así á Cristo:

But ye have not so learned Christ;

But you didn’t learn Christ that way,

si du moins vous l'avez écouté, et si vous avez été instruits en lui selon la vérité qui est en Jésus,

Si empero lo habéis oído, y habéis sido por él enseñados, como la verdad está en Jesús,

If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:

if indeed you heard him and were taught in him, even as truth is in Jesus:

savoir que vous vous dépouilliez, quant à votre conduite précédente, du vieil homme, qui se corrompt par les convoitises de la séduction ;

A que dejéis, cuanto á la pasada manera de vivir, el viejo hombre que está viciado conforme á los deseos de error;

That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;

that you put away, as concerning your former way of life, the old man that grows corrupt after the lusts of deceit,

et que vous soyez renouvelés dans l'esprit de votre entendement,

Y á renovaros en el espíritu de vuestra mente,

And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;

and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind,

et que vous soyez revêtus du nouvel homme, créé selon Dieu, dans une justice et une sainteté de la vérité.

Y vestir el nuevo hombre que es criado conforme á Dios en justicia y en santidad de verdad.

And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

and put on the new man, who in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.

C'est pourquoi, ayant rejeté le mensonge, parlez selon la vérité chacun à son prochain ; car nous sommes membres les uns des autres.

Por lo cual, dejada la mentira, hablad verdad cada uno con su prójimo; porque somos miembros los unos de los otros.

Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.

Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor, for we are members of one another.

Si vous vous mettez en colère, ne péchez point, que le soleil ne se couche point sur votre exaspération ;

Airaos, y no pequéis; no se ponga el sol sobre vuestro enojo;

Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:

“Be angry, and don’t sin.” Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath,

et ne donnez point accès au diable.

Ni deis lugar al diablo.

Neither give place to the devil.

and don’t give place to the devil.

Que celui qui dérobait ne dérobe plus ; mais plutôt qu'il prenne de la peine, travaillant de ses mains à ce qui est bien, afin qu'il ait de quoi donner à celui qui est dans le besoin.

El que hurtaba, no hurte más; antes trabaje, obrando con sus manos lo que es bueno, para que tenga de qué dar al que padeciere necesidad.

Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.

Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, producing with his hands something that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need.

Qu'il ne sorte de votre bouche aucune parole mauvaise, mais toute parole bonne pour l'édification, selon le besoin, afin qu'elle communique une grâce à ceux qui l'entendent.

Ninguna palabra torpe salga de vuestra boca, sino la que sea buena para edificación, para que dé gracia á los oyentes.

Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.

Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear.

Et n'attristez point le Saint-Esprit de Dieu, par lequel vous avez été scellés pour le jour de la rédemption.

Y no contristéis al Espíritu Santo de Dios, con el cual estáis sellados para el día de la redención.

And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

Don’t grieve the Holy Spirit of God, in whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

Que toute amertume, et animosité, et colère, et clameur, et médisance, ainsi que toute malice soit ôtée du milieu de vous ;

Toda amargura, y enojo, é ira, y voces, y maledicencia sea quitada de vosotros, y toda malicia:

Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:

Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice.

et soyez, les uns envers les autres, bons, pleins de compassion, vous pardonnant réciproquement, comme aussi Dieu vous a pardonné en Christ.

Antes sed los unos con los otros benignos, misericordiosos, perdonándoos los unos á los otros, como también Dios os perdonó en Cristo.

And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.

And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.
