Perciocchè, come potrei io vivere, veggendo il male che avverrebbe al mio popolo? anzi, come potrei io vivere, veggendo la distruzione del mio parentado?

Porque ¿cómo podré yo ver el mal que alcanzará á mi pueblo? ¿cómo podré yo ver la destrucción de mi nación?

For how can I endure to see the evil that shall come unto my people? or how can I endure to see the destruction of my kindred?
