16Las medidas de la ciudad serán estas: dos mil doscientos cincuenta metros por el lado norte, dos mil doscientos cincuenta metros por el lado sur, dos mil doscientos cincuenta metros por el lado este y dos mil doscientos cincuenta metros por el lado oeste.
