Ezequiel 18

Und siehe, es zeugt einer einen Sohn, und dieser sieht alle Sünden seines Vaters, die er tut; er sieht sie und tut nicht dergleichen:

Pero si éste engendrare hijo, el cual viere todos los pecados que su padre hizo, y viéndolos no hiciere según ellos:

Now, lo, if he beget a son, that seeth all his father’s sins which he hath done, and considereth, and doeth not such like,

“Now, behold, if he fathers a son who sees all his father’s sins which he has done, and fears, and doesn’t do likewise,
