por cuanto había Esdras dirigido su corazón a la investigación de la ley del Señor, y a cumplir y a enseñar en Israel sus preceptos y documentos.

Porque Esdras había preparado su corazón para inquirir la ley de Jehová, y para hacer y enseñar á Israel mandamientos y juicios.

For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the law of the LORD, and to do it, and to teach in Israel statutes and judgments.
