SED, pues, imitadores de Dios como hijos amados:
Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;

Und wandelt in der Liebe, gleichwie Christus uns hat geliebet und sich selbst dargegeben fur uns zur Gabe und Opfer, Gott zu einem süßen Geruch.
Y andad en amor, como también Cristo nos amó, y se entregó á sí mismo por nosotros, ofrenda y sacrificio á Dios en olor suave.
And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.

Hurerei aber und alle Unreinigkeit Oder Geiz lasset nicht von euch gesagt werden, wie den Heiligen zustehet,
Pero fornicación y toda inmundicia, ó avaricia, ni aun se nombre entre vosotros, como conviene á santos;
But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;

auch schandbare Worte und Narrenteidinge Oder Scherz, welche euch nicht ziemen, sondern vielmehr Danksagung.
Ni palabras torpes, ni necedades, ni truhanerías, que no convienen; sino antes bien acciones de gracias.

Denn das sollt ihr wissen, dafi kein Hurer Oder Unreiner Oder Geiziger (welcher ist ein Gotzendiener) Erbe hat an dem Reich Christi und Gottes.
Porque sabéis esto, que ningún fornicario, ó inmundo, ó avaro, que es servidor de ídolos, tiene herencia en el reino de Cristo y de Dios.
For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
Know this for sure, that no sexually immoral person, nor unclean person, nor covetous man (who is an idolater), has any inheritance in the Kingdom of Christ and God.
Lasset euch niemand verfuhren mit vergeblichen Worten! Denn urn dieser willen kommt der Zorn Gottes über die Kinder des Unglaubens.
Nadie os engañe con palabras vanas; porque por estas cosas viene la ira de Dios sobre los hijos de desobediencia.
Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.

Darum seid nicht ihre Mitgenossen!

Wandelt wie die Kinder des Lichts! Die Frucht des Geistes ist allerlei Gütigkeit und Gerechtigkeit und Wahrheit.

Denn was heimlich von ihnen geschieht, das ist auch schandlich zu sagen.
Porque torpe cosa es aun hablar de lo que ellos hacen en oculto.
For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.

Das alles aber wird offenbar, wenn es vom Licht gestraft wird. Denn alles, was offenbar wird, das ist Licht.

So sehet nun zu, wie ihrvorsichtiglich wandelt, nicht als die Unweisen, sondern als die Weisen.

See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,

Und schicket euch in die Zeit; denn es ist bose Zeit.

Und saget Dank allezeit fur alles Gott und dem Vater in dem Namen unsers Herrn Jesu Christi.
Dando gracias siempre de todo al Dios y Padre en el nombre de nuestro Señor Jesucristo:
Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

Und seid untereinander untertan in der Furcht Gottes.
Sujetados los unos á los otros en el temor de Dios.

Die Weiber seien untertan ihren Mannern als dem Herrn.
Las casadas estén sujetas á sus propios maridos, como al Señor.
Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord.
Denn der Mann ist des Weibes Haupt, gleichwie auch Christus das Haupt ist der Gemeinde, und er ist seines Leibes Heiland.
Porque el marido es cabeza de la mujer, así como Cristo es cabeza de la iglesia; y él es el que da la salud al cuerpo.
For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

Aber wie nun die Gemeinde ist Christo untertan, also auch die Weiber ihren Mannern in alien Dingen.
Así que, como la iglesia está sujeta á Cristo, así también las casadas lo estén á sus maridos en todo.
Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything.
Ihr Manner, liebet eure Weiber, gleichwie Christus auch geliebet hat die Gemeinde und hat sich selbst fur sie gegeben,
Maridos, amad á vuestras mujeres, así como Cristo amó á la iglesia, y se entregó á sí mismo por ella,
Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

Also sollen auch die Manner ihre Weiber lieben als ihre eigenen Leiber. Wersein Weib liebet, der liebet sich selbst.
Así también los maridos deben amar á sus mujeres como á sus mismos cuerpos. El que ama á su mujer, á sí mismo se ama.
So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
Even so husbands also ought to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself.
Denn niemand hat jemals sein eigen Fleisch gehasset, sondern er nahret es und pfleget sein, gleichwie auch der Herr die Gemeinde.

For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:

Denn wir sind Glieder seines Leibes, von seinem Fleisch und von seinem Gebeine.
Porque somos miembros de su cuerpo, de su carne y de sus huesos.

Urn deswillen wird ein Mensch verlassen Vater und Mutter und seinem Weibe anhangen, und werden zwei ein Fleisch sein.
Por esto dejará el hombre á su padre y á su madre, y se allegará á su mujer, y serán dos en una carne.
For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.

Das Geheimnis ist groß; ich sage aber von Christo und der Gemeinde;

Doch auch ihr, ja ein jeglicher habe lieb sein Weib als sich selbst; das Weib aber furchte den Mann.
Cada uno empero de vosotros de por sí, ame también á su mujer como á sí mismo; y la mujer reverencie á su marido.
Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.
