Y DÍJOME: Hijo del hombre, está sobre tus pies, y hablaré contigo.
And he said unto me, Son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak unto thee.
He said to me, “Son of man, stand on your feet, and I will speak with you.”
No mesmo instante em que ele falava comigo, o Espírito entrou em mim e me fez ficar em pé, e escutei o que ele me dizia.
Y entró espíritu en mí luego que me habló, y afirmóme sobre mis pies, y oía al que me hablaba.
And the spirit entered into me when he spake unto me, and set me upon my feet, that I heard him that spake unto me.
The Spirit entered into me when he spoke to me, and set me on my feet; and I heard him who spoke to me.
“Filho do homem”, disse ele, “eu o mandarei como meu mensageiro ao povo de Israel, essa nação desobediente que se revoltou contra mim. Até hoje, os israelitas e seus antepassados nunca deixaram de me desobedecer.
Y díjome: Hijo del hombre, yo te envío á los hijos de Israel, á gentes rebeldes que se rebelaron contra mí: ellos y sus padres se han rebelado contra mí hasta este mismo día.
And he said unto me, Son of man, I send thee to the children of Israel, to a rebellious nation that hath rebelled against me: they and their fathers have transgressed against me, even unto this very day.
He said to me, “Son of man, I send you to the children of Israel, to a nation of rebels who have rebelled against me. They and their fathers have transgressed against me even to this very day.
Eles são um povo teimoso, de coração duro! Você será mandado por mim e anunciará aos israelitas as minhas mensagens. Diga a eles: Assim diz o Soberano, o Senhor.
Yo pues te envío á hijos de duro rostro y de empedernido corazón; y les dirás: Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová.
For they are impudent children and stiffhearted. I do send thee unto them; and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD.
The children are impudent and stiff-hearted. I am sending you to them, and you shall tell them, ‘This is what the Lord GOD says.’
E, quer ouçam ou não as suas palavras (pois são um povo terrivelmente rebelde e teimoso), saberão que um profeta do Senhor esteve no meio deles.
Acaso ellos escuchen; y si no escucharen, (porque son una rebelde familia,) siempre conocerán que hubo profeta entre ellos.
And they, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear, (for they are a rebellious house,) yet shall know that there hath been a prophet among them.

Por isso, filho do homem, não tenha medo desse povo. Não se assuste com as suas ameaças, mesmo que as palavras firam como espinhos, e sejam venenosas como escorpiões. Não se assuste com os seus gritos, nem fique apavorado, porque eles são uma nação rebelde!
Y tú, hijo del hombre, no temas de ellos, ni tengas miedo de sus palabras, aunque te hallas entre zarzas y espinas, y tú moras con escorpiones: no tengas miedo de sus palabras, ni temas delante de ellos, porque son casa rebelde.
And thou, son of man, be not afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns be with thee, and thou dost dwell among scorpions: be not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house.
You, son of man, don’t be afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns are with you, and you dwell among scorpions. Don’t be afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they are a rebellious house.
Você deve anunciar minhas mensagens, quer os israelitas ouçam ou não, porque são um povo teimoso e rebelde!
Les hablarás pues mis palabras, escuchen ó dejen de escuchar; porque son muy rebeldes.
And thou shalt speak my words unto them, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear: for they are most rebellious.
You shall speak my words to them, whether they will hear or whether they will refuse; for they are most rebellious.
Filho do homem, escute bem o que eu lhe digo! Não queira ser rebelde você também, como o resto do seu povo. Abra sua boca e coma o que eu vou lhe dar”.

Então olhei e vi uma estranha mão estendida para mim, segurando um rolo.
Y miré, y he aquí una mano me fué enviada, y en ella había un rollo de libro.
And when I looked, behold, an hand was sent unto me; and, lo, a roll of a book was therein;
When I looked, behold, a hand was stretched out to me; and behold, a scroll of a book was in it.
O rolo estava escrito por dentro e por fora. Quando a mão abriu o rolo à minha frente, vi que ele estava cheio de ameaças, desgraças e condenações.
Y extendiólo delante de mí, y estaba escrito delante y detrás: y había escritas en él endechas, y lamentación, y ayes.
And he spread it before me; and it was written within and without: and there was written therein lamentations, and mourning, and woe.
