3Se il sole era levato quand’avvenne il fatto, vi sarà delitto d’omicidio. Il ladro dovrà risarcire il danno; se non ha di che risarcirlo, sarà venduto per ciò che ha rubato.

3If the sun be risen upon him, there shall be blood shed for him; for he should make full restitution; if he have nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.

3If the sun has risen on him, he is guilty of bloodshed. He shall make restitution. If he has nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.
