Und sie werden sich Sacktuch umgürten, und Schauder wird sie bedecken, und auf allen Angesichtern wird Scham sein und Kahlheit auf allen ihren Häuptern.

They shall also gird themselves with sackcloth, and horror shall cover them; and shame shall be upon all faces, and baldness upon all their heads.
