No décimo primeiro ano, no primeiro dia do mês, recebi outra mensagem da parte do Senhor:
Y ACONTECIÓ en el undécimo año, en el primero del mes, que fué á mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo:
And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the first day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
In the eleventh year, in the first of the month, the LORD’s word came to me, saying,
“Filho do homem, Tiro ficou muito contente com a queda de Jerusalém, e disse: ‘Ah, ah! Bem feito! A cidade que controlava o comércio desta região foi destruída. Chegou a minha vez de enriquecer, de tomar conta dos negócios! Eu herdarei as riquezas de Jerusalém, agora que ela foi destruída’.
Hijo del hombre, por cuanto dijo Tiro sobre Jerusalem: Ea, bien: quebrantada es la que era puerta de las naciones: á mí se volvió: seré llena; ella desierta:
Son of man, because that Tyrus hath said against Jerusalem, Aha, she is broken that was the gates of the people: she is turned unto me: I shall be replenished, now she is laid waste:
“Son of man, because Tyre has said against Jerusalem, ‘Aha! She is broken! She who was the gateway of the peoples has been returned to me. I will be replenished, now that she is laid waste;’
Por isso, o Soberano, o Senhor, afirma: Eu serei seu inimigo, ó cidade de Tiro! Mandarei muitas nações para atacar sua terra; os exércitos cairão sobre você como as ondas que cobrem a areia da praia.
Por tanto, así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: He aquí yo contra ti, oh Tiro, y haré subir contra ti muchas gentes, como la mar hace subir sus ondas.
Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Tyrus, and will cause many nations to come up against thee, as the sea causeth his waves to come up.
therefore the Lord GOD says, ‘Behold, I am against you, Tyre, and will cause many nations to come up against you, as the sea causes its waves to come up.
Os inimigos destruirão os muros de Tiro, derrubarão as torres de guerra da cidade. Aí eu varrerei o chão onde ficava a cidade; nada haverá ali, a não ser uma rocha nua!
Y demolerán los muros de Tiro, y derribarán sus torres: y raeré de ella su polvo, y la dejaré como una peña lisa.
And they shall destroy the walls of Tyrus, and break down her towers: I will also scrape her dust from her, and make her like the top of a rock.

Tiro acabará como uma ilha deserta que só será útil para os pescadores estenderem as redes para secar. Muitas nações levarão para longe as riquezas de Tiro. Eu, o Soberano, o Senhor, falei.
Tendedero de redes será en medio de la mar, porque yo he hablado, dice el Señor Jehová: y será saqueada de las gentes.
It shall be a place for the spreading of nets in the midst of the sea: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD: and it shall become a spoil to the nations.
She will be a place for the spreading of nets in the middle of the sea; for I have spoken it,’ says the Lord GOD. ‘She will become plunder for the nations.
As vilas que ficam em volta de Tiro também serão destruídas na guerra. Assim, o povo daquele lugar ficará sabendo que eu sou o Senhor.
Y sus hijas que están en el campo, serán muertas á cuchillo; y sabrán que yo soy Jehová.
And her daughters which are in the field shall be slain by the sword; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
Her daughters who are in the field will be slain with the sword. Then they will know that I am the LORD.’
“E assim diz o Soberano, o Senhor: Eu farei o grande rei do norte, Nabucodonosor, rei da Babilônia, atacar a cidade de Tiro, com um grande exército, com muitos carros de guerra e uma cavalaria poderosa.
Porque así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: He aquí que del aquilón traigo yo contra Tiro á Nabucodonosor, rey de Babilonia, rey de reyes, con caballos, y carros, y caballeros, y compañías, y mucho pueblo.
For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will bring upon Tyrus Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, a king of kings, from the north, with horses, and with chariots, and with horsemen, and companies, and much people.
“For the Lord GOD says: ‘Behold, I will bring on Tyre Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, king of kings, from the north, with horses, with chariots, with horsemen, and an army with many people.
Primeiro, ele destruirá as vilas próximas à cidade. Depois, cercará Tiro, mandará construir rampas para atacar os muros, e uma barreira de escudos para proteger seus soldados.
Tus hijas que están en el campo matará á cuchillo; y pondrá contra ti ingenios, y fundará contra ti baluarte, y afirmará contra ti escudo.
He shall slay with the sword thy daughters in the field: and he shall make a fort against thee, and cast a mount against thee, and lift up the buckler against thee.
He will kill your daughters in the field with the sword. He will make forts against you, cast up a mound against you, and raise up the buckler against you.
Mandará preparar grandes toras de madeira com ponta de ferro para bater e derrubar os muros que cercam a cidade. Seus soldados usarão marretas para demolir as torres de guerra de Tiro.
Y pondrá contra ella arietes, contra tus muros, y tus torres destruirá con sus martillos.
And he shall set engines of war against thy walls, and with his axes he shall break down thy towers.
He will set his battering engines against your walls, and with his axes he will break down your towers.
A poeira levantada pelos cavalos e carros de guerra vai cobrir a cidade; os muros tremerão com o barulho e a vibração dos cascos dos cavalos e das rodas dos carros de guerra entrando na cidade, pelos lugares arrombados.
Por la multitud de sus caballos te cubrirá el polvo de ellos: con el estruendo de los caballeros, y de las ruedas, y de los carros, temblarán tus muros, cuando entrare por tus puertas como por portillos de ciudad destruída.
By reason of the abundance of his horses their dust shall cover thee: thy walls shall shake at the noise of the horsemen, and of the wheels, and of the chariots, when he shall enter into thy gates, as men enter into a city wherein is made a breach.
By reason of the abundance of his horses, their dust will cover you. Your walls will shake at the noise of the horsemen, of the wagons, and of the chariots, when he enters into your gates, as men enter into a city which is broken open.
As ruas de Tiro ficarão cheias de soldados da cavalaria; eles matarão muita gente, por toda parte. As famosas colunas de Tiro ruirão!
Con las uñas de sus caballos hollará todas tus calles; á tu pueblo matará á cuchillo, y las estatuas de tu fortaleza caerán á tierra.
With the hoofs of his horses shall he tread down all thy streets: he shall slay thy people by the sword, and thy strong garrisons shall go down to the ground.
He will tread down all your streets with the hoofs of his horses. He will kill your people with the sword. The pillars of your strength will go down to the ground.
Os soldados inimigos roubarão as suas riquezas, tomarão posse dos artigos de comércio que houver na cidade, e depois destruirão completamente os muros e as belas casas. O material que sobrar da destruição, terra e pedaços de pedra e madeira, será jogado ao mar.
Y robarán tus riquezas, y saquearán tus mercaderías: y arruinarán tus muros, y tus casas preciosas destruirán; y pondrán tus piedras y tu madera y tu polvo en medio de las aguas.
And they shall make a spoil of thy riches, and make a prey of thy merchandise: and they shall break down thy walls, and destroy thy pleasant houses: and they shall lay thy stones and thy timber and thy dust in the midst of the water.
They will make a plunder of your riches and make a prey of your merchandise. They will break down your walls and destroy your pleasant houses. They will lay your stones, your timber, and your dust in the middle of the waters.
Eu acabarei com o som de suas belas músicas; nunca mais se ouvirá o som dos instrumentos musicais de Tiro.
Y haré cesar el estrépito de tus canciones, y no se oirá más el son de tus vihuelas.
And I will cause the noise of thy songs to cease; and the sound of thy harps shall be no more heard.
I will cause the noise of your songs to cease. The sound of your harps won’t be heard any more.
Farei de Tiro uma rocha nua; você acabará sendo um lugar onde os pescadores estendem suas redes para secar. Tiro nunca mais será reconstruída, porque eu, o Senhor, falei. Palavra do Soberano, o Senhor.
Y te pondré como una peña lisa: tendedero de redes serás; ni nunca más serás edificada: porque yo Jehová he hablado, dice el Señor Jehová.
And I will make thee like the top of a rock: thou shalt be a place to spread nets upon; thou shalt be built no more: for I the LORD have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD.
I will make you a bare rock. You will be a place for the spreading of nets. You will be built no more; for I the LORD have spoken it,’ says the Lord GOD.
“Assim diz o Soberano, o Senhor, a Tiro: Todas as cidades do litoral ficarão assustadas quando souberem da sua destruição, quando souberem que enquanto os feridos gemiam de dor, milhares de pessoas estavam sendo mortas em Tiro.
Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová á Tiro: ¿No se estremecerán las islas al estruendo de tu caída, cuando gritarán los heridos, cuando se hará la matanza en medio de ti?
Thus saith the Lord GOD to Tyrus; Shall not the isles shake at the sound of thy fall, when the wounded cry, when the slaughter is made in the midst of thee?
“The Lord GOD says to Tyre: ‘Won’t the islands shake at the sound of your fall, when the wounded groan, when the slaughter is made within you?
Então os líderes das nações à beira-mar descerão dos seus tronos e tirarão seus belos mantos e suas roupas bordadas. Cheios de medo, eles se sentarão no chão; cada vez que lembrarem o que aconteceu a Tiro, ficarão espantados e tremerão de medo.
Entonces todos los príncipes de la mar descenderán de sus sillas, y se quitarán sus mantos, y desnudarán sus bordadas ropas: de espanto se vestirán, sentaránse sobre la tierra, y temblarán á cada momento, y estarán sobre ti atónitos.
Then all the princes of the sea shall come down from their thrones, and lay away their robes, and put off their broidered garments: they shall clothe themselves with trembling; they shall sit upon the ground, and shall tremble at every moment, and be astonished at thee.
Then all the princes of the sea will come down from their thrones, and lay aside their robes, and strip off their embroidered garments. They will clothe themselves with trembling. They will sit on the ground, and will tremble every moment, and be astonished at you.
Chorarão de medo por sua causa e cantarão este lamento: “ ‘A cidade da ilha, cheia de gente e cheia de fama, está destruída! Forte no mar e rica na terra! Cidade impressionante e respeitada. O povo desta cidade dominava os mares; você impunha medo a todos os que viviam no litoral.
Y levantarán sobre ti endechas, y te dirán: ¿Cómo pereciste tú, poblada en los mares, ciudad que fué alabada, que fué fuerte en la mar, ella y sus habitantes, que ponían su espanto á todos sus moradores?
And they shall take up a lamentation for thee, and say to thee, How art thou destroyed, that wast inhabited of seafaring men, the renowned city, which wast strong in the sea, she and her inhabitants, which cause their terror to be on all that haunt it!
They will take up a lamentation over you, and tell you, “How you are destroyed, who were inhabited by seafaring men, the renowned city, who was strong in the sea, she and her inhabitants, who caused their terror to be on all who lived there!”
As colônias que você fundou mar afora estão desesperadas; já não sabem o que fazer, agora que você foi destruída’.
Ahora se estremecerán las islas en el día de tu caída, sí, las islas que están en la mar se espantarán de tu éxito.
Now shall the isles tremble in the day of thy fall; yea, the isles that are in the sea shall be troubled at thy departure.
Now the islands will tremble in the day of your fall. Yes, the islands that are in the sea will be dismayed at your departure.’
“Assim diz o Soberano, o Senhor: Cidade de Tiro, eu a destruirei completamente, e você ficará deserta. Farei seus inimigos virem sobre você, como as ondas que cobrem a areia da praia.
Porque así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: Yo te tornaré ciudad asolada, como las ciudades que no se habitan; haré subir sobre ti el abismo, y las muchas aguas te cubrirán.
For thus saith the Lord GOD; When I shall make thee a desolate city, like the cities that are not inhabited; when I shall bring up the deep upon thee, and great waters shall cover thee;
“For the Lord GOD says: ‘When I make you a desolate city, like the cities that are not inhabited, when I bring up the deep on you, and the great waters cover you,
Depois, você será enterrada para sempre junto com as nações muito antigas; você será lançada ao fundo da terra, ao lugar dos mortos, e nunca mais será uma nação. Você não verá as coisas maravilhosas que eu farei na terra dos viventes!
Y te haré descender con los que descienden al sepulcro, con el pueblo del siglo: y te pondré en lo más bajo de la tierra, como los desiertos antiguos, con los que descienden al sepulcro, para que nunca más seas poblada; y yo daré gloria en la tierra de los vivientes.
When I shall bring thee down with them that descend into the pit, with the people of old time, and shall set thee in the low parts of the earth, in places desolate of old, with them that go down to the pit, that thou be not inhabited; and I shall set glory in the land of the living;
then I will bring you down with those who descend into the pit, to the people of old time, and will make you dwell in the lower parts of the earth, in the places that are desolate of old, with those who go down to the pit, that you be not inhabited; and I will set glory in the land of the living.
O seu triste fim servirá de exemplo para outras nações. Você desaparecerá para sempre, e ninguém será capaz de lhe dar vida outra vez. Palavra do Soberano, o Senhor”.
Yo te tornaré en espanto, y no serás: y serás buscada, y nunca más serás hallada, dice el Señor Jehová.
I will make thee a terror, and thou shalt be no more: though thou be sought for, yet shalt thou never be found again, saith the Lord GOD.
I will make you a terror, and you will no more have any being. Though you are sought for, yet you will never be found again,’ says the Lord GOD.”
