Ed io farò cessar lo strepito delle tue canzoni, e il suono delle tue cetere non sarà più udito.

Y haré cesar el estrépito de tus canciones, y no se oirá más el son de tus vihuelas.

And I will cause the noise of thy songs to cease; and the sound of thy harps shall be no more heard.

I will cause the noise of your songs to cease. The sound of your harps won’t be heard any more.
