17Da nun Pharao das Volk gelassen hatte, führte sie Gott nicht auf der Straße durch der Philister Land, die am nächsten war; denn Gott gedachte es möchte das Volk gereuen, wenn sie den Streit sähen, und sie möchten wieder nach Ägypten umkehren.
