12Wenn du die Summe der Kinder Israel aufnehmen wirst nach ihren Gemusterten, so sollen sie bei ihrer Musterung ein jeder eine Sühne seiner Seele dem Jehova geben, daß keine Plage unter ihnen entstehe bei ihrer Musterung.

12Cuando tomares el número de los hijos de Israel conforme á la cuenta de ellos, cada uno dará á Jehová el rescate de su persona, cuando los contares, y no habrá en ellos mortandad por haberlos contado.

12When thou takest the sum of the children of Israel after their number, then shall they give every man a ransom for his soul unto the LORD, when thou numberest them; that there be no plague among them, when thou numberest them.

12“When you take a census of the children of Israel, according to those who are counted among them, then each man shall give a ransom for his soul to the LORD when you count them, that there be no plague among them when you count them.
