Ezequiel 23

*Et la parole de l’Éternel vint à moi, disant :

Y FUÉ á mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo:

Fils d’homme, il y avait deux femmes, filles d’une même mère ;

Hijo del hombre, hubo dos mujeres, hijas de una madre,

Son of man, there were two women, the daughters of one mother:

“Son of man, there were two women, the daughters of one mother.

et elles se prostituèrent en Égypte, elles se prostituèrent dans leur jeunesse : là leurs mamelles furent froissées, là les seins de leur virginité furent pressés.

Las cuales fornicaron en Egipto; en sus mocedades fornicaron. Allí fueron apretados sus pechos, y allí fueron estrujados los pechos de su virginidad.

And they committed whoredoms in Egypt; they committed whoredoms in their youth: there were their breasts pressed, and there they bruised the teats of their virginity.

They played the prostitute in Egypt. They played the prostitute in their youth. Their breasts were fondled there, and their youthful nipples were caressed there.

Et leurs noms étaient : Ohola, l’aînée, et Oholiba, sa sœur ; et elles étaient à moi, et elles enfantèrent des fils et des filles. Et leurs noms : Samarie est Ohola, et Jérusalem, Oholiba.

Y llamábanse, la mayor, Aholah, y su hermana, Aholibah; las cuales fueron mías, y parieron hijos é hijas. Y llamáronse, Samaria, Aholah; y Jerusalem, Aholibah.

And the names of them were Aholah the elder, and Aholibah her sister: and they were mine, and they bare sons and daughters. Thus were their names; Samaria is Aholah, and Jerusalem Aholibah.

Their names were Oholah the elder, and Oholibah her sister. They became mine, and they bore sons and daughters. As for their names, Samaria is Oholah, and Jerusalem Oholibah.

Et Ohola, étant à moi, se prostitua et se passionna pour ses amants, pour les Assyriens, ses voisins,

And Aholah played the harlot when she was mine; and she doted on her lovers, on the Assyrians her neighbours,

“Oholah played the prostitute when she was mine. She doted on her lovers, on the Assyrians her neighbors,

vêtus de bleu, gouverneurs et chefs, tous beaux jeunes hommes, cavaliers montés sur des chevaux ;

Vestidos de cárdeno, capitanes y príncipes, mancebos todos de codiciar, caballeros que andaban á caballo.

Which were clothed with blue, captains and rulers, all of them desirable young men, horsemen riding upon horses.

who were clothed with blue—governors and rulers, all of them desirable young men, horsemen riding on horses.

et elle se livra à ses prostitutions avec eux, tous l’élite des fils d’Assur ; et, avec tous ceux pour lesquels elle se passionna, avec toutes leurs idoles, elle se rendit impure.

Y puso sus fornicaciones con ellos, con todos los más escogidos de los hijos de los Asirios, y con todos aquellos de quienes se enamoró: contaminóse con todos los ídolos de ellos.

Thus she committed her whoredoms with them, with all them that were the chosen men of Assyria, and with all on whom she doted: with all their idols she defiled herself.

She gave herself as a prostitute to them, all of them the choicest men of Assyria. She defiled herself with the idols of whomever she lusted after.

Et elle n’abandonna pas ses prostitutions †qui datent de l’Égypte, car ils avaient couché avec elle dans sa jeunesse, et ils avaient pressé les seins de sa virginité, et avaient versé sur elle leur prostitution.

Y no dejó sus fornicaciones de Egipto: porque con ella se echaron en su mocedad, y ellos comprimieron los pechos de su virginidad, y derramaron sobre ella su fornicación.

Neither left she her whoredoms brought from Egypt: for in her youth they lay with her, and they bruised the breasts of her virginity, and poured their whoredom upon her.

She hasn’t left her prostitution since leaving Egypt; for in her youth they lay with her. They caressed her youthful nipples and they poured out their prostitution on her.

C’est pourquoi je la livrai en la main de ses amants, en la main des fils d’Assur pour lesquels elle s’était passionnée.

Por lo cual la entregué en mano de sus amantes, en mano de los hijos de los Asirios, de quienes se había enamorado.

Wherefore I have delivered her into the hand of her lovers, into the hand of the Assyrians, upon whom she doted.

“Therefore I delivered her into the hand of her lovers, into the hand of the Assyrians on whom she doted.

Ils découvrirent sa nudité, prirent ses fils et ses filles, et la tuèrent elle-même par l’épée ; et elle devint renommée parmi les femmes, et ils exécutèrent des jugements sur elle.

Ellos descubrieron sus vergüenzas, tomaron sus hijos y sus hijas, y á ella mataron á cuchillo: y vino á ser de nombre entre las mujeres, pues en ella hicieron juicios.

These discovered her nakedness: they took her sons and her daughters, and slew her with the sword: and she became famous among women; for they had executed judgment upon her.

Et sa sœur Oholiba vit †cela, et se corrompit plus qu’elle dans ses amours passionnées ; et ses prostitutions furent plus †grandes que les débauches de sa sœur.

Y viólo su hermana Aholibah, y estragó su amor más que ella; y sus fornicaciones, más que las fornicaciones de su hermana.

And when her sister Aholibah saw this, she was more corrupt in her inordinate love than she, and in her whoredoms more than her sister in her whoredoms.

“Her sister Oholibah saw this, yet she was more corrupt in her lusting than she, and in her prostitution which was more depraved than the prostitution of her sister.

Elle se passionna pour les fils d’Assur, gouverneurs et chefs, ses voisins, vêtus magnifiquement, cavaliers montés sur des chevaux, tous beaux jeunes hommes.

Enamoróse de los hijos de los Asirios, sus vecinos, capitanes y príncipes, vestidos en perfección, caballeros que andaban á caballo, todos ellos mancebos de codiciar.

She doted upon the Assyrians her neighbours, captains and rulers clothed most gorgeously, horsemen riding upon horses, all of them desirable young men.

She lusted after the Assyrians, governors and rulers—her neighbors, clothed most gorgeously, horsemen riding on horses, all of them desirable young men.

Et je vis qu’elle s’était rendue impure : elles suivaient toutes deux la même voie.

Y vi que se había contaminado: un camino era el de ambas.

Then I saw that she was defiled, that they took both one way,

I saw that she was defiled. They both went the same way.

Et elle avait ajouté à ses prostitutions, et elle avait vu des hommes dessinés sur le mur, des images de Chaldéens tracés au vermillon,

Y aumentó sus fornicaciones: pues cuando vió hombres pintados en la pared, imágenes de Caldeos pintadas de color,

And that she increased her whoredoms: for when she saw men pourtrayed upon the wall, the images of the Chaldeans pourtrayed with vermilion,

“She increased her prostitution; for she saw men portrayed on the wall, the images of the Chaldeans portrayed with red,

portant des ceintures sur leurs reins, avec des tiares flottantes sur leurs têtes, tous ayant l’aspect de grands seigneurs, à la ressemblance des fils de Babel, de la Chaldée, pays de leur naissance ;

Ceñidos de talabartes por sus lomos, y tiaras pintadas en sus cabezas, teniendo todos ellos parecer de capitanes, á la manera de los hombres de Babilonia, nacidos en tierra de Caldeos,

Girded with girdles upon their loins, exceeding in dyed attire upon their heads, all of them princes to look to, after the manner of the Babylonians of Chaldea, the land of their nativity:

dressed with belts on their waists, with flowing turbans on their heads, all of them looking like princes, after the likeness of the Babylonians in Chaldea, the land of their birth.

et elle se passionna pour eux en les voyant de ses yeux, et envoya des messagers vers eux en Chaldée.

Enamoróse de ellos en viéndolos, y envióles mensajeros á la tierra de los Caldeos.

And as soon as she saw them with her eyes, she doted upon them, and sent messengers unto them into Chaldea.

As soon as she saw them, she lusted after them and sent messengers to them into Chaldea.

Et les fils de Babel vinrent vers elle dans le lit des amours, et la rendirent impure par leur prostitution, et elle se rendit impure avec eux ; puis son âme se détacha d’eux.

Y entraron á ella los hombres de Babilonia á la cama de los amores, y contamináronla con su fornicación; y ella también se contaminó con ellos, y su deseo se hartó de ellos.

And the Babylonians came to her into the bed of love, and they defiled her with their whoredom, and she was polluted with them, and her mind was alienated from them.

Et elle découvrit ses prostitutions, et elle découvrit sa nudité ; et mon âme se détacha d’elle, comme mon âme s’était détachée de sa sœur.

Así hizo patentes sus fornicaciones, y descubrió sus vergüenzas: por lo cual mi alma se hartó de ella, como se había ya hartado mi alma de su hermana.

So she discovered her whoredoms, and discovered her nakedness: then my mind was alienated from her, like as my mind was alienated from her sister.

So she uncovered her prostitution and uncovered her nakedness. Then my soul was alienated from her, just like my soul was alienated from her sister.

Et elle multiplia ses prostitutions, se souvenant des jours de sa jeunesse, où elle s’était prostituée dans le pays d’Égypte ;

Aun multiplicó sus fornicaciones trayendo en memoria los días de su mocedad, en los cuales había fornicado en la tierra de Egipto.

Yet she multiplied her whoredoms, in calling to remembrance the days of her youth, wherein she had played the harlot in the land of Egypt.

Yet she multiplied her prostitution, remembering the days of her youth, in which she had played the prostitute in the land of Egypt.

et elle se passionna pour ses concubins, dont la chair est †comme la chair des ânes, et dont le flux est †comme le flux des chevaux.

Y enamoróse de sus rufianes, cuya carne es como carne de asnos, y cuyo flujo como flujo de caballos.

For she doted upon their paramours, whose flesh is as the flesh of asses, and whose issue is like the issue of horses.

She lusted after their lovers, whose flesh is as the flesh of donkeys, and whose issue is like the issue of horses.

Tu te rappelas l’infamie de ta jeunesse, lorsque les Égyptiens pressaient tes seins à cause des mamelles de ta jeunesse.

Así tornaste á la memoria la suciedad de tu mocedad, cuando comprimieron tus pechos en Egipto por los pechos de tu mocedad.

Thus thou calledst to remembrance the lewdness of thy youth, in bruising thy teats by the Egyptians for the paps of thy youth.

Thus you called to memory the lewdness of your youth, in the caressing of your nipples by the Egyptians because of your youthful breasts.

C’est pourquoi, Oholiba ! ainsi dit le Seigneur, l’Éternel : Voici, je réveille contre toi tes amants, desquels ton âme s’est détachée, et je les ferai venir contre toi de tous côtés :

Por tanto, Aholibah, así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: He aquí que yo despierto tus amantes contra ti, de los cuales se hartó tu deseo, y yo les haré venir contra ti en derredor;

Therefore, O Aholibah, thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will raise up thy lovers against thee, from whom thy mind is alienated, and I will bring them against thee on every side;

“Therefore, Oholibah, the Lord GOD says: ‘Behold, I will raise up your lovers against you, from whom your soul is alienated, and I will bring them against you on every side:

les fils de Babel, et tous les Chaldéens, Pekod et Shoa et Koa, tous les fils d’Assur avec eux, tous beaux jeunes hommes, gouverneurs et chefs, grands seigneurs et gens de renom, tous montés sur des chevaux.

Los de Babilonia, y todos los Caldeos, mayordomos, y príncipes, y capitanes, todos los de Asiria con ellos: mancebos todos ellos de codiciar, capitanes y príncipes, nobles y principales, que montan á caballo todos ellos.

The Babylonians, and all the Chaldeans, Pekod, and Shoa, and Koa, and all the Assyrians with them: all of them desirable young men, captains and rulers, great lords and renowned, all of them riding upon horses.

the Babylonians and all the Chaldeans, Pekod, Shoa, Koa, and all the Assyrians with them; all of them desirable young men, governors and rulers, princes and men of renown, all of them riding on horses.

Et ils viendront contre toi avec des armes, des chars et des roues, et avec un rassemblement de peuples ; ils se placeront contre toi, tout autour, avec le bouclier et l’écu et le casque ; et je leur commettrai le jugement, et ils te jugeront selon leurs jugements.

Y vendrán sobre ti carros, carretas, y ruedas, y multitud de pueblos. Escudos, y paveses, y capacetes pondrán contra ti en derredor; y yo daré el juicio delante de ellos, y por sus leyes te juzgarán.

And they shall come against thee with chariots, wagons, and wheels, and with an assembly of people, which shall set against thee buckler and shield and helmet round about: and I will set judgment before them, and they shall judge thee according to their judgments.

They will come against you with weapons, chariots, and wagons, and with a company of peoples. They will set themselves against you with buckler, shield, and helmet all around. I will commit the judgment to them, and they will judge you according to their judgments.

Et je mettrai ma jalousie contre toi, et ils agiront envers toi avec fureur : ils te couperont le nez et les oreilles ; et ce qui restera de toi tombera par l’épée. Ils prendront tes fils et tes filles, et ce qui restera de toi sera dévoré par le feu.

Y pondré mi celo contra ti, y obrarán contigo con furor; quitarte han tu nariz y tus orejas; y lo que te quedare caerá á cuchillo. Ellos tomarán tus hijos y tus hijas, y tu residuo será consumido por el fuego.

And I will set my jealousy against thee, and they shall deal furiously with thee: they shall take away thy nose and thine ears; and thy remnant shall fall by the sword: they shall take thy sons and thy daughters; and thy residue shall be devoured by the fire.

I will set my jealousy against you, and they will deal with you in fury. They will take away your nose and your ears. Your remnant will fall by the sword. They will take your sons and your daughters; and the rest of you will be devoured by the fire.

Et ils te dépouilleront de tes vêtements, et prendront les objets dont tu te pares ;

Y te desnudarán de tus vestidos, y tomarán los vasos de tu gloria.

They shall also strip thee out of thy clothes, and take away thy fair jewels.

They will also strip you of your clothes and take away your beautiful jewels.

et je ferai cesser en toi ton infamie et ta prostitution †qui date du pays d’Égypte ; et tu ne lèveras plus tes yeux vers eux, et tu ne te souviendras plus de l’Égypte.

Y haré cesar de ti tu suciedad, y tu fornicación de la tierra de Egipto: ni más levantarás á ellos tus ojos, ni nunca más te acordarás de Egipto.

Thus will I make thy lewdness to cease from thee, and thy whoredom brought from the land of Egypt: so that thou shalt not lift up thine eyes unto them, nor remember Egypt any more.

Thus I will make your lewdness to cease from you, and remove your prostitution from the land of Egypt, so that you will not lift up your eyes to them, nor remember Egypt any more.’

Car ainsi dit le Seigneur, l’Éternel : Voici, je te livre en la main de ceux que tu hais, en la main de ceux dont ton âme s’est détachée ;

Porque así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: He aquí, yo te entrego en mano de aquellos que tú aborreciste, en mano de aquellos de los cuales se hartó tu deseo:

For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will deliver thee into the hand of them whom thou hatest, into the hand of them from whom thy mind is alienated:

“For the Lord GOD says: ‘Behold, I will deliver you into the hand of them whom you hate, into the hand of them from whom your soul is alienated.

et ils agiront envers toi avec haine, et prendront tout ton travail, et te laisseront nue et découverte ; et la nudité de tes débauches, et ton infamie, et tes prostitutions, seront découvertes.

Los cuales obrarán contigo con odio, y tomarán todo lo que tú trabajaste, y te dejarán desnuda y descubierta: y descubriráse la torpeza de tus fornicaciones, y tu suciedad, y tus fornicaciones.

And they shall deal with thee hatefully, and shall take away all thy labour, and shall leave thee naked and bare: and the nakedness of thy whoredoms shall be discovered, both thy lewdness and thy whoredoms.

They will deal with you in hatred, and will take away all your labor, and will leave you naked and bare. The nakedness of your prostitution will be uncovered, both your lewdness and your prostitution.

Ces choses t’arriveront, parce que tu t’es prostituée après les nations, parce que tu t’es rendue impure par leurs idoles.

Estas cosas se harán contigo, porque fornicaste en pos de las gentes, con las cuales te contaminaste en sus ídolos.

I will do these things unto thee, because thou hast gone a whoring after the heathen, and because thou art polluted with their idols.

These things will be done to you because you have played the prostitute after the nations, and because you are polluted with their idols.

Tu as marché dans le chemin de ta sœur ; et j’ai mis sa coupe dans ta main.

En el camino de tu hermana anduviste: yo pues pondré su cáliz en tu mano.

Thou hast walked in the way of thy sister; therefore will I give her cup into thine hand.

You have walked in the way of your sister; therefore I will give her cup into your hand.’

Ainsi dit le Seigneur, l’Éternel : Tu boiras la coupe de ta sœur, profonde et large ; tu seras en risée et en raillerie, †car elle contient beaucoup.

Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: Beberás el hondo y ancho cáliz de tu hermana; de ti se mofarán las gentes, y te escarnecerán: de grande cabida es.

Thus saith the Lord GOD; Thou shalt drink of thy sister’s cup deep and large: thou shalt be laughed to scorn and had in derision; it containeth much.

“The Lord GOD says: ‘You will drink of your sister’s cup, which is deep and large. You will be ridiculed and held in derision. It contains much.

Tu seras remplie d’ivresse et de chagrin ; ce sera une coupe d’étonnement et de désolation, la coupe de ta sœur Samarie.

Serás llena de embriaguez y de dolor por el cáliz de soledad y de asolamiento, por el cáliz de tu hermana Samaria.

Thou shalt be filled with drunkenness and sorrow, with the cup of astonishment and desolation, with the cup of thy sister Samaria.

You will be filled with drunkenness and sorrow, with the cup of astonishment and desolation, with the cup of your sister Samaria.

Tu la boiras, et tu la suceras, et tu en rongeras les tessons, et tu te déchireras les seins ; car j’ai parlé, dit le Seigneur, l’Éternel.

Lo beberás pues, y lo agotarás, y quebrarás sus tiestos; y tus pechos arrancarás; porque yo he hablado, dice el Señor Jehová.

Thou shalt even drink it and suck it out, and thou shalt break the sherds thereof, and pluck off thine own breasts: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD.

You will even drink it and drain it out. You will gnaw the broken pieces of it, and will tear your breasts; for I have spoken it,’ says the Lord GOD.

C’est pourquoi, ainsi dit le Seigneur, l’Éternel : Parce que tu m’as oublié et que tu m’as jeté derrière ton dos, toi aussi porte ton infamie et tes prostitutions.

Por tanto, así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: Por cuanto te has olvidado de mí, y me has echado tras tus espaldas, por eso, lleva tú también tu suciedad y tus fornicaciones.

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast forgotten me, and cast me behind thy back, therefore bear thou also thy lewdness and thy whoredoms.

“Therefore the Lord GOD says: ‘Because you have forgotten me and cast me behind your back, therefore you also bear your lewdness and your prostitution.’”

Et l’Éternel me dit : Fils d’homme, jugeras-tu Ohola et Oholiba ? Déclare-leur leurs abominations.

Y díjome Jehová: Hijo del hombre, ¿no juzgarás tú á Aholah, y á Aholibah, y les denunciarás sus abominaciones?

The LORD said moreover unto me; Son of man, wilt thou judge Aholah and Aholibah? yea, declare unto them their abominations;

The LORD said moreover to me: “Son of man, will you judge Oholah and Oholibah? Then declare to them their abominations.

Car elles ont commis adultère, et il y a du sang à leurs mains ; elles ont commis adultère avec leurs idoles ; et même leurs fils qu’elles m’avaient enfantés, elles les leur ont consacrés pour être dévorés.

Porque han adulterado, y hay sangre en sus manos, y han fornicado con sus ídolos; y aun sus hijos que me habían engendrado, hicieron pasar por el fuego, quemándolos.

That they have committed adultery, and blood is in their hands, and with their idols have they committed adultery, and have also caused their sons, whom they bare unto me, to pass for them through the fire, to devour them.

Elles m’ont fait encore ceci : elles ont rendu impur mon sanctuaire en ce jour-là, et elles ont profané mes sabbats ;

quand elles avaient égorgé leurs fils à leurs idoles, elles venaient ce même jour dans mon sanctuaire, pour le profaner ; et voici, elles ont fait ainsi au milieu de ma maison.

Pues habiendo sacrificado sus hijos á sus ídolos, entrábanse en mi santuario el mismo día para contaminarlo: y he aquí, así hicieron en medio de mi casa.

For when they had slain their children to their idols, then they came the same day into my sanctuary to profane it; and, lo, thus have they done in the midst of mine house.

Et bien plus, elles ont envoyé vers des hommes venant de loin, auxquels un messager avait été envoyé ; et voici, ils sont venus, ceux pour lesquels tu t’es lavée, tu as peint tes yeux et tu t’es parée d’ornements ;

Y cuanto más, que enviaron por hombres que vienen de lejos, á los cuales había sido enviado mensajero: y he aquí vinieron; y por amor de ellos te lavaste, y alcoholaste tus ojos, y te ataviaste con adornos:

And furthermore, that ye have sent for men to come from far, unto whom a messenger was sent; and, lo, they came: for whom thou didst wash thyself, paintedst thy eyes, and deckedst thyself with ornaments,

“Furthermore you sisters have sent for men who come from far away, to whom a messenger was sent, and behold, they came; for whom you washed yourself, painted your eyes, decorated yourself with ornaments,

et tu t’es assise sur un lit somptueux devant lequel était dressée une table, et tu as placé sur elle mon encens et mon huile.

Y te sentaste sobre suntuoso estrado, y fué adornada mesa delante de él, y sobre ella pusiste mi perfume y mi óleo.

And satest upon a stately bed, and a table prepared before it, whereupon thou hast set mine incense and mine oil.

and sat on a stately bed, with a table prepared before it, whereupon you set my incense and my oil.

Et il y avait en elle le bruit d’une multitude à l’aise ; et, vers la foule des hommes, on fit venir du désert des buveurs, qui leur mirent des bracelets aux mains et une couronne de beauté sur la tête.

Y oyóse en ella voz de compañía en holganza: y con los varones fueron traídos de la gente común los Sabeos del desierto; y pusieron manillas sobre sus manos, y coronas de gloria sobre sus cabezas.

And a voice of a multitude being at ease was with her: and with the men of the common sort were brought Sabeans from the wilderness, which put bracelets upon their hands, and beautiful crowns upon their heads.

“The voice of a multitude being at ease was with her. With men of the common sort were brought drunkards from the wilderness; and they put bracelets on their hands, and beautiful crowns on their heads.

Et j’ai dit de celle qui était usée par l’adultère : Maintenant commettra-t-elle ses prostitutions, elle aussi ?

Y dije á la envejecida en adulterios: Sus prostituciones cumplirán ellos ahora, y ella con ellos:

Then said I unto her that was old in adulteries, Will they now commit whoredoms with her, and she with them?

Then I said of her who was old in adulteries, ‘Now they will play the prostitute with her, and she with them.’

Et on est venu vers elle comme on vient vers une femme prostituée. Ainsi ils sont venus vers Ohola et vers Oholiba, femmes criminelles.

Porque han venido á ella como quien viene á mujer ramera: así vinieron á Aholah y á Aholibah, mujeres depravadas.

Yet they went in unto her, as they go in unto a woman that playeth the harlot: so went they in unto Aholah and unto Aholibah, the lewd women.

They went in to her, as they go in to a prostitute. So they went in to Oholah and to Oholibah, the lewd women.

Et des hommes justes, eux, les jugeront du jugement des femmes adultères et du jugement de celles qui versent le sang ; car elles sont adultères, et il y a du sang à leurs mains.

Por tanto, hombres justos las juzgarán por la ley de las adúlteras, y por la ley de las que derraman sangre: porque son adúlteras, y sangre hay en sus manos.
