Ezequiel 33

Et la parole du Seigneur me vint, disant :

Y FUÉ á mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo:

Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

The LORD’s word came to me, saying,

Fils de l'homme, parle aux enfants de ton peuple, et dis-leur : En toute terre où je conduirai le glaive, et où le peuple, ayant pris l'un de ses hommes, l'aura mis en sentinelle ;

Hijo del hombre, habla á los hijos de tu pueblo, y diles: Cuando trajere yo espada sobre la tierra, y el pueblo de la tierra tomare un hombre de sus términos, y se lo pusiere por atalaya,

Son of man, speak to the children of thy people, and say unto them, When I bring the sword upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him for their watchman:

“Son of man, speak to the children of your people, and tell them, ‘When I bring the sword on a land, and the people of the land take a man from among them, and set him for their watchman,

Si cet homme, voyant le glaive venir sur cette terre, sonne de la trompette pour donner l'alarme au peuple,

Y él viere venir la espada sobre la tierra, y tocare corneta, y avisare al pueblo;

If when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people;

if, when he sees the sword come on the land, he blows the trumpet and warns the people,

Et si celui qui entend le son de la trompette prête l'oreille et ne se met point sur ses gardes, le glaive viendra et le surprendra ; et son sang retombera sur sa tête.

Cualquiera que oyere el sonido de la corneta, y no se apercibiere, y viniendo la espada lo tomare, su sangre será sobre su cabeza.

Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head.

then whoever hears the sound of the trumpet and doesn’t heed the warning, if the sword comes and takes him away, his blood will be on his own head.

Si donc, après avoir entendu le son de la trompette, il ne s'est pas mis sur ses gardes, son sang retombera sur lui ; et tel autre qui se sera mis sur ses gardes aura sauvé son âme.

El sonido de la corneta oyó, y no se apercibió; su sangre será sobre él: mas el que se apercibiere, librará su vida.

He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul.

He heard the sound of the trumpet and didn’t take warning. His blood will be on him; whereas if he had heeded the warning, he would have delivered his soul.

Et si la sentinelle, ayant vu le glaive venir, n'a point sonné de la trompette, si le peuple ne s'est pas mis sur ses gardes, si le glaive, survenant parmi eux, prend une âme, cette âme est prise à cause de son iniquité ; mais tout ce sang, je le réclamerai de la main de la sentinelle.

Pero si el atalaya viere venir la espada, y no tocare la corneta, y el pueblo no se apercibiere, y viniendo la espada, tomare de él alguno; él por causa de su pecado fué tomado, mas demandaré su sangre de mano del atalaya.

But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand.

But if the watchman sees the sword come and doesn’t blow the trumpet, and the people aren’t warned, and the sword comes and takes any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity, but his blood I will require at the watchman’s hand.’

Et toi, fils de l'homme, je t'ai mis en sentinelle pour la maison de Jacob, et tu écouteras toute parole de ma bouche.

Tú pues, hijo del hombre, yo te he puesto por atalaya á la casa de Israel, y oirás la palabra de mi boca, y los apercibirás de mi parte.

So thou, O son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me.

“So you, son of man, I have set you a watchman to the house of Israel. Therefore hear the word from my mouth, and give them warnings from me.

Si je dis au pécheur : Tu mourras de mort ; et que tu ne parles pas pour avertir l'impie de se retirer de ses voies, lui-même, l'impie, mourra en son iniquité ; mais son sang, je le réclamerai de ta main.

Diciendo yo al impío: Impío, de cierto morirás; si tú no hablares para que se guarde el impío de su camino, el impío morirá por su pecado, mas su sangre yo la demandaré de tu mano.

When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.

When I tell the wicked, ‘O wicked man, you will surely die,’ and you don’t speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man will die in his iniquity, but I will require his blood at your hand.

Que si tu as averti l'impie de se retirer de sa voie, et qu'il ne s'en retire pas, il mourra en son impiété, mais tu auras sauvé ton âme.

Y si tú avisares al impío de su camino para que de él se aparte, y él no se apartare de su camino, por su pecado morirá él, y tú libraste tu vida.

Nevertheless, if thou warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.

Nevertheless, if you warn the wicked of his way to turn from it, and he doesn’t turn from his way; he will die in his iniquity, but you have delivered your soul.

Et toi, fils de l'homme, dis à la maison d'Israël : Voici ce que vous dites : Nos fautes et nos iniquités sont sur nous, nous languissons à cause d'elles ; et comment vivrons-nous ?

Tú pues, hijo del hombre, di á la casa de Israel: Vosotros habéis hablado así, diciendo: Nuestras rebeliones y nuestros pecados están sobre nosotros, y á causa de ellos somos consumidos: ¿cómo pues viviremos?

Therefore, O thou son of man, speak unto the house of Israel; Thus ye speak, saying, If our transgressions and our sins be upon us, and we pine away in them, how should we then live?

“You, son of man, tell the house of Israel: ‘You say this, “Our transgressions and our sins are on us, and we pine away in them. How then can we live?”’

Réponds-leur : Par ma vie, dit le Seigneur, je ne désire point la mort des impies ; je désire bien plus que l'impie se retire de sa voie, et qu'il vive. Retirez-vous tous de votre voie ; car pourquoi péririez-vous, maison d'Israël ?

Diles: Vivo yo, dice el Señor Jehová, que no quiero la muerte del impío, sino que se torne el impío de su camino, y que viva. Volveos, volveos de vuestros malos caminos: ¿y por qué moriréis, oh casa de Israel?

Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?

Tell them, ‘“As I live,” says the Lord GOD, “I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why will you die, house of Israel?”’

Dis aux enfants de mon peuple : La justice du juste ne le sauvera point le jour où il s'égare ; l'iniquité de l'impie ne le perdra pas le jour où il sortira de son iniquité ; et le juste même ne pourra être sauvé.

Y tú, hijo del hombre, di á los hijos de tu pueblo: La justicia del justo no lo librará el día que se rebelare; y la impiedad del impío no le será estorbo el día que se volviere de su impiedad; y el justo no podrá vivir por su justicia el día que pecare.

Therefore, thou son of man, say unto the children of thy people, The righteousness of the righteous shall not deliver him in the day of his transgression: as for the wickedness of the wicked, he shall not fall thereby in the day that he turneth from his wickedness; neither shall the righteous be able to live for his righteousness in the day that he sinneth.

“You, son of man, tell the children of your people, ‘The righteousness of the righteous will not deliver him in the day of his disobedience. And as for the wickedness of the wicked, he will not fall by it in the day that he turns from his wickedness; neither will he who is righteous be able to live by it in the day that he sins.

Lorsque j'aurai dit au juste : Tu vivras ; si, se confiant à sa justice, il commet une iniquité, toutes ses actions justes seront mises en oubli ; il mourra dans l'iniquité qu'il aura commise.

Diciendo yo al justo, De cierto vivirá, y él confiado en su justicia hiciere iniquidad, todas sus justicias no vendrán en memoria, sino que morirá por su iniquidad que hizo.

When I shall say to the righteous, that he shall surely live; if he trust to his own righteousness, and commit iniquity, all his righteousnesses shall not be remembered; but for his iniquity that he hath committed, he shall die for it.

When I tell the righteous that he will surely live, if he trusts in his righteousness and commits iniquity, none of his righteous deeds will be remembered; but he will die in his iniquity that he has committed.

Lorsque j'aurai dit à l'impie : Tu mourras de mort ; s'il se retire de son péché, je le jugerai et le traiterai avec justice et discernement.

Y diciendo yo al impío: De cierto morirás; si él se volviere de su pecado, é hiciere juicio y justicia,

Again, when I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; if he turn from his sin, and do that which is lawful and right;

Again, when I say to the wicked, “You will surely die,” if he turns from his sin and does that which is lawful and right,

S'il rend le gage, s'il restitue ce qu'il a dérobé, s'il marche dans les commandements de vie et ne fait rien d'inique, il vivra et ne mourra point.

Si el impío restituyere la prenda, devolviere lo que hubiere robado, caminare en las ordenanzas de la vida, no haciendo iniquidad, vivirá ciertamente y no morirá.

If the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had robbed, walk in the statutes of life, without committing iniquity; he shall surely live, he shall not die.

if the wicked restore the pledge, give again that which he had taken by robbery, walk in the statutes of life, committing no iniquity, he will surely live. He will not die.

Tous ses péchés seront mis en oubli ; et parce qu'il aura pratiqué l'équité et la justice, il vivra dans sa justice et son équité.

No se le recordará ninguno de sus pecados que había cometido: hizo juicio y justicia; vivirá ciertamente.

None of his sins that he hath committed shall be mentioned unto him: he hath done that which is lawful and right; he shall surely live.

None of his sins that he has committed will be remembered against him. He has done that which is lawful and right. He will surely live.

Les fils de mon peuple diront encore : La voie du Seigneur n'est pas droite. Mais c'est leur voie qui n'est pas droite !

Luego dirán los hijos de tu pueblo: No es recta la vía del Señor: la vía de ellos es la que no es recta.

Yet the children of thy people say, The way of the Lord is not equal: but as for them, their way is not equal.

“‘Yet the children of your people say, “The way of the Lord is not fair;” but as for them, their way is not fair.

Le juste qui se détournera de sa justice et fera des iniquités mourra dans ses iniquités.

Cuando el justo se apartare de su justicia, é hiciere iniquidad, morirá por ello.

When the righteous turneth from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, he shall even die thereby.

When the righteous turns from his righteousness and commits iniquity, he will even die therein.

Le pécheur qui sortira de son iniquité et agira selon l'équité et la justice, vivra dans la justice et l'équité.

Y cuando el impío se apartare de su impiedad, é hiciere juicio y justicia, vivirá por ello.

But if the wicked turn from his wickedness, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall live thereby.

When the wicked turns from his wickedness and does that which is lawful and right, he will live by it.

Et voici ce que vous dites : La voie du Seigneur n'est pas droite ! Je vous jugerai tous, chacun selon sa voie, maison d'Israël.

Y dijisteis: No es recta la vía del Señor. Yo os juzgaré, oh casa de Israel, á cada uno conforme á sus caminos.

Yet ye say, The way of the Lord is not equal. O ye house of Israel, I will judge you every one after his ways.

Yet you say, “The way of the Lord is not fair.” House of Israel, I will judge every one of you after his ways.’”

Et en la douzième année de notre captivité, le douzième mois, le cinquième jour du mois, un homme qui s'était sauvé de Jérusalem vint me trouver, disant : La ville est prise !

Y aconteció en el año duodécimo de nuestro cautiverio, en el mes décimo, á los cinco del mes, que vino á mí un escapado de Jerusalem, diciendo: La ciudad ha sido herida.

And it came to pass in the twelfth year of our captivity, in the tenth month, in the fifth day of the month, that one that had escaped out of Jerusalem came unto me, saying, The city is smitten.

In the twelfth year of our captivity, in the tenth month, in the fifth day of the month, one who had escaped out of Jerusalem came to me, saying, “The city has been defeated!”

Et avant qu'il vînt, le soir, la main du Seigneur avait été sur moi ; et le Seigneur m'ouvrit la bouche, quand le matin cet homme vint chez moi. Et ma bouche ouverte ne put se contenir.

Y la mano de Jehová había sido sobre mí la tarde antes que el escapado viniese, y había abierto mi boca, hasta que vino á mí por la mañana; y abrió mi boca, y no más estuve callado.

Now the hand of the LORD was upon me in the evening, afore he that was escaped came; and had opened my mouth, until he came to me in the morning; and my mouth was opened, and I was no more dumb.

Now the LORD’s hand had been on me in the evening, before he who had escaped came; and he had opened my mouth until he came to me in the morning; and my mouth was opened, and I was no longer mute.

Et la parole du Seigneur me vint, disant :

Y fué á mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo:

Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

The LORD’s word came to me, saying,

Fils de l'homme, ceux qui habitent les villes dévastées de la terre d'Israël disent : Abraham était seul, et il a possédé cette terre ; nous, nous sommes nombreux ; c'est donc à nous que cette terre a été donnée pour héritage.

Hijo del hombre, los que habitan aquellos desiertos en la tierra de Israel, hablando dicen: Abraham era uno, y poseyó la tierra: pues nosotros somos muchos; á nosotros es dada la tierra en posesión.

Son of man, they that inhabit those wastes of the land of Israel speak, saying, Abraham was one, and he inherited the land: but we are many; the land is given us for inheritance.

“Son of man, those who inhabit the waste places in the land of Israel speak, saying, ‘Abraham was one, and he inherited the land; but we are many. The land is given us for inheritance.’

À cause de cela, réponds-leur : Voici ce que dit le Seigneur Maître :

Por tanto, diles: Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: ¿Con sangre comeréis, y á vuestros ídolos alzaréis vuestros ojos, y sangre derramaréis, y poseeréis vosotros la tierra?

Wherefore say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Ye eat with the blood, and lift up your eyes toward your idols, and shed blood: and shall ye possess the land?

Therefore tell them, ‘The Lord GOD says: “You eat with the blood, and lift up your eyes to your idols, and shed blood. So should you possess the land?

Par ma vie, ceux qui sont en ces villes désolées périront par le glaive ; et ceux qui demeurent aux champs seront donnés en pâture aux bêtes sauvages ; et je ferai mourir de mort ceux qui sont dans des forteresses et dans des cavernes.

Estuvisteis sobre vuestras espadas, hicisteis abominación, y contaminasteis cada cual la mujer de su prójimo: ¿y habréis de poseer la tierra?

Ye stand upon your sword, ye work abomination, and ye defile every one his neighbour’s wife: and shall ye possess the land?

You stand on your sword, you work abomination, and every one of you defiles his neighbor’s wife. So should you possess the land?”’

Par ma vie, ceux qui sont en ces villes désolées périront par le glaive ; et ceux qui demeurent aux champs seront donnés en pâture aux bêtes sauvages ; et je ferai mourir de mort ceux qui sont dans des forteresses et dans des cavernes.

Les dirás así: Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: Vivo yo, que los que están en aquellos asolamientos caerán á cuchillo, y al que está sobre la haz del campo entregaré á las bestias que lo devoren; y los que están en las fortalezas y en las cuevas, de pestilencia morirán.

Say thou thus unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; As I live, surely they that are in the wastes shall fall by the sword, and him that is in the open field will I give to the beasts to be devoured, and they that be in the forts and in the caves shall die of the pestilence.

“You shall tell them, ‘The Lord GOD says: “As I live, surely those who are in the waste places will fall by the sword. I will give whoever is in the open field to the animals to be devoured, and those who are in the strongholds and in the caves will die of the pestilence.

Et je ferai de la terre un désert ; et la superbe de leur force périra ; et les montagnes d'Israël seront une solitude, car nul n'y passera plus.

Y pondré la tierra en desierto y en soledad, y cesará la soberbia de su fortaleza; y los montes de Israel serán asolados, que no haya quien pase.

For I will lay the land most desolate, and the pomp of her strength shall cease; and the mountains of Israel shall be desolate, that none shall pass through.

I will make the land a desolation and an astonishment. The pride of her power will cease. The mountains of Israel will be desolate, so that no one will pass through.

Et ils sauront que je suis le Seigneur ; et je ferai de leur héritage un désert, et il sera dévasté à cause de toutes les abominations qu'ils y ont commises.

Y sabrán que yo soy Jehová, cuando pusiere la tierra en soledad y desierto, por todas las abominaciones que han hecho.

Then shall they know that I am the LORD, when I have laid the land most desolate because of all their abominations which they have committed.

Then they will know that I am the LORD, when I have made the land a desolation and an astonishment because of all their abominations which they have committed.”’

Et toi, fils de l'homme, les enfants de ton peuple parlent de toi dans leurs demeures, et devant les portes de leurs maisons, et ils se disent l'un à l'autre : Allons ensemble, et écoutons quelles paroles nous viennent aujourd'hui du Seigneur !

Y tú, hijo del hombre, los hijos de tu pueblo se mofan de ti junto á las paredes y á las puertas de las casas, y habla el uno con el otro, cada uno con su hermano, diciendo: Venid ahora, y oid qué palabra sale de Jehová.

Also, thou son of man, the children of thy people still are talking against thee by the walls and in the doors of the houses, and speak one to another, every one to his brother, saying, Come, I pray you, and hear what is the word that cometh forth from the LORD.

“As for you, son of man, the children of your people talk about you by the walls and in the doors of the houses, and speak to one another, everyone to his brother, saying, ‘Please come and hear what the word is that comes out from the LORD.’

Ils s'approchent de toi comme un peuple qui s'assemble, et ils s'assoient devant toi, et ils écoutent tes paroles, mais ils ne les pratiquent point ; car le mensonge est dans leur bouche, et leur cœur marche à la suite de leur impureté.

Y vendrán á ti como viene el pueblo, y se estarán delante de ti como mi pueblo, y oirán tus palabras, y no las pondrán por obra: antes hacen halagos con sus bocas, y el corazón de ellos anda en pos de su avaricia.

And they come unto thee as the people cometh, and they sit before thee as my people, and they hear thy words, but they will not do them: for with their mouth they shew much love, but their heart goeth after their covetousness.

They come to you as the people come, and they sit before you as my people, and they hear your words, but don’t do them; for with their mouth they show much love, but their heart goes after their gain.

Et tu es pour eux comme le son d'une harpe douce et harmonieuse ; et ils écoutent tes paroles, mais ils ne les pratiquent point.

Y he aquí que tú eres á ellos como cantor de amores, gracioso de voz y que canta bien: y oirán tus palabras, mas no las pondrán por obra.

And, lo, thou art unto them as a very lovely song of one that hath a pleasant voice, and can play well on an instrument: for they hear thy words, but they do them not.

Behold, you are to them as a very lovely song of one who has a pleasant voice, and can play well on an instrument; for they hear your words, but they don’t do them.

Et quand le jour sera venu ils diront : Voilà que les choses sont accomplies ; et ils sauront alors qu'au milieu d'eux il y avait un prophète.

Empero cuando ello viniere (he aquí viene) sabrán que hubo profeta entre ellos.

And when this cometh to pass, (lo, it will come,) then shall they know that a prophet hath been among them.

“When this comes to pass—behold, it comes—then they will know that a prophet has been among them.”
