Gálatas 3

Nun sind dem Abraham und seinem Samen Verheißungen geworden. Es heißt nicht: den Samen, als ob von vielen, sondern dem Samen als von einem, und deinem Samen, welcher ist Christus.

A Abraham fueron hechas las promesas, y á su simiente. No dice: Y á las simientes, como de muchos; sino como de uno: Y á tu simiente, la cual es Cristo.

Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

Now the promises were spoken to Abraham and to his offspring. He doesn’t say, “To descendants”, as of many, but as of one, “To your offspring”, which is Christ.
