Liebe Bruder, ich will nach menschlicher Weise reden: Verachtet man doch eines Menschen Testament nicht, wenn es bestatiget ist, und tut auch nichtsdazu.

Hermanos, hablo como hombre: Aunque un pacto sea de hombre, con todo, siendo confirmado, nadie lo cancela, ó le añade.

Brethren, I speak after the manner of men; Though it be but a man’s covenant, yet if it be confirmed, no man disannulleth, or addeth thereto.

Brothers, speaking of human terms, though it is only a man’s covenant, yet when it has been confirmed, no one makes it void or adds to it.
