La fuerza del Señor vino sobre mí y fui llevado por el Espíritu del Señor a un valle lleno de huesos viejos y secos que estaban esparcidos por todas partes sobre el suelo.
Y LA mano de Jehová fué sobre mí, y sacóme en espíritu de Jehová, y púsome en medio de un campo que estaba lleno de huesos.
The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones,

Él me hizo pasar entre ellos, y luego me dijo: ―Hombre mortal, ¿pueden estos huesos llegar a ser gente viva de nuevo?
E hízome pasar cerca de ellos por todo alrededor: y he aquí que eran muy muchos sobre la haz del campo, y por cierto secos en gran manera.
And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry.

Yo respondí: ―Señor, solo tú sabes la respuesta a eso.
Y díjome: Hijo del hombre, ¿vivirán estos huesos? Y dije: Señor Jehová, tú lo sabes.
And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest.
He said to me, “Son of man, can these bones live?” I answered, “Lord GOD, you know.”
Luego me dijo que hablara a los huesos y les dijera: «Oh huesos secos, escuchen las palabras del Señor,
Díjome entonces: Profetiza sobre estos huesos, y diles: Huesos secos, oid palabra de Jehová.
Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.

quien dice: “¡Yo los haré revivir y respirar de nuevo!
Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová á estos huesos: He aquí, yo hago entrar espíritu en vosotros, y viviréis.
Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live:
The Lord GOD says to these bones: “Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and you will live.
¡Volveré a colocar músculos y tendones sobre ustedes y los cubriré con piel! ¡Pondré aliento en ustedes y volverán a respirar y a vivir y sabrán que yo soy el Señor!”».
Y pondré nervios sobre vosotros, y haré subir sobre vosotros carne, y os cubriré de piel, y pondré en vosotros espíritu, y viviréis; y sabréis que yo soy Jehová.
And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

Así pues, dije estas palabras de Dios, tal como él me mandó a hacerlo, y repentinamente hubo un ruido de agitación por todo el valle y los huesos de cada cuerpo se juntaron y se unieron tal como antes.
Profeticé pues, como me fué mandado; y hubo un ruido mientras yo profetizaba, y he aquí un temblor, y los huesos se llegaron cada hueso á su hueso.
So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone.

Entonces me dijo el Señor que llamara al aliento de vida, el Espíritu, y le dijera: «El Señor Dios dice: “¡Ven de los cuatro vientos, oh Espíritu, y sopla sobre estos cuerpos muertos, para que puedan volver a respirar y vivir!
Y díjome: Profetiza al espíritu, profetiza, hijo del hombre, y di al espíritu: Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: Espíritu, ven de los cuatro vientos, y sopla sobre estos muertos, y vivirán.
Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.
Then he said to me, “Prophesy to the wind, prophesy, son of man, and tell the wind, ‘The Lord GOD says: “Come from the four winds, breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live.”’”
Y hablé al aliento de vida tal como el Señor me había mandado, y los cuerpos comenzaron a respirar, volvieron a la vida y se pusieron de pie, como si fueran un poderoso ejército”».
Y profeticé como me había mandado, y entró espíritu en ellos, y vivieron, y estuvieron sobre sus pies, un ejército grande en extremo.

Luego el Señor me explicó lo que la visión significaba: «Estos huesos, me dijo, representan a todo el pueblo de Israel. Ellos dicen: “¡Hemos llegado a ser como un montón de huesos secos; toda esperanza se ha ido de nosotros!”.
Díjome luego: Hijo del hombre, todos estos huesos son la casa de Israel. He aquí, ellos dicen: Nuestros huesos se secaron, y pereció nuestra esperanza, y somos del todo talados.
Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts.
Then he said to me, “Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. Behold, they say, ‘Our bones are dried up, and our hope is lost. We are completely cut off.’
Pero diles que el Señor Dios dice: “¡Pueblo mío, yo abriré los sepulcros del exilio y los haré subir de nuevo y volver a la tierra de Israel!
Por tanto profetiza, y diles: Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: He aquí, yo abro vuestros sepulcros, pueblo mío, y os haré subir de vuestras sepulturas, y os traeré á la tierra de Israel.
Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel.

¡Y entonces por fin, oh pueblo mío, sabrán que yo soy el Señor!
Y sabréis que yo soy Jehová, cuando abriere vuestros sepulcros, y os sacare de vuestras sepulturas, pueblo mío.
And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves,
You will know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves and caused you to come up out of your graves, my people.
»”¡Yo pondré mi aliento de vida, el Espíritu, en ustedes y vivirán y volverán a su hogar en su tierra! Entonces sabrán que yo, el Señor, he hecho exactamente lo que prometí hacer”».
Y pondré mi espíritu en vosotros, y viviréis, y os haré reposar sobre vuestra tierra; y sabréis que yo Jehová hablé, y lo hice, dice Jehová.
And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I the LORD have spoken it, and performed it, saith the LORD.
I will put my Spirit in you, and you will live. Then I will place you in your own land; and you will know that I, the LORD, have spoken it and performed it,” says the LORD.’”
De nuevo me vino un mensaje del Señor, diciendo:

«Toma un palo y graba sobre él estas palabras: “Este palo representa a Judá y sus tribus aliadas”. Luego toma otro palo y graba estas palabras sobre él: “Este palo representa a todas las otras tribus de Israel”.
Tú, hijo del hombre, tómate ahora un palo, y escribe en él: A Judá, y á los hijos de Israel sus compañeros. Toma después otro palo, y escribe en él: A José, palo de Ephraim, y á toda la casa de Israel sus compañeros.
Moreover, thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel his companions:
“You, son of man, take one stick and write on it, ‘For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions.’ Then take another stick, and write on it, ‘For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel his companions.’
Ahora sostenlos juntos en tu mano como si fueran un solo palo.
Júntalos luego el uno con el otro, para que sean en uno, y serán uno en tu mano.
And join them one to another into one stick; and they shall become one in thine hand.
Then join them for yourself to one another into one stick, that they may become one in your hand.
»Dile luego a esta gente (sosteniendo los palos para que ellos puedan ver lo que estás haciendo): El Señor Dios dice: “¡Yo tomaré las tribus de Israel y las juntaré a Judá y las convertiré en un solo pueblo, como si fueran este palo en mi mano!”.
Y cuando te hablaren los hijos de tu pueblo, diciendo: ¿No nos enseñarás qué te propones con eso?
And when the children of thy people shall speak unto thee, saying, Wilt thou not shew us what thou meanest by these?
“When the children of your people speak to you, saying, ‘Won’t you show us what you mean by these?’

Diles: Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: He aquí, yo tomo el palo de José que está en la mano de Ephraim, y á las tribus de Israel sus compañeros, y pondrélos con él, con el palo de Judá, y harélos un palo, y serán uno en mi mano.
Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in mine hand.
tell them, ‘The Lord GOD says: “Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his companions; and I will put them with it, with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they will be one in my hand.

Y los palos sobre que escribieres, estarán en tu mano delante de sus ojos;
And the sticks whereon thou writest shall be in thine hand before their eyes.
The sticks on which you write will be in your hand before their eyes.”’
Pues el Señor Dios dice: “¡Yo estoy juntando al pueblo de Israel de entre las naciones y trayéndolo de vuelta, de alrededor de todo el mundo, a su propia tierra,
Y les dirás: Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: He aquí, yo tomo á los hijos de Israel de entre las gentes á las cuales fueron, y los juntaré de todas partes, y los traeré á su tierra:
And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land:
Say to them, ‘The Lord GOD says: “Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the nations where they have gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land.
para reunirlo como una sola nación! Un rey reinará sobre todos ellos y ya no estarán más tiempo divididos en dos naciones.
Y los haré una nación en la tierra, en los montes de Israel; y un rey será á todos ellos por rey: y nunca más serán dos naciones, ni nunca más serán divididos en dos reinos:
And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all:
I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. One king will be king to them all. They will no longer be two nations. They won’t be divided into two kingdoms any more at all.
Ellos dejarán de pervertirse con sus idolatrías y demás maldades, pues yo los salvaré de toda esta inmundicia. Entonces, verdaderamente ellos serán mi pueblo y yo seré su Dios.
Ni más se contaminarán con sus ídolos, y con sus abominaciones, y con todas sus rebeliones: y los salvaré de todas sus habitaciones en las cuales pecaron, y los limpiaré; y me serán por pueblo, y yo á ellos por Dios.
Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God.

Y entonces mi servidor David será su rey, su único pastor; y ellos seguirán mis instrucciones y todos mis deseos.
Y mi siervo David será rey sobre ellos, y á todos ellos será un pastor: y andarán en mis derechos, y mis ordenanzas guardarán, y las pondrán por obra.
And David my servant shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my statutes, and do them.
“‘“My servant David will be king over them. They all will have one shepherd. They will also walk in my ordinances and observe my statutes, and do them.
Ellos vivirán en la tierra de Israel donde sus antepasados vivieron, la tierra que yo di a mi siervo Jacob. Ellos, sus hijos e hijas, y sus nietos y nietas, por todas las generaciones futuras. Y mi servidor David será su Príncipe para siempre.
Y habitarán en la tierra que dí á mi siervo Jacob, en la cual habitaron vuestros padres; en ella habitarán ellos, y sus hijos, y los hijos de sus hijos para siempre; y mi siervo David les será príncipe para siempre.
And they shall dwell in the land that I have given unto Jacob my servant, wherein your fathers have dwelt; and they shall dwell therein, even they, and their children, and their children’s children for ever: and my servant David shall be their prince for ever.
They will dwell in the land that I have given to Jacob my servant, in which your fathers lived. They will dwell therein, they, and their children, and their children’s children, forever. David my servant will be their prince forever.
Y yo haré un convenio de paz con ellos, un convenio eterno. Yo los llenaré con toda clase de bienes y los multiplicaré y pondré mi templo entre ellos para siempre.
Y concertaré con ellos pacto de paz, perpetuo pacto será con ellos: y los asentaré, y los multiplicaré, y pondré mi santuario entre ellos para siempre.
Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore.

Y viviré para siempre entre ellos. Sí, yo seré su Dios y ellos serán mi pueblo.

My tabernacle also shall be with them: yea, I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

¡Y cuando mi templo permanezca entre ellos, entonces las naciones sabrán que yo, el Señor, he elegido a Israel para llenarlo de toda clase de bienes especiales!”».
Y sabrán las gentes que yo Jehová santifico á Israel, estando mi santuario entre ellos para siempre.
And the heathen shall know that I the LORD do sanctify Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in the midst of them for evermore.
The nations will know that I am the LORD who sanctifies Israel, when my sanctuary is among them forever more.”’”
