Le texte du rescrit portait qu'il fût promulgué un décret dans chaque province, faisant savoir à tous les peuples qu'ils se tinssent prêts pour ce jour-là.

La copia del escrito que se diese por mandamiento en cada provincia, fué publicada á todos los pueblos, á fin de que estuviesen apercibidos para aquel día.

The copy of the writing for a commandment to be given in every province was published unto all people, that they should be ready against that day.

A copy of the letter, that the decree should be given out in every province, was published to all the peoples, that they should be ready against that day.
