Bible Darby
1Et la parole de l’Éternel vint à moi, disant :
2Et toi, fils d’homme, élève une complainte sur Tyr,
3et dis à Tyr : [Toi] qui demeures aux avenues de la mer, qui trafiques avec les peuples dans beaucoup d’îles, ainsi dit le Seigneur, l’Éternel : Tyr, tu as dit : Je suis parfaite en beauté.
4Tes frontières sont au cœur des mers ; ceux qui t’ont bâtie ont rendu ta beauté parfaite.
5Avec le cyprès de Senir ils construisaient tous tes doubles bordages ; ils prenaient le cèdre du Liban pour faire ta mâture ;
6avec les chênes de Basan ils faisaient tes rames ; ils faisaient tes ponts d’ivoire enchâssé dans le buis des îles de Kittim.
7Le fin lin brodé d’Égypte était ta voile [et] te servait de pavillon ; le bleu et la pourpre des îles d’Élisha étaient ta tente ;
8les habitants de Sidon et d’Arvad étaient tes rameurs. Tes sages, ô Tyr, qui étaient en toi, étaient tes pilotes.
9Les anciens de Guebal et ses sages étaient en toi, réparant tes fissures ; tous les navires de la mer et leurs marins étaient chez toi, pour faire trafic avec toi.
10La Perse, et Lud, et Puth, étaient dans ton armée tes hommes de guerre ; ils suspendaient chez toi le bouclier et le casque, ils faisaient ta splendeur.
11Les fils d’Arvad et ton armée étaient tout autour sur tes murailles, et [tes] guerriers étaient dans tes tours ; ils suspendaient leurs boucliers à tes murailles tout autour, ils rendaient parfaite ta beauté. –
12Tarsis commerçait avec toi pour l’abondance de tous biens ; d’argent, de fer, d’étain, et de plomb, ils fournissaient tes marchés.
13Javan, Tubal et Méshec étaient tes marchands ; ils fournissaient à ton trafic des âmes d’hommes et des ustensiles d’airain.
14De la maison de Togarma ils fournissaient tes marchés en chevaux, et en cavaliers, et en mulets.
15Les fils de Dedan étaient tes marchands ; de nombreuses îles étaient en relation de commerce avec toi ; elles te donnaient en retour des dents d’ivoire et de l’ébène.
16La Syrie commerçait avec toi à cause de la multitude de tes ouvrages ; ils fournissaient tes marchés d’escarboucles, de pourpre, de broderie, et de fin lin, et de corail, et de rubis.
17Juda et le pays d’Israël étaient tes marchands ; ils fournissaient à ton trafic du froment de Minnith, et de la pâtisserie, et du miel, et de l’huile, et du baume.
18Pour la multitude de tes ouvrages, à cause de l’abondance de tous biens, Damas commerçait avec toi en vin de Helbon et en laine blanche.
19Vedan, et Javan d’Uzal, fournissaient tes marchés de fer ouvragé ; la casse et le roseau aromatique étaient dans ton trafic.
20Dedan était ton marchand en draps précieux pour housses de cheval.
21L’Arabie et tous les princes de Kédar étaient en relation de commerce avec toi ; en agneaux, en béliers et en boucs, en ces choses-là, ils étaient tes commerçants.
22Les marchands de Sheba et de Rahma étaient tes marchands ; ils fournissaient tes marchés de tout aromate excellent, et de toute pierre précieuse, et d’or.
23Charan, et Canné, et Éden, les marchands de Sheba, Assur, Kilmad, ta marchande,
24ceux-là trafiquaient avec toi en objets de prix, en draps bleus, et en broderies, et en caisses de riches étoffes, liées de cordes et [faites] de cèdre, entre tes marchandises.
25Les navires de Tarsis étaient tes caravanes, pour ton trafic ; et tu as été remplie et tu es devenue extrêmement glorieuse au cœur des mers.
26Tes rameurs t’ont amenée dans de grandes eaux ; le vent d’orient t’a brisée au cœur des mers.
27Tes richesses et tes échanges, ton trafic, tes marins et tes pilotes, ceux qui réparent tes fissures, et ceux qui font trafic avec toi, et tous tes hommes de guerre qui sont en toi, et toute ta multitude qui est au milieu de toi, tomberont au cœur des mers, au jour de ta chute.
28Les lieux ouverts trembleront au bruit du cri de tes pilotes.
29Et tous ceux qui manient la rame, les marins, tous les pilotes de la mer, descendront de leurs navires ; ils se tiendront sur la terre,
30et feront entendre leur voix sur toi, et crieront amèrement ; et ils jetteront de la poussière sur leurs têtes, ils se rouleront dans la cendre ;
31et ils se rendront chauves à cause de toi, et se ceindront de sacs, et pleureront sur toi avec amertume d’âme, avec un deuil amer.
32Et dans leur gémissement ils élèveront sur toi une complainte, ils se lamenteront sur toi : Qui fut comme Tyr, comme celle qui est détruite au milieu de la mer ?
33Par les débouchés de tes marchés au-delà des mers tu as rassasié beaucoup de peuples ; par l’abondance de tes richesses et de ton trafic tu as enrichi les rois de la terre.
34Au temps où tu as été brisée par les mers dans les profondeurs des eaux, ton trafic et toute ta multitude au milieu de toi sont tombés.
35Tous les habitants des îles sont dans la stupeur à cause de toi, et leurs rois frémiront d’horreur, leurs visages sont agités.
36Les marchands parmi les peuples ont sifflé sur toi ; tu es devenue une terreur, et tu ne seras plus, à jamais.

1Y FUÉ á mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo:
2Y tú, hijo del hombre, levanta endechas sobre Tiro.
3Y dirás á Tiro, que está asentada á las entradas de la mar, mercadera de los pueblos de muchas islas: Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: Tiro, tú has dicho: Yo soy de perfecta hermosura.
4En el corazón de las mares están tus términos: los que te edificaron completaron tu belleza.
5De hayas del monte Senir te fabricaron todas las tillas: tomaron cedros del Líbano para hacerte el mástil.
6De castaños de Basán hicieron tus remos: compañía de Asirios hicieron tus bancos de marfil de las islas de Chittim.
7De fino lino bordado de Egipto fué tu cortina, para que te sirviese de vela; de cárdeno y grana de las islas de Elisah fué tu pabellón.
8Los moradores de Sidón y de Arvad fueron tus remeros: tus sabios, oh Tiro, estaban en ti; ellos fueron tus pilotos.
9Los ancianos de Gebal y sus sabios repararon tus hendiduras: todas las galeras de la mar y los remeros de ellas fueron en ti para negociar tus negocios.
10Persas y Lidios, y los de Phut, fueron en tu ejército tus hombres de guerra: escudos y capacetes colgaron en ti; ellos te dieron tu honra.
11Y los hijos de Arvad con tu ejército estuvieron sobre tus muros alrededor, y los Gammadeos en tus torres: sus escudos colgaron sobre tus muros alrededor; ellos completaron tu hermosura.
12Tarsis tu mercadera á causa de la multitud de todas riquezas en plata, hierro, estaño, y plomo, dió en tus ferias.
13Grecia, Tubal, y Mesec, tus mercaderes, con hombres y con vasos de metal, dieron en tus ferias.
14De la casa de Togarma, caballos y caballeros y mulos, dieron en tu mercado.
15Los hijos de Dedán eran tus negociantes: muchas islas tomaban mercadería de tu mano; cuernos de marfil y pavos te dieron en presente.
16Siria fué tu mercadera por la multitud de tus labores: con perlas, y púrpura, y vestidos bordados, y linos finos, y corales, y rubíes, dió en tus ferias.
17Judá, y la tierra de Israel, eran tus mercaderes: con trigos de Minith, y pannah, y miel, y aceite, y resina, dieron en tu mercado.
18Damasco, tu mercadera por la multitud de tus labores, por la abundancia de todas riquezas, con vino de Helbón, y lana blanca.
19Asimismo Dan y el errante Javán dieron en tus ferias, para negociar en tu mercado de hierro labrado, mirra destilada, y caña aromática.
20Dedán fué tu mercadera con paños preciosos para carros.
21Arabia y todos los príncipes de Cedar, mercaderes de tu mano en corderos, y carneros, y machos cabríos: en estas cosas fueron tus mercaderes.
22Los mercaderes de Seba y de Raama fueron tus mercaderes: con lo principal de toda especiería, y toda piedra preciosa, y oro, dieron en tus ferias.
23Harán, y Canneh, y Edén, los mercaderes de Seba, de Asiria, y Chilmad, contigo contrataban.
24Estos tus mercaderes negociaban contigo en varias cosas: en mantos de jacinto, y bordados, y en cajas de ropas preciosas, enlazadas con cordones, y en madera de cedro.
25Las naves de Tarsis, tus cuadrillas, fueron en tu negociación: y fuiste llena, y fuiste multiplicada en gran manera en medio de los mares.
26En muchas aguas te engolfaron tus remeros: viento solano te quebrantó en medio de los mares.
27Tus riquezas, y tus mercaderías, y tu negociación, tus remeros, y tus pilotos, los reparadores de tus hendiduras, y los agentes de tus negocios, y todos tus hombres de guerra que hay en ti, con toda tu compañía que en medio de ti se halla, caerán en medio de los mares el día de tu caída.
28Al estrépito de las voces de tus marineros temblarán los arrabales.
29Y descenderán de sus naves todos los que toman remo; remeros, y todos los pilotos de la mar se pararán en tierra:
30Y harán oir su voz sobre ti, y gritarán amargamente, y echarán polvo sobre sus cabezas, y se revolcarán en la ceniza.
31Y haránse por ti calva, y se ceñirán de sacos, y endecharán por ti endechas amargas, con amargura de alma.
32Y levantarán sobre ti endechas en sus lamentaciones, y endecharán sobre ti diciendo: ¿Quién como Tiro, como la destruída en medio de la mar?
33Cuando tus mercaderías salían de las naves, hartabas muchos pueblos: los reyes de la tierra enriqueciste con la multitud de tus riquezas y de tus contrataciones.
34En el tiempo que serás quebrantada de los mares en los profundos de las aguas, tu comercio y toda tu compañía caerán en medio de ti.
35Todos los moradores de las islas se maravillarán sobre ti, y sus reyes temblarán de espanto: inmutaránse en sus rostros.
36Los mercaderes en los pueblos silbarán sobre ti: vendrás á ser espanto, y dejarás de ser para siempre.

1The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,
2Now, thou son of man, take up a lamentation for Tyrus;
3And say unto Tyrus, O thou that art situate at the entry of the sea, which art a merchant of the people for many isles, Thus saith the Lord GOD; O Tyrus, thou hast said, I am of perfect beauty.
4Thy borders are in the midst of the seas, thy builders have perfected thy beauty.
5They have made all thy ship boards of fir trees of Senir: they have taken cedars from Lebanon to make masts for thee.
6Of the oaks of Bashan have they made thine oars; the company of the Ashurites have made thy benches of ivory, brought out of the isles of Chittim.
7Fine linen with broidered work from Egypt was that which thou spreadest forth to be thy sail; blue and purple from the isles of Elishah was that which covered thee.
8The inhabitants of Zidon and Arvad were thy mariners: thy wise men, O Tyrus, that were in thee, were thy pilots.
9The ancients of Gebal and the wise men thereof were in thee thy calkers: all the ships of the sea with their mariners were in thee to occupy thy merchandise.
10They of Persia and of Lud and of Phut were in thine army, thy men of war: they hanged the shield and helmet in thee; they set forth thy comeliness.
11The men of Arvad with thine army were upon thy walls round about, and the Gammadims were in thy towers: they hanged their shields upon thy walls round about; they have made thy beauty perfect.
12Tarshish was thy merchant by reason of the multitude of all kind of riches; with silver, iron, tin, and lead, they traded in thy fairs.
13Javan, Tubal, and Meshech, they were thy merchants: they traded the persons of men and vessels of brass in thy market.
14They of the house of Togarmah traded in thy fairs with horses and horsemen and mules.
15The men of Dedan were thy merchants; many isles were the merchandise of thine hand: they brought thee for a present horns of ivory and ebony.
16Syria was thy merchant by reason of the multitude of the wares of thy making: they occupied in thy fairs with emeralds, purple, and broidered work, and fine linen, and coral, and agate.
17Judah, and the land of Israel, they were thy merchants: they traded in thy market wheat of Minnith, and Pannag, and honey, and oil, and balm.
18Damascus was thy merchant in the multitude of the wares of thy making, for the multitude of all riches; in the wine of Helbon, and white wool.
19Dan also and Javan going to and fro occupied in thy fairs: bright iron, cassia, and calamus, were in thy market.
20Dedan was thy merchant in precious clothes for chariots.
21Arabia, and all the princes of Kedar, they occupied with thee in lambs, and rams, and goats: in these were they thy merchants.
22The merchants of Sheba and Raamah, they were thy merchants: they occupied in thy fairs with chief of all spices, and with all precious stones, and gold.
23Haran, and Canneh, and Eden, the merchants of Sheba, Asshur, and Chilmad, were thy merchants.
24These were thy merchants in all sorts of things, in blue clothes, and broidered work, and in chests of rich apparel, bound with cords, and made of cedar, among thy merchandise.
25The ships of Tarshish did sing of thee in thy market: and thou wast replenished, and made very glorious in the midst of the seas.
26Thy rowers have brought thee into great waters: the east wind hath broken thee in the midst of the seas.
27Thy riches, and thy fairs, thy merchandise, thy mariners, and thy pilots, thy calkers, and the occupiers of thy merchandise, and all thy men of war, that are in thee, and in all thy company which is in the midst of thee, shall fall into the midst of the seas in the day of thy ruin.
28The suburbs shall shake at the sound of the cry of thy pilots.
29And all that handle the oar, the mariners, and all the pilots of the sea, shall come down from their ships, they shall stand upon the land;
30And shall cause their voice to be heard against thee, and shall cry bitterly, and shall cast up dust upon their heads, they shall wallow themselves in the ashes:
31And they shall make themselves utterly bald for thee, and gird them with sackcloth, and they shall weep for thee with bitterness of heart and bitter wailing.
32And in their wailing they shall take up a lamentation for thee, and lament over thee, saying, What city is like Tyrus, like the destroyed in the midst of the sea?
33When thy wares went forth out of the seas, thou filledst many people; thou didst enrich the kings of the earth with the multitude of thy riches and of thy merchandise.
34In the time when thou shalt be broken by the seas in the depths of the waters thy merchandise and all thy company in the midst of thee shall fall.
35All the inhabitants of the isles shall be astonished at thee, and their kings shall be sore afraid, they shall be troubled in their countenance.
36The merchants among the people shall hiss at thee; thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt be any more.

1The LORD’s word came again to me, saying,
2“You, son of man, take up a lamentation over Tyre;
3and tell Tyre, ‘You who dwell at the entry of the sea, who are the merchant of the peoples to many islands, the Lord GOD says: “You, Tyre, have said, ‘I am perfect in beauty.’
4Your borders are in the heart of the seas. Your builders have perfected your beauty.
5They have made all your planks of cypress trees from Senir. They have taken a cedar from Lebanon to make a mast for you.
6They have made your oars of the oaks of Bashan. They have made your benches of ivory inlaid in cypress wood from the islands of Kittim.
7Your sail was of fine linen with embroidered work from Egypt, that it might be to you for a banner. Blue and purple from the islands of Elishah was your awning.
8The inhabitants of Sidon and Arvad were your rowers. Your wise men, Tyre, were in you. They were your pilots.
9The old men of Gebal and its wise men were your repairers of ship seams in you. All the ships of the sea with their mariners were in you to deal in your merchandise.
10“‘“Persia, Lud, and Put were in your army, your men of war. They hung the shield and helmet in you. They showed your beauty.
11The men of Arvad with your army were on your walls all around, and valiant men were in your towers. They hung their shields on your walls all around. They have perfected your beauty.
12“‘“Tarshish was your merchant by reason of the multitude of all kinds of riches. They traded for your wares with silver, iron, tin, and lead.
13“‘“Javan, Tubal, and Meshech were your traders. They traded the persons of men and vessels of bronze for your merchandise.
14“‘“They of the house of Togarmah traded for your wares with horses, war horses, and mules.
15“‘“The men of Dedan traded with you. Many islands were the market of your hand. They brought you horns of ivory and ebony in exchange.

20“‘“Dedan was your merchant in precious saddle blankets for riding.
21“‘“Arabia and all the princes of Kedar were your favorite dealers in lambs, rams, and goats. In these, they were your merchants.
22“‘“The traders of Sheba and Raamah were your traders. They traded for your wares with the best of all spices, all precious stones, and gold.
23“‘“Haran, Canneh, Eden, the traders of Sheba, Asshur and Chilmad, were your traders.
24These were your traders in choice wares, in wrappings of blue and embroidered work, and in cedar chests of rich clothing bound with cords, among your merchandise.
25“‘“The ships of Tarshish were your caravans for your merchandise. You were replenished and made very glorious in the heart of the seas.
26Your rowers have brought you into great waters. The east wind has broken you in the heart of the seas.
27Your riches, your wares, your merchandise, your mariners, your pilots, your repairers of ship seams, the dealers in your merchandise, and all your men of war who are in you, with all your company which is among you, will fall into the heart of the seas in the day of your ruin.
28At the sound of the cry of your pilots, the pasture lands will shake.
29All who handle the oars, the mariners and all the pilots of the sea, will come down from their ships. They will stand on the land,
30and will cause their voice to be heard over you, and will cry bitterly. They will cast up dust on their heads. They will wallow in the ashes.
31They will make themselves bald for you, and clothe themselves with sackcloth. They will weep for you in bitterness of soul, with bitter mourning.
32In their wailing they will take up a lamentation for you, and lament over you, saying, ‘Who is there like Tyre, like her who is brought to silence in the middle of the sea?’
33When your wares came from the seas, you filled many peoples. You enriched the kings of the earth with the multitude of your riches and of your merchandise.
34In the time that you were broken by the seas, in the depths of the waters, your merchandise and all your company fell within you.
35All the inhabitants of the islands are astonished at you, and their kings are horribly afraid. They are troubled in their face.
36The merchants among the peoples hiss at you. You have come to a terrible end, and you will be no more.”’”
