Afin qu’il la sanctifiât, après l’avoir nettoyée dans le baptême d’eau et par sa parole :

Para santificarla limpiándola en el lavacro del agua por la palabra,

That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word,
