Partimos do Canal de Aava no décimo segundo dia do primeiro mês para irmos a Jerusalém. A mão do nosso Deus estava sobre nós. Ele nos protegeu contra nossos inimigos e contra aqueles que tentaram nos emboscar ao longo do caminho.
Y partimos del río de Ahava el doce del mes primero, para ir á Jerusalem: y la mano de nuestro Dios fué sobre nosotros, el cual nos libró de mano de enemigo y de asechador en el camino.
