C’est ici la complainte qu’on fera sur elle, les filles des nations feront cette complainte sur elle ; elles feront, dis-je, cette complainte sur l’Egypte, et sur toute la multitude de son peuple, dit le Seigneur.
Esta es la endecha, y cantarla han: las hijas de las gentes la cantarán: endecharán sobre Egipto, y sobre toda su multitud, dice el Señor Jehová.
This is the lamentation wherewith they shall lament her: the daughters of the nations shall lament her: they shall lament for her, even for Egypt, and for all her multitude, saith the Lord GOD.
