Or ce sont ici les Chefs des pères, avec le dénombrement qui fut fait selon les généalogies, de ceux qui montèrent avec moi de Babylone, pendant le règne du Roi Artaxerxes ;

Y ESTOS son los cabezas de sus familias, y genealogía de aquellos que subieron conmigo de Babilonia, reinando el rey Artajerjes:

Et je les assemblai près de la rivière, qui se rend à Ahava, et nous y demeurâmes trois jours. Puis je pris garde au peuple et aux Sacrificateurs, et je n’y trouvai aucun des enfants de Lévi.

Y juntélos junto al río que viene á Ahava, y reposamos allí tres días: y habiendo buscado entre el pueblo y entre los sacerdotes, no hallé allí de los hijos de Leví.

Then sent I for Eliezer, for Ariel, for Shemaiah, and for Elnathan, and for Jarib, and for Elnathan, and for Nathan, and for Zechariah, and for Meshullam, chief men; also for Joiarib, and for Elnathan, men of understanding.

Et je leur donnai des ordres pour Iddo, principal chef, qui demeurait dans le lieu de Casiphia ; et je mis en leur bouche les paroles qu’ils devaient dire à Iddo, et à son frère, Néthiniens, dans le lieu de Casiphia, afin qu’ils nous fissent venir des ministres pour la maison de notre Dieu.

Y enviélos á Iddo, jefe en el lugar de Casipia, y puse en boca de ellos las palabras que habían de hablar á Iddo, y á sus hermanos los Nethineos en el lugar de Casipia, para que nos trajesen ministros para la casa de nuestro Dios.

And I sent them with commandment unto Iddo the chief at the place Casiphia, and I told them what they should say unto Iddo, and to his brethren the Nethinims, at the place Casiphia, that they should bring unto us ministers for the house of our God.

Et ils nous amenèrent, selon que la main de notre Dieu était bonne sur nous, un homme intelligent, d’entre les enfants de Mahli, fils de Lévi, fils d’Israël ; savoir Sérébia, avec ses fils et ses frères, qui furent dix-huit hommes.

Y trajéronnos, según la buena mano de nuestro Dios sobre nosotros, un varón entendido de los hijos de Mahalí, hijo de Leví, hijo de Israel; y á Serabías con sus hijos y sus hermanos, dieciocho;

And by the good hand of our God upon us they brought us a man of understanding, of the sons of Mahli, the son of Levi, the son of Israel; and Sherebiah, with his sons and his brethren, eighteen;

Et des Néthiniens, que David et les principaux du peuple avaient assignés pour le service des Lévites, deux cent et vingt Néthiniens, qui furent tous nommés par leurs noms.

Y de los Nethineos, á quienes David con los príncipes puso para el ministerio de los Levitas, doscientos y veinte Nethineos: todos los cuales fueron declarados por sus nombres.

Also of the Nethinims, whom David and the princes had appointed for the service of the Levites, two hundred and twenty Nethinims: all of them were expressed by name.

Et je publiai là le jeûne auprès de la rivière d’Ahava, afin de nous humilier devant notre Dieu, le priant de nous donner un heureux voyage pour nous, et pour nos familles, et pour tous nos biens.

Y publiqué ayuno allí junto al río de Ahava, para afligirnos delante de nuestro Dios, para solicitar de él camino derecho para nosotros, y para nuestros niños, y para toda nuestra hacienda.

Then I proclaimed a fast there, at the river of Ahava, that we might afflict ourselves before our God, to seek of him a right way for us, and for our little ones, and for all our substance.

Car j’eus honte de demander au Roi des forces et des gens de cheval pour nous défendre des ennemis par le chemin ; à cause que nous avions dit au Roi en termes exprès : La main de notre Dieu est favorable à tous ceux qui l’invoquent ; mais sa force et sa colère est contre ceux qui l’abandonnent.

Porque tuve vergüenza de pedir al rey tropa y gente de á caballo que nos defendiesen del enemigo en el camino: porque habíamos hablado al rey, diciendo: La mano de nuestro Dios es para bien sobre todos los que le buscan; mas su fortaleza y su furor sobre todos los que le dejan.

For I was ashamed to require of the king a band of soldiers and horsemen to help us against the enemy in the way: because we had spoken unto the king, saying, The hand of our God is upon all them for good that seek him; but his power and his wrath is against all them that forsake him.

Nous jeûnâmes donc, et nous implorâmes le secours de notre Dieu à cause de cela ; et il fut fléchi par nos prières.

Ayunamos pues, y pedimos á nuestro Dios sobre esto, y él nos fué propicio.

So we fasted and besought our God for this: and he was intreated of us.

Et je leur pesai l’argent et l’or et les ustensiles, qui étaient l’offrande que le Roi, ses conseillers, ses gentilshommes, et tous ceux d’Israël qui s’y étaient trouvés, avaient faite à la maison de notre Dieu.

Y peséles la plata, y el oro, y los vasos, la ofrenda que para la casa de nuestro Dios habían ofrecido el rey, y sus consultores, y sus príncipes, y todos los que se hallaron en Israel.

And weighed unto them the silver, and the gold, and the vessels, even the offering of the house of our God, which the king, and his counsellors, and his lords, and all Israel there present, had offered:

I even weighed unto their hand six hundred and fifty talents of silver, and silver vessels an hundred talents, and of gold an hundred talents;

Et vingt plats d’or montant à mille drachmes, et deux ustensiles de cuivre resplendissant et fin, aussi précieux que s’ils eussent été d’or.

Además veinte tazones de oro, de mil dracmas; y dos vasos de metal limpio muy bueno, preciados como el oro.

Also twenty basons of gold, of a thousand drams; and two vessels of fine copper, precious as gold.

twenty bowls of gold weighing one thousand darics, and two vessels of fine bright bronze, precious as gold.

Et je leur dis : Vous êtes sanctifiés à l’Eternel ; et les ustensiles sont sanctifiés ; et cet argent et cet or est une offrande volontaire faite à l’Eternel le Dieu de vos pères.

Y díjeles: Vosotros sois consagrados á Jehová, y santos los vasos; y la plata y el oro ofrenda voluntaria á Jehová, Dios de nuestros padres.

And I said unto them, Ye are holy unto the LORD; the vessels are holy also; and the silver and the gold are a freewill offering unto the LORD God of your fathers.

I said to them, “You are holy to the LORD, and the vessels are holy. The silver and the gold are a free will offering to the LORD, the God of your fathers.

Ayez-y l’oeil et gardez-les, jusqu’à ce que vous les pesiez en la présence des principaux des Sacrificateurs et des Lévites, et devant les principaux des pères d’Israël à Jérusalem, dans les chambres de la maison de l’Eternel.

Velad, y guardadlos, hasta que los peséis delante de los príncipes de los sacerdotes y Levitas, y de los jefes de los padres de Israel en Jerusalem, en las cámaras de la casa de Jehová.

Watch ye, and keep them, until ye weigh them before the chief of the priests and the Levites, and chief of the fathers of Israel, at Jerusalem, in the chambers of the house of the LORD.

Les Sacrificateurs donc et les Lévites reçurent le poids de l’argent, et de l’or, et des ustensiles, pour les apporter à Jérusalem, dans la maison de notre Dieu.

Los sacerdotes pues y Levitas recibieron el peso de la plata y del oro y de los vasos, para traerlo á Jerusalem á la casa de nuestro Dios.

So took the priests and the Levites the weight of the silver, and the gold, and the vessels, to bring them to Jerusalem unto the house of our God.

Et nous partîmes de la rivière d’Ahava le douzième jour du premier mois, pour aller à Jérusalem ; et la main de notre Dieu fut sur nous ; et il nous délivra de la main des ennemis, et de leurs embûches sur le chemin.

Al cuarto día fué luego pesada la plata, y el oro, y los vasos, en la casa de nuestro Dios, por mano de Meremoth hijo de Urías sacerdote, y con él Eleazar hijo de Phinees; y con ellos Jozabad hijo de Jesuá, y Noadías hijo de Binnui, Levitas;

Now on the fourth day was the silver and the gold and the vessels weighed in the house of our God by the hand of Meremoth the son of Uriah the priest; and with him was Eleazar the son of Phinehas; and with them was Jozabad the son of Jeshua, and Noadiah the son of Binnui, Levites;

On the fourth day the silver and the gold and the vessels were weighed in the house of our God into the hand of Meremoth the son of Uriah the priest; and with him was Eleazar the son of Phinehas; and with them were Jozabad the son of Jeshua, and Noadiah the son of Binnui, the Levites.

Selon le nombre et le poids de toutes ces choses, et tout le poids en fut mis alors par écrit.

Por cuenta y por peso todo: y se apuntó todo aquel peso en aquel tiempo.

By number and by weight of every one: and all the weight was written at that time.

Et ceux qui avaient été transportés, et qui étaient retournés de la captivité, offrirent pour tout Israël, en holocauste au Dieu d’Israël, douze veaux, quatre-vingt-seize béliers, soixante-dix-sept agneaux, et douze boucs pour le péché ; le tout en holocauste à l’Eternel.

Los que habían venido de la cautividad, los hijos de la transmigración, ofrecieron holocaustos al Dios de Israel, doce becerros por todo Israel, noventa y seis carneros, setenta y siete corderos, doce machos cabríos por expiación: todo en holocausto á Jehová.

Also the children of those that had been carried away, which were come out of the captivity, offered burnt offerings unto the God of Israel, twelve bullocks for all Israel, ninety and six rams, seventy and seven lambs, twelve he goats for a sin offering: all this was a burnt offering unto the LORD.

The children of the captivity, who had come out of exile, offered burnt offerings to the God of Israel: twelve bulls for all Israel, ninety-six rams, seventy-seven lambs, and twelve male goats for a sin offering. All this was a burnt offering to the LORD.

Et ils remirent les ordonnances du Roi entre les mains des Satrapes du Roi et des Gouverneurs qui étaient au deçà du fleuve, lesquels favorisèrent le peuple, et la maison de Dieu.

Y dieron los despachos del rey á sus gobernadores y capitanes del otro lado del río, los cuales favorecieron al pueblo y á la casa de Dios.

And they delivered the king’s commissions unto the king’s lieutenants, and to the governors on this side the river: and they furthered the people, and the house of God.

They delivered the king’s commissions to the king’s local governors and to the governors beyond the River. So they supported the people and God’s house.
