Stehet nun, eure Lenden umgürtet mit Wahrheit, und angetan mit dem Brustharnisch der Gerechtigkeit,

Estad pues firmes, ceñidos vuestros lomos de verdad, y vestidos de la cota de justicia,

Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
