Sie bauen diese aufrührerische und böse Stadt wieder auf, {und} sie haben die Mauern (Wälle) schon fast fertiggestellt und bessern gerade (inspizieren, legen) die Fundamente aus.
Sea notorio al rey, que los Judíos que subieron de ti á nosotros, vinieron á Jerusalem; y edifican la ciudad rebelde y mala, y han erigido los muros; y compuesto los fundamentos.
Be it known unto the king, that the Jews which came up from thee to us are come unto Jerusalem, building the rebellious and the bad city, and have set up the walls thereof, and joined the foundations.
