Luego mi guía celestial me trajo de vuelta a la puerta del templo. Vi una corriente de agua fluyendo hacia el este, desde debajo del templo y pasando a la derecha del altar, o sea, sobre su lado sur.
HÍZOME tornar luego á la entrada de la casa; y he aquí aguas que salían de debajo del umbral de la casa hacia el oriente: porque la fachada de la casa estaba al oriente: y las aguas descendían de debajo, hacia el lado derecho de la casa, al mediodía del altar.
Afterward he brought me again unto the door of the house; and, behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward: for the forefront of the house stood toward the east, and the waters came down from under from the right side of the house, at the south side of the altar.
He brought me back to the door of the temple; and behold, waters flowed out from under the threshold of the temple eastward, for the front of the temple faced toward the east. The waters came down from underneath, from the right side of the temple, on the south of the altar.
Luego me trajo fuera del muro a través del pasillo de la entrada del norteb y me hizo dar la vuelta hasta la entrada del este donde vi la corriente fluyendo por el lado sur (del pasillo de la entrada este).
Y sacóme por el camino de la puerta del norte, é hízome rodear por el camino fuera de la puerta, por de fuera al camino de la que mira al oriente: y he aquí las aguas que salían al lado derecho.
Then brought he me out of the way of the gate northward, and led me about the way without unto the utter gate by the way that looketh eastward; and, behold, there ran out waters on the right side.

Midiendo a medida que avanzaba, el guía celestial me llevó cuatrocientos cincuenta metros al este por la corriente y me hizo cruzarla. En este punto el agua me llegaba hasta los tobillos.

El guía celestial me dijo que tuviera en cuenta lo que había visto, luego me llevó de vuelta por la ribera.

Y ahora, ante mi sorpresa, ¡muchos árboles estaban creciendo a ambos lados del río!
Y tornando yo, he aquí en la ribera del arroyo había árboles muy muchos de la una parte y de la otra.
Now when I had returned, behold, at the bank of the river were very many trees on the one side and on the other.

Then said he unto me, These waters issue out toward the east country, and go down into the desert, and go into the sea: which being brought forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed.
Then he said to me, “These waters flow out toward the eastern region and will go down into the Arabah. Then they will go toward the sea and flow into the sea which will be made to flow out; and the waters will be healed.
Todo lo que toque el agua de este río vivirá. Abundarán los peces en el Mar Muerto, pues sus aguas tendrán propiedades medicinales. Dondequiera fluyan estas aguas, todo vivirá.
Y será que toda alma viviente que nadare por donde quiera que entraren estos dos arroyos, vivirá: y habrá muy muchos peces por haber entrado allá estas aguas, y recibirán sanidad; y vivirá todo lo que entrare en este arroyo.
And it shall come to pass, that every thing that liveth, which moveth, whithersoever the rivers shall come, shall live: and there shall be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters shall come thither: for they shall be healed; and every thing shall live whither the river cometh.
It will happen that every living creature which swarms, in every place where the rivers come, will live. Then there will be a very great multitude of fish; for these waters have come there, and the waters of the sea will be healed, and everything will live wherever the river comes.
Los pescadores estarán parados sobre las costas del Mar Muerto, pescando desde Engadi hasta Eneglayin. Las costas estarán llenas de redes secándose al sol. ¡Peces de toda especie llenarán el Mar Muerto tal como en el Mediterráneo!
Y será que junto á él estarán pescadores; y desde En-gadi hasta En-eglaim será tendedero de redes: en su clase será su pescado como el pescado de la gran mar, mucho en gran manera.
And it shall come to pass, that the fishers shall stand upon it from En-gedi even unto En-eglaim; they shall be a place to spread forth nets; their fish shall be according to their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, exceeding many.
It will happen that fishermen will stand by it. From En Gedi even to En Eglaim will be a place for the spreading of nets. Their fish will be after their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, exceedingly many.
Pero los esteros y pantanos no serán sanados; seguirán siendo salinas.
Sus charcos y sus lagunas no se sanarán; quedarán para salinas.
But the miry places thereof and the marishes thereof shall not be healed; they shall be given to salt.
But its swamps and marshes will not be healed. They will be given up to salt.
Toda clase de árboles frutales crecerán en las riberas del río. Las hojas nunca se marchitarán y ni caerán, sino que siempre habrá fruto. Habrá una nueva cosecha de fruta cada mes, ¡sin falta! ¡Es que están regados por el río que fluye del templo! ¡Sus frutos servirán de alimento y sus hojas de medicina!
Y junto al arroyo, en su ribera de una parte y de otra, crecerá todo árbol de comer: su hoja nunca caerá, ni faltará su fruto: á sus meses madurará, porque sus aguas salen del santuario: y su fruto será para comer, y su hoja para medicina.
And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.
By the river banks, on both sides, will grow every tree for food, whose leaf won’t wither, neither will its fruit fail. It will produce new fruit every month, because its waters issue out of the sanctuary. Its fruit will be for food, and its leaf for healing.”
»El Señor Dios dice: Aquí están las indicaciones para dividir la tierra entre las doce tribus de Israel: la tribu de José (Efraín y Manasés) recibirá dos secciones.
Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: Este es el término en que partiréis la tierra en heredad entre las doce tribus de Israel: José dos partes.
Thus saith the Lord GOD; This shall be the border, whereby ye shall inherit the land according to the twelve tribes of Israel: Joseph shall have two portions.
The Lord GOD says: “This shall be the border by which you shall divide the land for inheritance according to the twelve tribes of Israel. Joseph shall have two portions.
En cambio cada una de las otras tribus tendrá una porción igual. Yo prometí con mano alzada, en señal de juramento, dar la tierra a sus antepasados, y ahora la heredarán ustedes.
Y la heredaréis así los unos como los otros: por ella alcé mi mano que la había de dar á vuestros padres: por tanto, esta tierra os caerá en heredad.
And ye shall inherit it, one as well as another: concerning the which I lifted up mine hand to give it unto your fathers: and this land shall fall unto you for inheritance.
You shall inherit it, one as well as another; for I swore to give it to your fathers. This land will fall to you for inheritance.
»El límite del norte va desde el Mediterráneo hasta Hetlón, y luego a través de Zedad y Jamat
Y este será el término de la tierra hacia la parte del norte; desde la gran mar, camino de Hethlon viniendo á Sedad;
And this shall be the border of the land toward the north side, from the great sea, the way of Hethlon, as men go to Zedad;
“This shall be the border of the land: “On the north side, from the great sea, by the way of Hethlon, to the entrance of Zedad;
hasta Berotá y Sibrayin, que están en el límite entre Damasco y Jamat, y finalmente hasta Jazar Haticón, en el límite de Jaurán.
Hamath, Berotha, Sibrahim, que está entre el término de Damasco y el término de Hamath; Haser-hatticon, que es el término de Hauran.
Hamath, Berothah, Sibraim, which is between the border of Damascus and the border of Hamath; Hazar-hatticon, which is by the coast of Hauran.
Hamath, Berothah, Sibraim (which is between the border of Damascus and the border of Hamath), to Hazer Hatticon, which is by the border of Hauran.
Así que el límite del norte será desde el Mediterráneo hasta Jazar Enán, en el límite con Jamat para el norte y Damasco para el sur.
Y será el término del norte desde la mar de Haser-enon al término de Damasco al norte, y al término de Hamath al lado del norte.
And the border from the sea shall be Hazar-enan, the border of Damascus, and the north northward, and the border of Hamath. And this is the north side.
The border from the sea shall be Hazar Enon at the border of Damascus; and on the north northward is the border of Hamath. This is the north side.
»La frontera del este correrá desde Jazar Enán hacia el sur al monte Jaurán, donde dobla hacia el oeste al Jordán en la punta del mar de Galilea, y bajando por el río Jordán separando a Israel de Galaad, pasando por el Mar Muerto hasta Tamar.
Al lado del oriente, por medio de Hauran y de Damasco, y de Galaad, y de la tierra de Israel, al Jordán: esto mediréis de término hasta la mar del oriente.
And the east side ye shall measure from Hauran, and from Damascus, and from Gilead, and from the land of Israel by Jordan, from the border unto the east sea. And this is the east side.
“The east side, between Hauran, Damascus, Gilead, and the land of Israel, shall be the Jordan; from the north border to the east sea you shall measure. This is the east side.
»La frontera del sur partirá desde Tamar hacia el oeste hasta los manantiales de Meribá Cades y luego seguirá el curso del arroyo de Egipto (llamado Wadi el Arish) hasta el Mediterráneo.
Y al lado del mediodía, hacia el mediodía, desde Tamar hasta las aguas de las rencillas; desde Cades y el arroyo hasta la gran mar: y esto será el lado austral, al mediodía.
And the south side southward, from Tamar even to the waters of strife in Kadesh, the river to the great sea. And this is the south side southward.
“The south side southward shall be from Tamar as far as the waters of Meriboth Kadesh, to the brook, to the great sea. This is the south side southward.
»Del lado occidental, el Mediterráneo mismo será la frontera, desde el límite sur hasta el punto donde comienza el límite del norte.
Y al lado del occidente la gran mar será el término hasta en derecho para venir á Hamath: este será el lado del occidente.
The west side also shall be the great sea from the border, till a man come over against Hamath. This is the west side.
“The west side shall be the great sea, from the south border as far as opposite the entrance of Hamath. This is the west side.
»Dividan la tierra dentro de estos límites entre las tribus de Israel.
Partiréis, pues, esta tierra entre vosotros por las tribus de Israel.
So shall ye divide this land unto you according to the tribes of Israel.
“So you shall divide this land to yourselves according to the tribes of Israel.
Distribuyan la tierra como una heredad para ustedes y para los extranjeros que viven entre ustedes con sus familias. Todos los que nazcan en esta tierra —sean sus padres extranjeros o no— han de ser considerados ciudadanos y tienen los mismos derechos que sus propios hijos.
Y será que echaréis sobre ella suertes por herencia para vosotros, y para los extranjeros que peregrinan entre vosotros, que entre vosotros han engendrado hijos: y los tendréis como naturales entre los hijos de Israel; echarán suertes con vosotros para heredarse entre las tribus de Israel.
And it shall come to pass, that ye shall divide it by lot for an inheritance unto you, and to the strangers that sojourn among you, which shall beget children among you: and they shall be unto you as born in the country among the children of Israel; they shall have inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel.
You shall divide it by lot for an inheritance to you and to the aliens who live among you, who will father children among you. Then they shall be to you as the native-born among the children of Israel. They shall have inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel.
Todos estos inmigrantes han de recibir tierra de acuerdo con la tribu donde ahora viven.
Y será que en la tribu en que peregrinare el extranjero, allí le daréis su heredad, ha dicho el Señor Jehová.
And it shall come to pass, that in what tribe the stranger sojourneth, there shall ye give him his inheritance, saith the Lord GOD.
In whatever tribe the stranger lives, there you shall give him his inheritance,” says the Lord GOD.
