Ezequiel 17

Darum hat Gott der HERR so gesprochen: »So wahr ich lebe! Für den Eid, den er bei mir geschworen und mißachtet hat, und für den Vertrag, den er vor mir geschlossen und gebrochen hat, will ich ihn die Strafe büßen lassen

Por tanto, así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: Vivo yo, que el juramento mío que menospreció, y mi concierto que ha invalidado, tornaré sobre su cabeza.

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; As I live, surely mine oath that he hath despised, and my covenant that he hath broken, even it will I recompense upon his own head.

“Therefore the Lord GOD says: ‘As I live, I will surely bring on his own head my oath that he has despised and my covenant that he has broken.
