Il expédia des lettres dans toutes les provinces royales, dans chaque province selon son système d'écriture et dans chaque peuplade selon son idiome, †pour ordonner que tout homme serait maître dans sa maison et s'exprimerait dans la langue de sa nation.

Pues envió letras á todas las provincias del rey, á cada provincia conforme á su escribir, y á cada pueblo conforme á su lenguaje, diciendo que todo hombre fuese señor en su casa; y háblese esto según la lengua de su pueblo.
