Eles dizem ao povo: ‘Jerusalém não será destruída. Podemos construir casas e viver em paz. Estamos seguros aqui em Jerusalém, protegidos dos nossos inimigos’.

Los cuales dicen: No será tan presto: edifiquemos casas: ésta será la caldera, y nosotros la carne.

Which say, It is not near; let us build houses: this city is the caldron, and we be the flesh.

who say, ‘The time is not near to build houses. This is the cauldron, and we are the meat.’
