Son of man, What is the vine tree more than any tree, or than a branch which is among the trees of the forest?
“Son of man, what is the vine tree more than any tree, the vine branch which is among the trees of the forest?
Wird Holz davon genommen, um es zu einer Arbeit zu verwenden? Oder nimmt man davon einen Pflock, um irgend ein Gerät daran zu hängen?
¿Tomarán de él madera para hacer alguna obra? ¿tomarán de él una estaca para colgar de ella algún vaso?
Shall wood be taken thereof to do any work? or will men take a pin of it to hang any vessel thereon?
Will wood be taken of it to make anything? Will men take a pin of it to hang any vessel on it?
Siehe, es wird dem Feuer zur Speise gegeben. Hat das Feuer seine beiden Enden verzehrt und ist seine Mitte versengt, wird es zu einer Arbeit taugen?
He aquí, que es puesto en el fuego para ser consumido; sus dos cabos consumió el fuego, y la parte del medio se quemó; ¿aprovechará para obra alguna?
Behold, it is cast into the fire for fuel; the fire devoureth both the ends of it, and the midst of it is burned. Is it meet for any work?
Behold, it is cast into the fire for fuel; the fire has devoured both its ends, and the middle of it is burned. Is it profitable for any work?
Siehe, wenn es unversehrt ist, wird es zu keiner Arbeit verwendet; wieviel weniger, wenn das Feuer es verzehrt hat und es versengt ist, kann es noch zu einer Arbeit verwendet werden! -
He aquí que cuando estaba entero no era para obra alguna: ¿cuánto menos después que el fuego lo hubiere consumido, y fuere quemado? ¿será más para alguna obra?
Behold, when it was whole, it was meet for no work: how much less shall it be meet yet for any work, when the fire hath devoured it, and it is burned?
Behold, when it was whole, it was suitable for no work. How much less, when the fire has devoured it, and it has been burned, will it yet be suitable for any work?”
Darum, so spricht der Herr, Jehova: Wie das Holz des Weinstocks unter den Bäumen des Waldes, welches ich dem Feuer zur Speise gebe, also gebe ich die Bewohner von Jerusalem dahin;
Por tanto, así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: Como el palo de la vid entre los maderos del bosque, el cual dí al fuego para que lo consuma, así haré á los moradores de Jerusalem.
Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; As the vine tree among the trees of the forest, which I have given to the fire for fuel, so will I give the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
Therefore the Lord GOD says: “As the vine wood among the trees of the forest, which I have given to the fire for fuel, so I will give the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
und ich werde mein Angesicht wider sie richten: Aus dem Feuer kommen sie heraus, und Feuer wird sie verzehren. Und ihr werdet wissen, daß ich Jehova bin, wenn ich mein Angesicht wider sie richte.
Y pondré mi rostro contra ellos; de fuego salieron, y fuego los consumirá; y sabréis que yo soy Jehová, cuando pusiere mi rostro contra ellos.
And I will set my face against them; they shall go out from one fire, and another fire shall devour them; and ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I set my face against them.
I will set my face against them. They will go out from the fire, but the fire will still devour them. Then you will know that I am the LORD, when I set my face against them.
Und ich werde das Land zur Wüste machen, weil sie Treulosigkeit begangen haben, spricht der Herr, Jehova.
Y tornaré la tierra en asolamiento, por cuanto cometieron prevaricación, dice el Señor Jehová.
And I will make the land desolate, because they have committed a trespass, saith the Lord GOD.
