Esdras 9

Y al tiempo del dicho sacrificio vespertino salí de la consternación en que había estado; y rasgados el manto y la túnica, me arrodillé, y alcé mis manos al Señor Dios mío,

Y al sacrificio de la tarde levantéme de mi aflicción; y habiendo rasgado mi vestido y mi manto, postréme de rodillas, y extendí mis palmas á Jehová mi Dios;

And at the evening sacrifice I arose up from my heaviness; and having rent my garment and my mantle, I fell upon my knees, and spread out my hands unto the LORD my God,

At the evening offering I rose up from my humiliation, even with my garment and my robe torn; and I fell on my knees, and spread out my hands to the LORD my God;
