Mas para fazer isso vocês necessitam do cinturão da verdade e da couraça da aprovação de Deus.

Estad pues firmes, ceñidos vuestros lomos de verdad, y vestidos de la cota de justicia,

Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
