1Und des HERRN Wort geschah zu mir und sprach:
2Du Menschenkind, wende dich gegen Gog, der im Lande Magog ist und der oberste Fürst in Mesech und Thubal, und weissage von ihm
3und sprich: So spricht der Herr HERR: Siehe, ich will an dich Gog! der du der oberste Fürst bist in Mesech und Thubal.
4Siehe, ich will dich herumlenken und will dir einen Zaum ins Maul legen und will dich herausführen mit allem deinem Heer, Roß und Mann, die alle wohl gekleidet sind; und ihrer ist ein großer Haufe, die alle Tartsche und Schild und Schwert führen.
5Du führst mit dir Perser, Mohren und Libyer, die alle Schild und Helm führen,
6dazu Gomer und all sein Heer samt dem Hause Thogarma, so gegen Mitternacht liegt, mit all seinem Heer; ja, du führst ein großes Volk mit dir.
7Wohlan, rüste dich wohl, du und alle deine Haufen, so bei dir sind, und sei du ihr Hauptmann!
8Nach langer Zeit sollst du heimgesucht werden. Zur letzten Zeit wirst du kommen in das Land, das vom Schwert wiedergebracht und aus vielen Völkern zusammengekommen ist, nämlich auf die Berge Israels, welche lange Zeit wüst gewesen sind; und nun ist es ausgeführt aus den Völkern, und wohnen alle sicher.
9Du wirst heraufziehen und daherkommen mit großem Ungestüm; und wirst sein wie eine Wolke, das Land zu bedecken, du und all dein Heer und das große Volk mit dir.
10So spricht der Herr HERR: Zu der Zeit wirst du solches vornehmen und wirst Böses im Sinn haben
11und gedenken: “Ich will das Land ohne Mauern überfallen und über sie kommen, so still und sicher wohnen, als die alle ohne Mauern dasitzen und haben weder Riegel noch Tore”,
12auf daß du rauben und plündern mögest und dein Hand lassen gehen über die verstörten Örter, so wieder bewohnt sind, und über das Volk, so aus den Heiden zusammengerafft ist und sich in die Nahrung und Güter geschickt hat und mitten auf der Erde wohnt.
13Das reiche Arabien, Dedan und die Kaufleute von Tharsis und alle Gewaltigen, die daselbst sind, werden dir sagen: Ich meine ja, du seist recht gekommen, zu rauben, und hast deine Haufen versammelt, zu plündern, auf daß du wegnimmst Silber und Gold und sammelst Vieh und Güter, und großen Raub treibest.
14Darum so weissage, du Menschenkind, und sprich zu Gog: So spricht der Herr HERR: Ist's nicht also, daß du wirst merken, wenn mein Volk Israel sicher wohnen wird?
15So wirst du kommen aus deinem Ort, von den Enden gegen Mitternacht, du und großes Volk mit dir, alle zu Rosse, ein großer Haufe und ein mächtiges Heer,
16und wirst heraufziehen über mein Volk Israel wie eine Wolke, das Land zu bedecken. Solches wird zur letzten Zeit geschehen. Ich will dich aber darum in mein Land kommen lassen, auf daß die Heiden mich erkennen, wie ich an dir, o Gog, geheiligt werde vor ihren Augen.
17So spricht der Herr HERR: Du bist's, von dem ich vorzeiten gesagt habe durch meine Diener, die Propheten in Israel, die zur selben Zeit weissagten, daß ich dich über sie kommen lassen wollte.
18Und es wird geschehen zu der Zeit, wann Gog kommen wird über das Land Israel, spricht der Herr HERR, wird heraufziehen mein Zorn in meinem Grimm.
19Und ich rede solches in meinem Eifer und im Feuer meines Zorns. Denn zur selben Zeit wird großes Zittern sein im Lande Israel,
20daß vor meinem Angesicht zittern sollen die Fische im Meer, die Vögel unter dem Himmel, die Tiere auf dem Felde und alles, was sich regt und bewegt auf dem Lande, und alle Menschen, so auf der Erde sind; und sollen die Berge umgekehrt werden und die Felswände und alle Mauern zu Boden fallen.
21Ich will aber wider ihn herbeirufen das Schwert auf allen meinen Bergen, spricht der Herr HERR, daß eines jeglichen Schwert soll wider den andern sein.
22Und ich will ihn richten mit Pestilenz und Blut und will regnen lassen Platzregen mit Schloßen, Feuer und Schwefel über ihn und sein Heer und über das große Volk, das mit ihm ist.
23Also will ich denn herrlich, heilig und bekannt werden vor vielen Heiden, daß sie erfahren sollen, daß ich der HERR bin.

1Y FUÉ á mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo:
2Hijo del hombre, pon tu rostro contra Gog en tierra de Magog, príncipe de la cabecera de Mesech y Tubal, y profetiza sobre él,
3Y di: Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: He aquí, yo á ti, oh Gog, príncipe de la cabecera de Mesech y Tubal.
4Y yo te quebrantaré, y pondré anzuelos en tus quijadas, y te sacaré á ti, y á todo tu ejército, caballos y caballeros, vestidos de todo todos ellos, grande multitud con paveses y escudos, teniendo todos ellos espadas:
5Persia, y Etiopía, y Libia con ellos; todos ellos con escudos y almetes:
6Gomer, y todas sus compañías; la casa de Togarma, á los lados del norte, y todas sus compañías; pueblos muchos contigo.
7Aparéjate, y apercíbete, tú, y toda tu multitud que se ha reunido á ti, y séles por guarda.
8De aquí á muchos días serás tú visitado: al cabo de años vendrás á la tierra salvada de la espada, recogida de muchos pueblos, á los montes de Israel, que siempre fueron para asolamiento: mas fué sacada de las naciones, y todos ellos morarán confiadamente.
9Y subirás tú, vendrás como tempestad; como nublado para cubrir la tierra serás tú, y todas tus compañías, y muchos pueblos contigo.
10Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: Y será en aquel día, que subirán palabras en tu corazón, y concebirás mal pensamiento;
11Y dirás: Subiré contra tierra de aldeas, iré á gentes reposadas, y que habitan confiadamente: todos ellos habitan sin muros, no tienen cerrojos ni puertas:
12Para arrebatar despojos y para tomar presa; para tornar tu mano sobre las tierras desiertas ya pobladas, y sobre el pueblo recogido de las gentes, que se hace de ganados y posesiones, que mora en el ombligo de la tierra.
13Seba, y Dedán, y los mercaderes de Tarsis, y todos sus leoncillos, te dirán: ¿Has venido á arrebatar despojos? ¿has reunido tu multitud para tomar presa, para quitar plata y oro, para tomar ganados y posesiones, para tomar grandes despojos?
14Por tanto profetiza, hijo del hombre, y di á Gog: Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: En aquel tiempo, cuando mi pueblo Israel habitará seguramente, ¿no lo sabrás tú?
15Y vendrás de tu lugar, de las partes del norte, tú y muchos pueblos contigo, todos ellos á caballo, grande reunión y poderoso ejército:
16Y subirás contra mi pueblo Israel como nublado para cubrir la tierra; será al cabo de los días: y te traeré sobre mi tierra, para que las gentes me conozcan, cuando fuere santificado en ti, oh Gog, delante de sus ojos.
17Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: ¿No eres tú aquél de quien hablé yo en tiempos pasados por mis siervos los profetas de Israel, los cuales profetizaron en aquellos tiempos que yo te había de traer sobre ellos?
18Y será en aquel tiempo, cuando vendrá Gog contra la tierra de Israel, dijo el Señor Jehová, que subirá mi ira en mi enojo.
19Porque he hablado en mi celo, y en el fuego de mi ira: Que en aquel tiempo habrá gran temblor sobre la tierra de Israel;
20Que los peces de la mar, y las aves del cielo, y las bestias del campo, y toda serpiente que anda arrastrando sobre la tierra, y todos los hombres que están sobre la haz de la tierra, temblarán á mi presencia; y se arruinarán los montes, y los vallados caerán, y todo muro caerá á tierra.
21Y en todos mis montes llamaré contra él espada, dice el Señor Jehová: la espada de cada cual será contra su hermano.
22Y yo litigaré con él con pestilencia y con sangre; y haré llover sobre él, y sobre sus compañías, y sobre los muchos pueblos que están con él, impetuosa lluvia, y piedras de granizo, fuego y azufre.
23Y seré engrandecido y santificado, y seré conocido en ojos de muchas gentes; y sabrán que yo soy Jehová.

1And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
2Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,
3And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
4And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords:
5Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet:
6Gomer, and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his bands: and many people with thee.
7Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them.
8After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.
9Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee.
10Thus saith the Lord GOD; It shall also come to pass, that at the same time shall things come into thy mind, and thou shalt think an evil thought:
11And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates,
12To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the land.
13Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a great spoil?
14Therefore, son of man, prophesy and say unto Gog, Thus saith the Lord GOD; In that day when my people of Israel dwelleth safely, shalt thou not know it?
15And thou shalt come from thy place out of the north parts, thou, and many people with thee, all of them riding upon horses, a great company, and a mighty army:
16And thou shalt come up against my people of Israel, as a cloud to cover the land; it shall be in the latter days, and I will bring thee against my land, that the heathen may know me, when I shall be sanctified in thee, O Gog, before their eyes.
17Thus saith the Lord GOD; Art thou he of whom I have spoken in old time by my servants the prophets of Israel, which prophesied in those days many years that I would bring thee against them?
18And it shall come to pass at the same time when Gog shall come against the land of Israel, saith the Lord GOD, that my fury shall come up in my face.
19For in my jealousy and in the fire of my wrath have I spoken, Surely in that day there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel;
20So that the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that are upon the face of the earth, shall shake at my presence, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.
21And I will call for a sword against him throughout all my mountains, saith the Lord GOD: every man’s sword shall be against his brother.
22And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that are with him, an overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire, and brimstone.
23Thus will I magnify myself, and sanctify myself; and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I am the LORD.

1The LORD’s word came to me, saying,
2“Son of man, set your face toward Gog, of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal, and prophesy against him,
3and say, ‘The Lord GOD says: “Behold, I am against you, Gog, prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal.
4I will turn you around, and put hooks into your jaws, and I will bring you out, with all your army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed in full armor, a great company with buckler and shield, all of them handling swords;
5Persia, Cush, and Put with them, all of them with shield and helmet;
6Gomer, and all his hordes; the house of Togarmah in the uttermost parts of the north, and all his hordes—even many peoples with you.
7“‘“Be prepared, yes, prepare yourself, you, and all your companies who are assembled to you, and be a guard to them.
8After many days you will be visited. In the latter years you will come into the land that is brought back from the sword, that is gathered out of many peoples, on the mountains of Israel, which have been a continual waste; but it is brought out of the peoples and they will dwell securely, all of them.
9You will ascend. You will come like a storm. You will be like a cloud to cover the land, you and all your hordes, and many peoples with you.”
10“‘The Lord GOD says: “It will happen in that day that things will come into your mind, and you will devise an evil plan.
11You will say, ‘I will go up to the land of unwalled villages. I will go to those who are at rest, who dwell securely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates,
12to take the plunder and to take prey; to turn your hand against the waste places that are inhabited, and against the people who are gathered out of the nations, who have gotten livestock and goods, who dwell in the middle of the earth.’
13Sheba, Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all its young lions, will ask you, ‘Have you come to take the plunder? Have you assembled your company to take the prey, to carry away silver and gold, to take away livestock and goods, to take great plunder?’”’
14“Therefore, son of man, prophesy, and tell Gog, ‘The Lord GOD says: “In that day when my people Israel dwells securely, will you not know it?
15You will come from your place out of the uttermost parts of the north, you, and many peoples with you, all of them riding on horses, a great company and a mighty army.
16You will come up against my people Israel as a cloud to cover the land. It will happen in the latter days that I will bring you against my land, that the nations may know me when I am sanctified in you, Gog, before their eyes.”
17“‘The Lord GOD says: “Are you he of whom I spoke in old time by my servants the prophets of Israel, who prophesied in those days for years that I would bring you against them?
18It will happen in that day, when Gog comes against the land of Israel,” says the Lord GOD, “that my wrath will come up into my nostrils.
19For in my jealousy and in the fire of my wrath I have spoken. Surely in that day there will be a great shaking in the land of Israel,
20so that the fish of the sea, the birds of the sky, the animals of the field, all creeping things who creep on the earth, and all the men who are on the surface of the earth will shake at my presence. Then the mountains will be thrown down, the steep places will fall, and every wall will fall to the ground.
21I will call for a sword against him to all my mountains,” says the Lord GOD. “Every man’s sword will be against his brother.
22I will enter into judgment with him with pestilence and with blood. I will rain on him, on his hordes, and on the many peoples who are with him, torrential rains with great hailstones, fire, and sulfur.
23I will magnify myself and sanctify myself, and I will make myself known in the eyes of many nations. Then they will know that I am the LORD.”’
