Efesios 4

IO adunque, il prigione, vi esorto nel Signore, che camminiate condegnamente alla vocazione, della quale siete stati chiamati;

YO pues, preso en el Señor, os ruego que andéis como es digno de la vocación con que sois llamados;

I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,

I therefore, the prisoner in the Lord, beg you to walk worthily of the calling with which you were called,

con ogni umiltà, e mansuetudine; con pazienza, comportandovi gli uni gli altri in carità;

Con toda humildad y mansedumbre, con paciencia soportando los unos á los otros en amor;

With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;

with all lowliness and humility, with patience, bearing with one another in love,

studiandovi di serbar l'unità dello Spirito per il legame della pace.

Solícitos á guardar la unidad del Espíritu en el vínculo de la paz.

Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

V'è un corpo unico, e un unico Spirito; come ancora voi siete stati chiamati in un'unica speranza della vostra vocazione.

Un cuerpo, y un Espíritu; como sois también llamados á una misma esperanza de vuestra vocación:

There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;

There is one body and one Spirit, even as you also were called in one hope of your calling,

V'è un unico Signore, una fede, un battesimo;

Un Señor, una fe, un bautismo,

One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

one Lord, one faith, one baptism,

un Dio unico, e Padre di tutti, il quale è sopra tutte le cose, e fra tutte le cose, e in tutti voi.

Un Dios y Padre de todos, el cual es sobre todas las cosas, y por todas las cosas, y en todos vosotros.

One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in us all.

Ma a ciascun di noi è stata data la grazia, secondo la misura del dono di Cristo.

Empero á cada uno de nosotros es dada la gracia conforme á la medida del don de Cristo.

But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

But to each one of us, the grace was given according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

Per la qual cosa dice: Essendo salito in alto, egli ha menata in cattività moltitudine di prigioni, e ha dati de' doni agli uomini.

Por lo cual dice: Subiendo á lo alto, llevó cautiva la cautividad, y dió dones á los hombres.

Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.

Therefore he says, “When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts to people.”

Or quello: È salito, che cosa è altro, se non che prima ancora era disceso nelle parti più basse della terra?

(Y que subió, ¿qué es, sino que también había descendido primero á las partes más bajas de la tierra?

(Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?

Now this, “He ascended”, what is it but that he also first descended into the lower parts of the earth?

Colui che è disceso è quello stesso, il quale ancora è salito di sopra a tutti i cieli, acciocchè empia tutte le cose.

El que descendió, él mismo es el que también subió sobre todos los cielos para cumplir todas las cosas.)

He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)

He who descended is the one who also ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.

Ed egli stesso ha dati gli uni apostoli, e gli altri profeti, e gli altri evangelisti, e gli altri pastori, e dottori;

Y él mismo dió unos, ciertamente apóstoles; y otros, profetas; y otros, evangelistas; y otros, pastores y doctores;

And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

He gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, shepherds and teachers;

per lo perfetto adunamento de' santi, per l'opera del ministerio, per l'edificazione del corpo di Cristo;

Para perfección de los santos, para la obra del ministerio, para edificación del cuerpo de Cristo;

For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

for the perfecting of the saints, to the work of serving, to the building up of the body of Christ,

finchè ci scontriamo tutti nell'unità della fede, e della conoscenza del Figliuol di Dio, in uomo compiuto, alla misura della statura perfetta del corpo di Cristo.

Hasta que todos lleguemos á la unidad de la fe y del conocimiento del Hijo de Dios, á un varón perfecto, á la medida de la edad de la plenitud de Cristo:

Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a full grown man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ,

Acciocchè non siam più bambini, fiottando e trasportati da ogni vento di dottrina, per la baratteria degli uomini, per la loro astuzia all'artificio, ed insidie dell'inganno.

Que ya no seamos niños fluctuantes, y llevados por doquiera de todo viento de doctrina, por estratagema de hombres que, para engañar, emplean con astucia los artificios del error:

That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

that we may no longer be children, tossed back and forth and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in craftiness, after the wiles of error;

Ma che, seguitando verità in carità, cresciamo in ogni cosa in colui che è il capo, cioè in Cristo.

Antes siguiendo la verdad en amor, crezcamos en todas cosas en aquel que es la cabeza, á saber, Cristo;

But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:

but speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him who is the head, Christ,

Dal quale tutto il corpo ben composto, e commesso insieme per tutte le giunture di cui è fornito, secondo la virtù che è nella misura di ciascun membro, prende il suo accrescimento alla propria edificazione in carità.

Del cual, todo el cuerpo compuesto y bien ligado entre sí por todas las junturas de su alimento, que recibe según la operación, cada miembro conforme á su medida toma aumento de cuerpo edificándose en amor.

From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

from whom all the body, being fitted and knit together through that which every joint supplies, according to the working in measure of each individual part, makes the body increase to the building up of itself in love.

QUESTO dico adunque, e protesto nel Signore, che voi non camminiate più come camminano ancora gli altri Gentili, nella vanità della lor mente;

Esto pues digo, y requiero en el Señor, que no andéis más como los otros Gentiles, que andan en la vanidad de su sentido,

This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,

This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles also walk, in the futility of their mind,

intenebrati nell'intelletto, alieni dalla vita di Dio, per l'ignoranza che è in loro, per l'induramento del cuor loro.

Teniendo el entendimiento entenebrecido, ajenos de la vida de Dios por la ignorancia que en ellos hay, por la dureza de su corazón:

Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:

being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardening of their hearts.

I quali, essendo divenuti insensibili ad ogni dolore, si sono abbandonati alla dissoluzione, da operare ogni immondizia, con insaziabile cupidità.

Los cuales después que perdieron el sentido de la conciencia, se entregaron á la desvergüenza para cometer con avidez toda suerte de impureza.

Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

They, having become callous, gave themselves up to lust, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

Ma voi non avete così imparato Cristo;

Mas vosotros no habéis aprendido así á Cristo:

But ye have not so learned Christ;

But you didn’t learn Christ that way,

se pur l'avete udito, e siete stati in lui ammaestrati, secondo che la verità è in Gesù:

Si empero lo habéis oído, y habéis sido por él enseñados, como la verdad está en Jesús,

If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:

if indeed you heard him and were taught in him, even as truth is in Jesus:

di spogliare, quant'è alla primiera condotta, l'uomo vecchio, il qual si corrompe nelle concupiscenze della seduzione;

A que dejéis, cuanto á la pasada manera de vivir, el viejo hombre que está viciado conforme á los deseos de error;

That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;

that you put away, as concerning your former way of life, the old man that grows corrupt after the lusts of deceit,

e d'essere rinnovati per lo Spirito della vostra mente;

Y á renovaros en el espíritu de vuestra mente,

And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;

and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind,

e d'esser vestiti dell'uomo nuovo, creato, secondo Iddio, in giustizia, e santità di verità.

Y vestir el nuevo hombre que es criado conforme á Dios en justicia y en santidad de verdad.

And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

and put on the new man, who in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.

Perciò, deposta la menzogna, parlate in verità ciascuno col suo prossimo; poichè noi siam membra gli uni degli altri.

Por lo cual, dejada la mentira, hablad verdad cada uno con su prójimo; porque somos miembros los unos de los otros.

Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.

Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor, for we are members of one another.

Adiratevi, e non peccate; il sole non tramonti sopra il vostro cruccio.

Airaos, y no pequéis; no se ponga el sol sobre vuestro enojo;

Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:

“Be angry, and don’t sin.” Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath,

E non date luogo al diavolo.

Ni deis lugar al diablo.

Neither give place to the devil.

and don’t give place to the devil.

Chi rubava non rubi più; anzi più tosto fatichi, facendo qualche buona opera con le proprie mani, acciocchè abbia di che far parte a colui che ha bisogno.

El que hurtaba, no hurte más; antes trabaje, obrando con sus manos lo que es bueno, para que tenga de qué dar al que padeciere necesidad.

Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.

Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, producing with his hands something that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need.

Niuna parola malvagia esca dalla vostra bocca; ma, se ve n'è alcuna buona ad edificazione, secondo il bisogno; acciocchè conferisca grazia agli ascoltanti.

Ninguna palabra torpe salga de vuestra boca, sino la que sea buena para edificación, para que dé gracia á los oyentes.

Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.

Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear.

E non contristate lo Spirito Santo di Dio, col quale siete stati suggellati per il giorno della redenzione.

Y no contristéis al Espíritu Santo de Dios, con el cual estáis sellados para el día de la redención.

And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

Don’t grieve the Holy Spirit of God, in whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

Sia tolta via da voi ogni amaritudine, ed ira, e cruccio, e grido, e maldicenza, con ogni malizia.

Toda amargura, y enojo, é ira, y voces, y maledicencia sea quitada de vosotros, y toda malicia:

Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:

Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice.

Ma siate gli uni inverso gli altri benigni, misericordiosi, perdonandovi gli uni gli altri, siccome ancora Iddio vi ha perdonati in Cristo.

Antes sed los unos con los otros benignos, misericordiosos, perdonándoos los unos á los otros, como también Dios os perdonó en Cristo.

And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.

And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.
